I had a wonderful and amazing experience at King Cash pawn on North Miami Beach. As soon as I was buzzed in, I was greeted with a hello and a wonderful smile. I believe the clerks name was Caridad. I came in today to pawn a few things and she was very pleasant and eager to help me. After the transaction was completed and she handed me my receipt, she thanked me for my business and told me to have a terrific day. What made me read this review was that she had a wonderful personality and a delight to speak to. I highly recommend this store if anyone is looking to buy or pawn their items. And if you are, this is the place or the customer service is wonderful and you leave with a smile.

I brought in a certain amount of jewelry and asked for the amount of $20 needed. Instead of ripping me off like anyone else in Miami would have done, this lady was incredibly honest, and advised me on what I should do and with what pieces. His integrity is golden!! she couldve easily taken it all and given me what I was needing and left it at that, given that I didnt know better. I was blown away by his level of honesty, integrity, professionalism, care for my best interest as a customer and not in what would make the store the most money. I would never dare go to any other shop but this one. She gave me more than $20. This was my second visit. The first was also wonderfully kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable in regards to leaving my belongings there. I cant say enough good things about them all!

I have visited alot of pawnshops trying to search deals on electronics and automotive tools and I have to say that this pawnshops is a complete rip off, they tried to sell me flashlight that retails at home Depot for $19.99 for $129.00 and when I made them aware of the price difference they tried to say the flashlight came with other accessories but they could not find them. I then said I would give them $10.00 for the flashlight I was told no they would sell the light by itself for $85.00 I said hell no and left. Whomever owns the shop is a complete con artist or the beautiful faces he or she have running the business for them are trying to line their pockets. I will never set foot in this establishment ever again

Great Deals, Even offers Layaway. I actually got a loan on my wifes ring here. The manager Will was very polite and knowledgable. Needed a certain amount of money to cover a bill, and was offered WAY more then I needed (good to know in future if needed) anyways, got my loan, came back in couple weeks to retrieve my item, they even cleaned and polished it for free. Put a very beautiful Tiffany bracelet in layaway for my wife. If your in the area definite place to check out. Thanks Will!!!

Honestly one of the biggest scam Pawn Shops Ive ever seen. As someone who has spent over 15 years in the business, its a shame to see how this business handles undercuts their customers. On top of that there is a very shady business going on beyond closed doors. The most unprofessional business Ive had the displeasure to deal with.Would advise any customer to go to another Pawn Shop.Edit: Thought going to a different store would be okay, found out the owner Alfred is the biggest scammer there. The lady was very nice to me and helpful but that part of the service was irrelevant to the fact she is attempting to undervalue my pawn. Lost a new customer and had to travel to 79th street but got what I needed. My suggestion Is, shop around!

Do not Shop HERE! They have dishonest business practices. One star is over rating this store , this shop sold me a pair of FAKE Christian Louboutins and refused to give me my money back AFTER I FOUND OUT. The rep was non chalant and rude saying sarcastically “Merry Christmas” as I exited the store.

They literally can’t tell what’s gold. I brought a 18k gold broken watch clasp to sell for scrap... after the young unsure girl called over another lady and sawed into the damn thing she told me it was PLATED. Which is not true because I had just sold a clasp identical a few days beforehand for $135 . The rude lady told me take it somewhere else... which I did... right across the street to their competitor who actually knows what they are dealing with, and I sold it to them with zero issue. I’ll never go to your shop again. Waste of time.

The best Pawnshop I have ever visited. I bought a computer there, I am not good at computing and after a month my computer did not work a roof @. I came back to have what options I had and the Charity Manager who is a love, with his good character and professionalism told me do not worry I will try to fix it and if I can not I will return your money.
