I needed an emergency suitcase repair while traveling between cruises and had only a few hours to get the repair. Bagmaster came through with flying colors and squeezed me in to make the repairs — while I waited. The customer service was the best ever and Carolina was exceptional in helping us out and getting us on our way. They also have a tremendous selection of new luggage items and were super knowledgeable about their products. Can’t say enough about this place. Highly recommend!!!!

Bagmaster has an AMAZING customer service. We had been having trouble with some bags that we bought from Samsonite for over a year and no one (not even Samsonite customer service) had cared to help us. The people at Bagmaster, mainly Jessica, did not rest until she fixed our problem and got Samsonite to replace our bags for new ones. Even after that, Samsonite gave us a shipping time where the bags would arrive after our trip back home, so they arranged to give us the new bags themselves and wait for the Samsonite shipping to arrive and keep those.Really great service, with really amazing people.

I took a pair of Samonite suitcases that were purchased last of a year ago with defective locks.Mayra told me that they would try to replace those locks but probably Samsonite would send me new ones.She call me to confirm this ,one hour later, and after 5 days I got brand new suitcases even delivered to my house.This is not the first time Bagmaster Aventura does an excellent Job.Thank you Mayra.Jack WengierAventura- Fl.

I purchased a vintage purse that had a worn (damaged) strap upon arrival. I took it immediately to a shoe repair shop, but due to the dry condition of the leather (alligator), they wouldnt touch it. I was referred to Bagmaster, who suggested having a strap made to replace the original one. To my surprise as well as delight, it was ready within a week! The best part of my delight was how well the new strap matched with the purse and the quality of workmanship..., shaped exactly; just beautiful! I also found the best travel bag with security features! An absolute MUST when traveling abroad, and these days..., right at home (especially during holiday [shopping] season).Ill definitely be returning in the future!

Repair service was promptly and efficiently handled. Very fair pricing. Very accommodating to customer. While I was there I questioned the owner about a potential new purchase and he was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain the benefits and concerns about each type of luggage and the various manufacturers he represents. Did not push me to buy. But I did. You simply cant get that quality of service and expertise anyplace else.

I went in to repair / replace one of my broken wheels on the luggage, the owner came out to my car to assess the damage then helped me take my heavy luggage out of the car, carried it into his shop and completed the replacement immediately, without me having to empty out the luggage. He was super friendly, super helpful, and the price was extremely reasonable!! Im so happy with the repair and service! Definitely one of the BEST experience ever!!! Thank you ❤️

Very professional and helpful. They charge $15 to give a quote whenever you have an incident at the airport. They are the best one to fix your luggage.

I was looking for wheels for my roll on luggage and called a couple places I found on line and some I had used before. Most people was really not helpful, but when I called Barry his tone was great and you really felt he wanted to help even if it was only a couple wheels. I drove down to his shop and he measured them then took a couple minutes to ensure they would fit properly, he even explained what he did to ensure the best fit. He has a lot accessories and carries luggage also. I would definitely go back when I want a bag because of the service I received. I highly recommend this business

NEW OWNERS DONT HAVE A CLUE HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS.THE ORIGINAL OWNER KNEW FROM THE START WHETHER HE WAS ABLE TO FIX YOUR ITEM. GAVE YOU NO RUN AROUND. JUST TOOK A PURSE TO HAVE REPAIRED. LEFT MY BAG ON A THURSDAY AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD GET A CALL THE NEXT DAY TO CONFIRM WHETHER THEY COULD FIX THE BAG AND IF THE HAD THE ITEM NEEDED TO FIX IT. NO PHONE CALL BACK. CALLED THEM AGAIN WAS TOLD HAD TO CHECK THEIR STOCK ROOM TO SEE IF THEY HAD PIECE TO FIX BAG. WAS ASKED TO GIVE THEM ONE MORE DAY. FINAL OUT COME WAS CALLED BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK ON WEDNESDAY AND WAS TOLD TO COME IN AND PICK UP THE BAG BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO REPAIR MY BAG. 6 DAYS MY BAG IN THEIR POSSESSION AND IN THE END THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO DO THE REPAIR. A PURE WASTE OF MY TIME.

These people identified that damage to my TravelPro bag should be covered by that companys warranty and helped me with my warranty claim. They were extremely helpful for which Im most grateful.

