We had such a great experience with Shipsifor my friends bachelorette. We are from PA and based on their website I called looking for a luggage storage service to use for a few hours before our flight. Ashanti was so kind and accommodating. They were supposed to be closed on this day, but she offered to work with us anyways! Her and her husband Juan met up with us and grabbed all 20+ pieces of our luggage, although we were ready and willing to help, we didn’t have to lift a finger! This couple stored our stuff for such a reasonable, cheap price. I HIGHLY recommend using this service, support small business!

Quick, easy, convenient! Juan was awesome! He was extremely helpful in getting me oriented with the city, recommending restaurants, helping me with the metro system, and helping me to order a ride on Uber back to my hotel. Would definitely use this service again!

Shipsi is the perfect reliable and safe storage location to leave your luggage while you are in Miami!  Making a reservation is simple and easy, the service is prompt and professional and the owner is VERY responsive to phone calls and text messages!  Their location is PERFECT - a straight shot from the airport, minutes away from Little Haiti, Little Havana, Wynwood Walls and Bayfront Park.  And if you are staying in South Beach or Mid Beach their location is on the way to and from the airport making them an even more convenient place to store your luggage!  I looked at several other luggage storage locations before choosing Shipsi, and after experiencing their EXCEPTIONAL service I know that I made the right choice!  Shipsi will definitely be my luggage storage location of choice any time I visit Miami!

Excellent service, Juan is very attentive and helpful, he guided us and gave us several tips. When we arrived at the Miami airport I was able to arrange a ride with him and he took us to the Fort Lauderdale airport, I kept our suitcases and when we got back to Fort Lauderdale we arranged again for him to pick us up and finally he took us to Miami Beach with our suitcases, spectacular, thanks Juan.
