Over the years I’ve experienced customer service from other brands and now I’ve been with BMW/Braman for several years and I can say is the top customer service I’ve experienced from all brands. It is an excellent service and labor, as always. Attention to every detail from start to finish. I’m impressed with the detail and concise explanation of what my car needed including technical info for tire replacement and a video of the car inspection. Waiting time for regular maintenance is fairly quick. While waiting you get kind attention from the barista with coffee options, water, etc., and once your car is done your advisor is back with you while coordinating the valet. You also get your car washed. Value added and Top customer service definitely.

I would like to say that this was by far the most pleasant experience I had at a car dealer. Vitalii was very helpful.

My husband and I were searching on line for a certified pre owned BMW. We found an exact match for the model and options we wanted on the Braman website. I inquired about the car with the chat bot. Ameen Johnson immediately called me back. He let us know that the vehicle had just come in and needed to go through the certification process. He worked with us to ensure they could hold the car for a test drive when it was ready. A few days later we came in for the test drive. The car was detailed and ready to go. The finance manager had all the paperwork completed in less than an hour. Ameen made it a truly easy and pleasant purchase experience.

On Friday (09/03/2021) evening myself and my wife went to look for a new BMW X3. Salesperson Santiago greeted us and showed us the car. We chose the X3-3 with the sticker price of 48,145.00, agreed to pay 53,500 out of the door. The deal included trade off with our 2017 BMW, X3. After some negotiation and consulting with his manager he agreed with that price. Filled out the credit application by then it was 8:00. He congratulated us for the new X-3 and advised us to transfer everything to the new X-3 from the old one and then can come inside to sign the final paper works. We transferred everything as he said. Everything went well till this time. Then Santiago came out and told us that there was a misunderstanding, and his manager cannot sell the X3 for that price. We were shocked and did not know what to do. He kept on says ‘I understand but it was misunderstanding We asked him what about the purchase agreement signed for the price of 53,500 and he agreed. He kept on saying the same words. We asked for the manager, he said the manager left for the day. We had to transfer things from the new X3 to the old one and had to drive home. We are still SHOCKED and have no clue what happened after he agreed to sell the X-3 for that price. What an awful experience right? They backed off from their word and did not even say a sorry.

Absolutely the most shocking customer service experience ever. Ive purchased 6 BMWs in the last 13 years - never service vehicle here. A friend purchased a BMW at another dealership and went here to get a replacement tire under the BMW wheel and tire warranty. The service advisor Aaron Vasquez then preceded to try and tell her she would have to pay out of pocket for everything above 100 dollars, false and absolutely unacceptable misrepresentationThen he said her policy is new and if she wants the vehicle today, she would have to pay cash - sorry. This BMW insurance that this dealership represents. This is absolutely despicable sales practices and I wonder if this would have happened if a man brought the vehicle. This representative was both rude and condescending.

Extremely disappointed and angry. I am an out of state buyer and I called the dealership on Monday and enquired about a 340i. Finalized a price with the sales-guy. Booked a flight for Wednesday and booked overnight tickets. Just before I was about to get on the flight, salesperson called and told me that they had sold the car. I have no words to say other than I was gutted and appalled at the behavior. I even confirmed with the salesperson before hand too that I had booked a flight to come see the car and buy it.The excuse I was given was, we dont hold cars for anyone. I wasnt even given a single day.I lost out on flight fees, hotel fees, uber fees all to be told that the car is sold.Dealers nowadays are using the car shortage to up-charge and be as snooty as they can because they know that they dont have to call anyone twice as cars are in shortage due to the chip crisis.Replying to your replyPlease talk to your sales associate Hansel about his customer from Atlanta. I took my 2020 5 series in for service as my car is shutting it self off in the middle of driving. Extremely concerning. I was told that they would need to keep for the car for at least 3 days and because I did not purchase the car there I could not receive a loaner. Worked with Aaron Vazquez , after some work was done in my car for blower that was dirty . The area that they clams fo cleaned up for $200 that was not covered by warranty. This will cause the same problem to happen again if not addressed, he didn’t care they claimed not to joy ride my car but it came back with 4 miles over , when for 5 days they couldn’t fix the problem . So they joy ride my car then don’t do the work they said they would probably and the agent seemed to not care .

Everyone was very nice and professional from sales to finance. My experience buying was great, but I will say our sales specialist George Grecu was what made our buying experience >5 stars. George went above an beyond to help us get the car we wanted and even personally delivered the new car to us in Key West in the middle of the night and then return 4 hours back to Miami by UBER. I just purchased my first BMW with Braman Miami. The experience from the moment my husband and I walked in was very relaxed and enjoyable. I explained what I was looking for and was able to browse their large inventory with the help of salesman, Sergio Garcia. He was very knowledgeable with the brand, the cars and pleasant to work with. After looking at different cars that didnt quite have everything I wanted, in true cliché fashion - I fell in love with the showroom car. Waiting there was a white 430i 2-door Coupe with sexy, blood red leather interior, moonroof, black rims and grille complete with the M package - an entirely brand-new line from BMW so hot it hadnt even been there two days. From this point forward I thought wed be in for a battle for sure because not only did I have to be happy, but my husband had to be happy with the numbers. All in all, it worked out way smoother than I anticipated. Once we all agreed on a number, we were turned over to finance member, Hugo Martinez, who was just as amazing and made the final process as smooth as I have ever experienced purchasing a car. Both men stayed after hours closing the deal, with Sergio (our salesman) going over the entire car with me. He gave me a word of advice that stood out to me that night which was to really try to get to know the car because it has and does so many things to take your driving experience to another level - and he was right! Needed to update the one star review because they are trying to make it right. This dealership is a roller coaster. One great salesperson helped me with two cars. Then the computer system went down and picking up the tag, getting a service, etc. was a monthlong ordeal. Then twice a car needed service and the loaner department was incapable of giving a timeline before a car would be ready, leaving me waiting for hours when I could have taken an Uber home to work until the loaner was ready. Today, I stormed out after more than two hours sitting there waiting for a loaner. Kris from the service department apologized profusely and was equally frustrated. After retrieving my car, I spoke to the sales manager that helped me with my financing. He told me to talk with Gus, the service manager. They contacted me and arranged a pickup of my car and drop off of a loaner. They are making it right, so they deserve better than a single star.
