RCI-Air installed a completely new air conditioning system in my house, including the removal of the old system. From the first day RCI was professional and a pleasure to work with, from the owner to the installers. I highly recommend RCI for their dedication to service and quality. At no point during the project did I feel they cut corners and did not make my home a priority. Mike was also very competitive on the price.

I have used RCI several times over the last 4 years, including replacement of 2 AC units. I found them to be professional and helpful. Laz helped me most recently. He spent an hour configuring my new AC to make it quieter and more efficient, and he helped me set it up with controls from my phone. I appreciate the attention to detail.

We knew the air handler was old so we got honest advice from the technician. Instead of trying to up sell us, he told us everything looked good and to call them if we ever had issues. I called at 7am desperate for help as the weather report forecasted high 80s. We had a technician Rodrigo at our home by 10am and he was super professional, kind, and prepared (wearing a mask for precaution). The first time i met Mike for the estimate i told him what i wanted and he went over everything that i needed to do. He was crystal clear in the process and in his estimate. I replace two units with him and the work was outstanding. His guys worked well and were very polite. When the first day of installation was done they cleaned everything before they left to come back the next day. They finished their work on time as promised. I had to have a A/C repair. I had another company come that Friday. Person was here less then 10 mins by morning A/C was not working again. I called this company and spoke to Mike, he told due to Covid 19 they werent doing 24/7 service. But I explained my situation, Mike told me we will call me back, see what he can do. His on call guy Frank said he will come. This is already around 8pm. Frank came, was here for about 2 hours. making sure the a/c was working correctly. He fixed the problem. Explained everything to us. I was so happy, Im almost 8 months pregnant in this Miami heat with no a/c. I wouldve died. Thanks Mike and Frank. They found and new costumer!!!! RCI is the best!!! Our air broke in the middle of July! Called at 6:00 on a Wednesday and they determined we needed a new compressor. Air was fixed the very next day. My air conditioner stopped working. They quickly sent out a tech to help get it working. Turns out I needed a new ac unit because mine was over 12 years old. One of the owners Mike was attentive to my familys needs.The two techs that arrived to install the new unit were great guys. They arrived on time which is uncommon in Miami and worked quickly. Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning SystemThe specific work performed was to seal a Freon 22 leak in the outdoor coils of a 14 year old Trane XL15 unit. We had our previous a/c contractor out here in May, and they never even attempt to tell us there was a problem. Then I contacted another highly rated (by Yelp & Google) local company. It took them (Nationwide) two trips and $500 worth of Freon refill, to find out that they recommended a complete system replacement, because these aluminum lines to the coils could not be fixed.I finally turned to Trane.com and found RCI Air Condition. Called them early this Monday, explained the issue to Mike. He dispatched a Tech to my house within the hour as promised. Lazaro the tech quickly discovered the leak and explained my options and a solution to repair it. I gave him the OK and in 2 hrs.he had the leak repaired, all of the gas lines vacuumed and refilled with Freon 22. Lazaro was very knowledgeable and profesional, explaining every step. System is running and cooling well at this time. Thanks.

Our first experience with RCI Air Conditioning went very well. From our first call to the company to the end of the service call, everything was polite, punctual, and professional. Laz, the tech, was very thorough and analytical as he diagnosed my problematic AC unit. He communicated very well, explaining everything to my satisfaction. Certain parts needed to be replaced, and he explained why. I was also pleased when a part he thought might need replacing, didnt need to be replaced, (and he told me, instead of replacing it anyway for the money.) We are off to a great start with this company, and I highly recommend them.

Stellar experience with Mike and his team. They responded quickly and worked with me to get a new unit in asap, in the heat of summer. They were friendly and informative and returned calls, which NEVER happens in Miami. Great company!

I called for a service appt. they gave me a time of between 11am-1pm. I waited until 5pm. They never came or called. I called the office and the staff didn’t know who I was. She found the appt on the schedule and told me they were running behind. I called a different provider. They came on time the same day and fixed the AC.

Switched to RCI today after the company which had serviced my AC for 13 years advised that they no longer service air handlers in attics. RCI sent Luis who arrived right on schedule. Luis was professional and thorough. This is my new go-to AC service company.
