Unreliable when it comes to promises. I bought a pre own car, with a scratch, in the sale I asked for a discount and they did not accept it. They let me know that they would fix it, it took two weeks and nothing, when I went to the dealer the day that according to them.the person who repaired it would be, they came to me telling me that the guy won’t be in the dealer. His solution was to asked me to come back the following week,as if one had every day off to beg him to fix my car. After they do not show their faces the manager “Cesar”, hide in his office. My car still have the scratch. Very dishonest person !!

Unfortunately you can NOT trust this people. I bought a used Tiguan, it was kind of dirty when i first saw it, and when they delivered I saw scratch on it. Immediately that I saw it i said something about it and the response was that they could repair it, and that they’ll install some kind of protection on the bumper, so i shouldn’t worry. I came, to the second appointment (because they failed to comply on the first) and the result of the work was unacceptable. At this point I learned that there were no possibilities that they could repair the scratch because there were parts that needed to be replaced. So here is the deal, they lied to me when they said that they could repair it because obviously (judging by the result) the couldn’t, they just could “make it better”. When I pointed out all of this to them, they told me with a strait face “you bought a used car”. And yes, I said, and added: “I bought a dirty used car trusting you”. If they acted in good faith they could most definitely told me that the car was scratched and not tell me that you could repair something unrepairable. I guess making the sale was more important.

I recently bought a VW from Deel and so far, nothing they have said is true. They have terrible customer service. I have left repeated messages for return calls, and nothing. There are several VW dealerships in Miami - I was told not purchase there and I did. Dont make the same mistake I did!

Customer service is absolute trash. Lady at service station to pay is incredibly rude and miserable, and guys out front couldnt have a clue whats going on as to where our car was, even though it was dropped off the previous morning at 10AM. Last time were coming hereNot to mention no one ever picks up the phone, and if they do, they transfer you to the service department where the manager is nonexistent. Real nice and unorganized

Part 2 (First post by my sister)Finally they tell me to bring the car in on Friday Oct 16. I did and after 4 hours waiting at the Palmetto VW they told me they ordered the wrong piece.At that point I drove back to Deel VW with both engine and gas sensor damaged.Once I got there, already upset about the situation, they were nothing but disrespectful, condescending and patronizing towards my time and experience. Bridgette first questioned me why I took the car to a different dealer when it was them that sent me to Palmetto. Furthermore, they even told me this is the reason ‘’we have guarantee’’ but let’s not pretend that having the engine and the gas sensor broken/damage is normal in a brand new car.That Friday they gave a loaner, and called me on Monday 19 to tell that the car was ready. I went to pick it up and somehow what was damage is a was loose cable that they fixed. Take into account that this is after I was told at Palmetto it was a piece that needed to be replaced.I took the car and on Tuesday 20th; just ten days after taking the car from the dealer the first time and not 24 hours after being assure that I won’t have any problem with the car, it turned OFF while I was driving on the Turnpike.This has been the most scary moment I have ever experienced in a car, I felt unsafe and fearful for my life. It was pure luck that I wasn’t involved in a MVA due to incompetence of Deel VW.I was towed to the dealership and no one wanted to take responsibility. At this point I reassure them that I didn’t feel safe and that I did not wanted the car back, regardless on what they might find. In this occasion I spoke with Ana who is the General Sales manager.At this point they gave me the headquarters phone number for me to create a case, knowing I wouldn’t qualify for the lemon law. They also gave me a loaner to go back home.VW headquarters calls me on Wednesday 21 and explained to me why the Lemon law wouldn’t apply to my case, because despite taking the car to the dealership 4 times (Sunday, Monday, Friday and Tuesday) they had just “fixed” the car twice (counting when it was towed on Tuesday).At this point there was no option but to pick up the car once fixed. When I went for the car on Friday they had the nerve to tell me that it turned off on me because it didn’t have gas and that I was lucky they didn’t report this to the headquarters. You would see in the pictures below how when the car turned off on me the gas was marking full.Also, if that was the case that the car did not have any gas, what did they do on Monday when they fixed the cable? I filled up the tank on October 14th, for which I also have receipts. So for them to tell me that it somehow was my fault was beyond disrespectful and offensive.Nonetheless, this has been by far the worst experienced in my life and I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. I have the car with me now but I’m scared to drive it. I wonder how many people with a brand new car feels unsafe driving it. I guess at the Dealer they just don’t care about me or my safety.Today is the 24th, so all this has happened in 14 days.Do yourself a favor and if it’s a VW what you really want find yourself a different dealership.

