Honest, fair pricing, make an appointment, and they get your vehicle in and out on time. Now if something unforeseeable pops up like needing new rotors for brakes they will advise you of time, procedure and costs. Was my first time dealing with Rupperts but not my last!

My car died completely, wouldnt do anything, no dash lights, nothing, had to push it into a parking lot and thought it was toast...these guys responded quickly and towed the car and had it fixed very fast at an extremely reasonable cost, would definitely recommend them and use their services again

A few days after I left I noticed a grinding noise coming from the wheel they replaced. So I went and investigated it. The tire was put on so tight it bent my tire iron. I called and the guy that answered the phone laughed at me. He said all his impacts are set to 90psi. That it wasnt his problem. However the other three wheels I got off no problem. Next time if you dont have the correct torque bar, do it by hand!

I rolled into Rupperts the Friday after Thanksgiving after looking everywhere for someone who could/would look at the bearings on my trailer tire. It had just blown out on me driving south interstate 44. I was on my own, 3 hours from home, 3 hours from my destination, with 2 dogs, and a horse in the trailer.Rupperts team bent over backwards to help me out. I cannot express how grateful I am for them stepping up in the way that they did in my situation. Given the circumstances, I decided it would be best to leave the horse on the trailer. Not only did the Rupperts guys repack the bearing on the bad wheel after making trips to the parts store, they were also super conscientious of doing the work with the horse on the trailer and worked with me to make sure she was calm while they did what needed to be done.They really saved me and my little animal family that day, and lets just say I insisted on paying close to 2x as much as I was charged. I would have paid anything and they chose not to gouge me. This is an excellent shop run by good people.

Drove over a metal pipe sticking straight up out of the road - had my car towed to Rupperts to replace the two tires and wheel that were ruined! They were great! Replaced what I needed, at a good price. Went back a couple of weeks later to replace the other two tires. They ordered them for me and now, I am a happy camper with four new tires!

Theyve been my primary mechanic for years. Ive found them to be flexible in scheduling our service, fair in pricing, and wonderful in warranty work. This is a prime example of why people need to develop good relationships with their service providers. Rupperts has been a long term relationship that Im glad to have.

Doesnt know how to run his own business. TAKE MONEY ELSEWHERE if you want even decent service worth your money. He is unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate. He was not overly priced but the service was terrible.

Always honest about what is wrong with your vehicle, prices are fair. I have taken several vehicles to them over the last couple of years and never a bad experience. They are the only place I will buy tires from or have my vehicles worked on.

Took my Jeep here a while back, I told them it needs a new stabilizer on it. So they put it on the lift and I’m in the waiting area for 30-40 min. They come to me and say it needs a new stabilizer on it, and I say is it fixed? They said no its outside in the lot now. I said so I’ve been waiting for nothing? I took off and went to the burrgraff tire and shop down the road they had it done in 20 min. Don’t go to Rupperts he’s trash.

Super great service,totally radical dudes

After a bad experience (posted below) I decided to give Ruperts another chance with a simple oil change. While I was satisfied with the oil chang and even the price but, the customer service could not have been worse. As soon as the transaction was complete the owner began to berate me for my previous review of his business. With him getting more belligerent I decided to leave, thats when the name calling started...A**hole is not a name you should ever call a customer. To the owner of Ruperts, if someone leaves you a bad review maybe ask how you could do better instead of insulting them.Could not get my motorcycle tire on. A very easy job I could of done myself given the time. Said the job was to hard for them.

Bad service and very unreliable. Never go there again nor will I recommend this place.
