This photo of a Five Start ring as a buyer was my worst experience and I have been for years and my family has also bought gold garments in other jewelry stores, it is not good, I explain the seller gives you a meter to make an arrangement to the ring supposedly she tries to help you, she says lowering the price and never tells you until you pay that the arrangement of bringing the ring to your size is going to cost money part of what you already paid for the garment gives you a meter to find your size and order to make the arrangement and when you go to pick up the ring and pay the ring did not work the measure the measure takes it wrong she sends you to pay 25 dollars above to fix the ring again since it was her fault she did not realize that The model of the ring was wide that gives you a size to try on a measure that is narrower, it tells you it is fixed at the moment but it costs more money you wait for time and to finish completing everything I arrive at my house I put on the ring and s I only did wash my hands with it and one of the stones fell off my worst experience as a customer that was my first time shopping in that jewelry store, I leave you the photos of the ring of just one setting without a stone aside for me I only give one star lousy experience money and lost time I do not recommend it to anyone five start

Worst jewelry service ever. I brought a chain for repair on February 10th. They told me it was going to be ready on Feb.17th, and the total payment was $32.50 for a simple repair. I went to the store on Feb. 18th and nothing. 15 days later I hadn’t even received a call from the store so I showed up again. They couldn’t find my item. And they just told me to go back tomorrow, that it should be ready then. Horrible!

I’m so sorry! We had highly expectations but non were met.We were promised the be called to pick up the items, we were not called. We had to come in, they were not ready but delayed one month - never informed about it - They promised for next week, no ready either; later on the week, the rings arrived, and size were wrong. We paid almost 4 weeks ago, and still dont have the full order.They may seem very nice and very polite at the beginning, but at the end it was all the opposite.I would not recommend the place at least not if they do not have the items in stock for you.Thank you.
