THREE MONTH UPDATE:My Garia cart has been a real disappointment. It wont go more than about 15-16 miles on a charge (was promised 40); the front two tires wore down COMPLETELY to bald within 600 miles and before Garia could or would respond (four weeks), and my son suffered a blow-out just before midnight last week; cables have become exposed on both A-pillars and four (literally) repair attempts have not fixed it; prolonged response from Garia on most issues; and, well, overall more problems than I had expected on a cart of this purported quality and expense.I brought this to Tropicars powers that be (their word), and their response was as follows:I have reviewed your concerns with Nick/Orlando in Service, Mrs. Lynne Keller - our President, and the Garia technical team. Based on our assessment, it has been determined that your vehicle is in fine form now that the tire has been replaced and the alignment has been repaired. We will do a better job on service turnaround time as I know that was a larger issue for you in this (as you stated 4 weeks to resolve the alignment/tire issue).As for the battery range, Orlando and the Technical team at Garia came to the understanding that you are getting the appropriate amount of range. The contributing factors affecting range are the accessories such as the fridge, fan and radio which all draw power from the batteries. During a round of golf or stop-and-go driving, frequent starts and stops, as well as the added accessories consume battery charge life. (sic)I could debate these points with the powers that be, but I cant imagine I would persuade them. Ill just say that, overall, the carts quality is far less than Id been led to believe and hoped for. I still think that the sales manager Mike Rubio is terrific (hes the only reason for two stars instead of one), but his powers that be? Thats a whole different story.I am now going to buy a Gem cart as soon as I can get to their store (not Tropicars!) in Naples. Meanwhile, if anyone wants to buy a hard-loaded used Garia with less than 1000 miles and two brand new front tires, please let me know - no reasonable offer refused.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I have dealt with many car and vehicle dealerships in my life. Im not saying Tropicars is in a class by itself, but whatever class its in, it doesnt take long to call the roll. Their responsiveness, knowledge, communications, you name it - everything was first class. I couldnt be happier with my buying experience from the first contact to right now. Thanks to everyone there, notably including Michael Rubio, who totally knocked it out of the park!

Although we started the process in the middle of the covid19 crisis, Mike Rubio and his team at Tropicars made sure our buying experience was excellent. They even delivered a temporary cart while we waited for parts and labor that were delayed due to the pandemic. Highly recommend Tropicars and especially Mike Rubio who was an exceptional salesperson.

Very nice people work there. Had my cart serviced there and $237 later cart is just as broken as before. Parts replaced had no need to be replaced. Cart is exactly the same as before parts were replaced.I suspect that if I would’ve continued trying to have them fix it, every part in cart would’ve been replaced.They had no clue of how to fix