A small piece of luggage was damaged, with a faulty wheel. I took the wheel off, which required removing a number of screws and bolts after pulling out the Velcroed lining. Finally, I concluded the repair was beyond my ability. So, I took it to Bagmaster in Aventura. They quoted me a reasonable price for replacing the wheel, but suggested I replace both wheels so they would match and the bag would roll evenly. They also offered a substantial discount for replacing the second wheel. I didn’t want to invest so much so I told them just to replace the broken wheel. When I picked up the bag I found they had replaced both wheels at no extra charge. What a pleasant surprise. The bag is now as good as new. Bagmaster now has a very happy customer.

6 Stars ! Barry was fantastic ! We were going to return home in 3 days, and take there 2 pieces to see if he can fix for us before we travel. In 10 minutes he fixed one and changed the other one with the manufacturer. Perfect service ! I recommend to all. If you have problems with your luggage this is the place in Miami to go.

This guy was awesome. The telescoping arm of my favorite suitcase snapped completely off (after taking 16 years of abuse from me), and Barry found a way reattach it. Works even better than before it broke. Hes a friendly guy who clearly loves what he does for a living.

BEWARE!! All of these reviews posted here are from the OLD OWNERS. The new owners have no idea how to run a business. Also there is NO LONGER a luggage repair technician on site full time, he only goes there twice a week for a few hours according to the new owner or attendant that works the front. Needless to say my experience with this business was pure incompetence. I brought my luggage to repair the pocket zipper of my Kirkland check in luggage. It took me 40 minutes to drive there from Miami Beach. The next day I was called by the girl at Bagmaster to tell me the luggage was ready for pick up. I drive 40 minutes again to pick up my luggage and she hands me my bag with the zipper still broken, pocket wide open. How on earth can a repair technician not see the obvious damaged zipper? The front of the luggage has the pocket wide open! Super obvious. So, what did this guy fix? He replaced the zipper pull from the top that was perfectly fine to begin with. So, her excuse is that she doesnt have time to check every bag the supposed technician fixes. Really? Dont have time? Thats called Quality Control in our country, I dont know what you do in your country for quality control but the girl at Bagmaster didnt even bother to look to make sure the repair was actually done before calling me to waste my time to go and pick it up. I dont recommend Bagmaster to anyone. I had a bad experience, and thats my story.

Very reliable business with exceptional customer service and reasonable prices. We took a damaged Delsey suitcase in to repair a damaged wheel during a recent trip to Florida. As it turned out, Delsey no longer could provide a replacement wheel, but Jessica worked with them resulting in Delsey honoring our warranty which had recently expired. A new Delsey suitcase was delivered to our home in Minnesota for the cost of shipping. When there was a unexplained delay in receiving it, I recontacted Mayra at Bagmaster and she quickly identified and resolved the inadvertent holdup. The suitcase was on our doorstep two days later! We really appreciated the service provided by this business.

I am an airline pilot and use my Korchmar wheeled chart case on a daily basis. The telescoping handle broke on a Friday night. I dropped my case off with Barry at Bagmasters Saturday. He said he understood I use the case daily and would do everything he could to have it repaired by my next trip Thursday.I was delighted when he called Monday afternoon to tell me its ready to pick up!Great price and superior service. He also showed me an alternative case for a quarter of the price I paid on-line for the Korchmar.Highly recommend.

Happy to get my suitcase back. A fast and professional service. The handles had deteriorated due to heat. They were replaced and under warranty by Samsonite. Keep in mind that not always the only solution to what is damaged is to throw away and buy, the possibilities must first be exhausted 😉 Thank you for such an excellent service.

Excellent service. When we received our suitcase at the Miami airport, the new suitcase was missing one of the 4 tires. We filed the claim with COPA Airlines and Daymi López, Copa official at the Miami Airport, answered us that the damages to the protruding parts of the suitcase are not considered to be claimable, therefore they rejected the claim. Amazing.I took the suitcase to Bagmaster who are an authorized Briggs & Riley workshop and as soon as he arrived he told me that they would gladly repair it and they did not charge me a penny. On that site they also sell suitcases of various brands

This is the best service I have received in a long time. They have everything and if they do not have it they get it. The girl took care of me attentive and very patient to listen to what I needed and give me solutions. I was surprised that since I called them almost at the time of closing they told me that if I was nearby, they would wait for me. Im sure this is not done anywhere else. I will return again and again and I will patch it one hundred percent to all those who need these services.
