Excellent customer service! very personalized not like Home depot. They always have good music on.

The staff are very friendly and ready to help you, the opposite of Home Depot . Love to go this place because I do not feel lost of what I what I need.

Horrible experience at the checkout. Rude cashier on her cell phone using profanity while ringing me up. Never excused herself or even tried to provide any customer service. I’ll never go there again. Shame on you. @acehardware

Very nice staff. They have almost everything even this is a small store ..! Screws bolts nuts etc are very very very complete and comprehensive. Metric and Inches. Impressive. There are 2 old fellows there, that are very very knowledgable and kind. Actually I feel very comfortable buying here ... price is not cheap. Ace never been low cost. Recommended!

There’s a reason why they call ace the helpful place. Everyone that works here always ask you if you need help finding something,this is one of the smaller aces that I’ve been to but still have a lot to offer a very clean store

Good attention. Not great. I had to find a price for a washer myself when it came to checkout. It is not economical. But you can find almost anything from the hardware market.

It is a very assorted hardware or hardware store, where you can buy from a cable to gardening supplies, electricity or plumbing. The attention is very friendly and cordial.

Good treatment, good appearance, clean and a lot of barieda, good prices.

Whenever I go I get friendly and willing employees to help with my projects, when I present an idea they get a way to improve it and save on materials. I must emphasize that Mr. Tomás is always willing to help and improve my ideas, he has incredible patience and his treatment is very respectful, the staff at the boxes is very friendly and respectful. They are always in the best position to serve customers. On the other hand they have an assortment of tools and household items that satisfy almost everything I need for small jobs at home.
