Worst customer service ever. Extremely lazy and dont want to work. Wont even come up to the door to see what you need. If your so afraid of dying during the pandemic then just close your business. I called and said I was coming to pick up the part in one minute. I was right next door. And when I walk over and stand by the door everyone refused to come to the door. Forced me to call again and then the guy that answered the phone said he knew nothing about my order and wanted to hang up. I had to loose my cool and tell him to ask all his coworkers untill somebody figures it out. Complete waste of my time.

Horrible wont even pick up the phone

Impressed at how badly they treat the few customers they have in that store, it is always empty, not recommended at all. Avoid Mrs. Lourdes is very rude and extremely unprofessional.

Worst customer service. I always bring ac vents taken off to get exact item. They made the mistake and will not return. What arrogance. Go somewhere else.

Glad they had my part, but so misogynistic it was rediculous. All I was doing was changing out the capacitor in my Ac, and they were treating me like I was performing brain surgery, and clearly based off the sole fact that I am a woman. I said nothing to suggest that I didnt know what I was doing. What an experience.
