Miami Cycles is hands down the best independent motorcycle mechanic in South Florida. The owner Mike is very knowledgeable, honest and fair with his pricing. I’ve always been very satisfied with the shop’s work on my bikes and I routinely ask Mike for advice, which he’s very willing to share. I’ve seen an array of really nice bikes here so I know that other owners of high end bikes trust Mike with theirs. The people I’ve referred to Mike have also had excellent experiences. Highly recommended, A+++!

This place is awesome. I usually do my own work but this time I needed new tires and I hate doing this job so I called mike and he was super nice to slide me on a Saturday. Work was amazing, he cleaned the wheels, put 2 new caps that were missing and install black weights for balancing the tires, all this shows how much he cares, most shops just don’t care... oh and I was running late to pick up my wheels and still had a super nice attitude, a true friend, thank you!

At this point I wouldnt allow another motorcycle shop to touch my bike except for Miami Cycles. They are that good. Very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to motorcycle repair regardless of what kind of bike you ride be it a cruiser or sportbike. Mike is a very polite and respectful individual who will make you feel comfortable leaving your bike in his hands. Mike and his staffs expertise is unmatched. Theyre not some beautifed shop in a pretty candy wrapper trying to squeeze you for all your money. Very reasonable prices. I would recommend these guys for all your motorcycle repair needs hands down.

Dont know where to begin on the service of this place. this is the only mechanic i will take my harley.if you live anywhere from 0-30 miles of this place, dont hesitate. it is worth the travel.abel did the service on my bike, and he is so nice and informative. did not get mad when i asked questions and was very professional. great job changing tires, made sure everything was clean and correct before putting anything back into place.mike (the owner) is also very informative, patient and kind. im only writing this review because i highly appreciate how they handle their business.its all about being patient and helpful with the client.they will not tell you something needs to be fixed if it does not absolutely required. no cheating, no bs.take the bike you love here, the bike will love you back.

One of the best shops at Miami, here you won’t feel ripped. They will give you a very accurate estimated of how much fixing your bike is going to be (most shops let you know after the work is “done”), so you won’t be paying for things that never got done on your bike, or things you didn’t actually need. Mike is very clear and specific, with makes you feel him trustworthy, which I can say, he is. 5starts to Miami Cycles!

Mike was extremely helpful after a bad experience at another shop. He was extremely thorough and was not looking to price gouge for short-term gain. It is easy to see why he has a great long-term name. For someone, in South Beach where is nearly impossible to find a good repair shop, we are lucky he is so near.

I took my motorcycle here for an oil change and detail. I called ahead and was provided an estimate. The pricing from Miami Cycles was lower than any dealer in the area. Slight difficulty finding the shop as it is in the back of the building. I was met outside. Mike recommended a new rear tire. Mike went over all of the pricing one last time before I agreed to their service and gave me an estimated completion date.I received a call on the day that I was told that the bike would be completed. We went over the work that was done. I informed Mike that I had forgot to mention that the turn signal switch worked intermittently. He fixed it immediately by applying WD-40 without any additional charge. I paid and was thanked for coming to them.

A rare type of shop where you can comfortably trust that you will get good work done for the right price. There are of course other good shops, but you may see rudeness, high prices, unwillingness to answer your dumb questions, after all, if we knew what they know we would not need them. this place makes me feel like there is still hope that the whole world hasnt gone destination F*****d (AM). I ONLY go here.

I brought a rebuild/restoration project to Miami Cycles after a mechanic left me half way through the job. Mike stepped right in and rebuilt my vintage bike to perfection! He is honest, reliable and great at what he does! My 72 Honda CB500 has been running great for over 3 years now and I get tons of compliments everywhere I ride. Thanks again Mike!!

Mike is the man. I left my 600rr here and midway through its repairs, I got slammed by a car on a different bike. The 600rr spent something like NINE MONTHS at this dudes shop while i was in the hospital and recovering (so still unable to ride and thus pick it up). When I called to explain, he was more than understanding and didnt charge me any storage fees. Regarding the actual bike: Id bought this thing for less than $3k off Craigslist from a shady guy. Itd been trashed any way you can imagine. At this point, post-Mike, it is up and running like new. Thanks for everything man!

Best Mechanic in Florida!!! Realistic and with conscience...

Once was one of the best motorcycle garage, but now has lost its touch and attention to detail. They are swamped with bikes and overloaded with the work needed on them. I guess this would be the place for a wrecked bike if your insurance was paying for it, I lost a large fortune here just trying to get my motorcycle working properly but Michael and his team just came up short.

Mike is the best. He takes care of it quickly and is fair with his pricing. My bike is under warranty with BMW but I do my service with Miami Cycles. That says a lot Miami Cycles and about BMW.

I took my 2008 Honda VFR800 over to Mike a couple times. I like that he works on the weekend. He does always has a lot of bikes in the shop but always seems to fit you into his schedule which is unique. He does a good, clean job. Exactly what you should expect from a mechanic.

Mike is one of a kind-- he is typically closed Mondays, but once my bike broke down over the weekend and had it towed to his shop. He came out special to bring it indoors. Great experience, highly recommended.

I was getting ready to buy a new bike because I didnt think my bike was ever to be fixed right. Ive taken my bike to other mechanics and dumped lots of money and still wasnt running right. I was so lucky to find Mike not only did he fix the bike and it runs like new but his fee was less thein half of what the other mechanics charged. From now on, Miami Cycles is the only place I will take my bike.

I have had several dealings with Mike Tober over the past 5 years and all I can really say is 5 stars! If you seek an honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient motorcycle mechanic with experience you should definitely look into Miami Cycles.A couple of months ago I laid my bike down. It was banged up. So I called Mike and asked what my options were. He could have made insurance money on a rebuild, but said, I was better off selling it. It will never run the same. Mikes honestly lost him work / money. That goes a long way with me.So I asked Mike if he wanted to sell the bike for me? (Keep in mind he is a mechanic, not a used bike salesman. I proceeded to give Mike a sob story about how he knows more people in that world then me and so on...lol) Mike got the bike running on his own time, sold it and only took $200 dollar commission. THEN, he contacted me and said he would drive the money to me on his day off, which was out of his way for sure. Considering he most likely had 4 or 5 hours in the bike, MAYBE MORE, I decided to give him another $100 and still feel like I got over on him...Great mechanic and all around GOOD guy. Hard to come by in South Florida. I would recommend FIRST every time!Thanks again Mike!