Let me tell you about Cesar Concepcion who couldn’t be more dishonest and in my opinion a crook in disguise.Here is my experience summarized in a couple of paragraphs: I inquired about buying my lease which I got from this dealer 3 years back. Cesar who works with the used car sales told me I had to pay a dealer fee again 900$. Previously, I had reached out to VW credit who told me that dealers shouldn’t charge a fee. Even spoke with the finance manager from this location over the phone and told me that he wasn’t supposed to charge me a fee.When I arrived at the location Cesar brought me the papers with the fee included. I asked to speak to someone else and he told me that there was no one I could speak to because he was the manager. Which was a complete lie. The dealer sales manager is Anna. I then told Cesar that the finance manager told me that no fee was necessary when you were to purchase a lease, “he said I don’t care what he says, I am the one who decides”.That Saturday I went home and later next week I called WV credit and corporate WV. Thankfully they called in the dealership and spoke to Anna the real sales manager. I came in the following week and was able to purchase the car for the right price.If I wouldn’t have researched and fought back Cesar would have taken advantage of a customer. Dishonest even in COVID times. In my opinion this man should be fired!!!!! No ethics or moral behavior whatsoever.Going through comments/reviews in Google. I see other people that write about similar interactions with Cesar!!!!! Buying a car should be a nice experience.

It wont be a long review otherwise Ill need more than a day to explain my frustration. Yes, the costumer service is quite decent because they are a business and businesses need to make money. However, if you want to buy your lease you will regret it. The 2018 Jetta that we leased was around $18k brand new. After 36 months the residual value was around $12k so our payoff value was around $13k. We decided to do business with a different brand (Mazda). So when Mazda requested a costumer payoff they inflated the price all the way up to $18, 301. Basically the price of a brand new 2021 VW Jetta. And forget about talking with somebody from Deel VW or VW Credit. They wont help you at all. We were told that is the price that we need to pay for doing business with another brand and because they are the lean holder so they can basically do as they please. So good look folks these stories never end in favor of costumers.

Best service experience ever! Unfortunately I made the mistake of buying my car from VW of Ft Myers (please see my review of them), I wish I purchased my vehicle from Deel. When I arrived Friday afternoon the service area was very crowded, however I was greeted within minutes. The service manager John treated me with the kindest costumer service I could imagine. He had the issue fixed within 15 minutes and I was on my way. Before I left another service employee (whose name I unfortunately forget) provided me with a free car wash (exterior and interior). There was no reason for him to do that aside from being a kind employee. I cannot say enough good things about the service department at Deel! Give them your business!

Called the Parts number for help on an order of car mats that I could not pick up due to it being closed every Saturday and Sunday for whatever reason (which is not normal) and the phone call was answered with parts and the call was ended with just hanging up and that is it. Really terrible over the phone customer service. Due to the fact that I cannot pick up the mats working a 9-5, and not being close to the dealership, I was still charged a 20% restocking fee for frankly no reason. When I was asked what kind of car I had, I had to repeat myself a few times because it seemed like he did not even know what a Golf R is, while working at Volkswagen. I never leave reviews, but that was all just so ridiculous. And they do not answer emails.

I live in Miami, so even though I was checking all South Florida VW dealers, I came in to Deel to do business locally. My salesman was Logan, and I was pleasantly surprised by his honesty, and demeanor. He lacked that customer repellant, most car salespeople seem to have. I test drove the silver car they had, and was given an out the door price of $30700. I told him we would be doing a full cash deal we were ready to purchase that coming weekend. I went home and spoke to the other dealerships I had contacted. They asked what they could do to close the deal. I told them that I was really looking for a blue Atlas Cross Sport. The folks at Gunther said they could bring in a Blue one from another dealer, and my price would be $30500. out the door. I later spoke with the folks at Naples VW and they offered me the same blue car for $29158. out the door. I first offered Deel a chance to match the deal I was offered, but the manager said she would have to add onto the price the cost of bringing the blue car in to the total of $31500. She would not budge and obviously lost the deal. I went to Naples VW that weekend and made my purchase. While there saw 2 other customers from Miami, and another one from the Keys all had driven all the way there to purchase new VWs. Not surprising that none of the Miami VW dealers were even contenders on a competitive deal.

My sister leased a brand new 2020 atlas. $2ooo out of pocket 470 a month. She got home and saw a check engine light in her brand new car. While it may be understandable that an engine light could be missed by a dealer before delivering a new car, the way Deel chose to handle this was very dishonest and unacceptable. She returned to the dealership and they told her there was nothing they could do. Service was closed (at 12pm on a saturday) and the next available appointment was thursday. She works a full schedule and her only day off is monday. They didnt offer her a loaner car or to help her in any way after they sold her a car with engine faults. INSTEAD a MANAGER asked Andre a SALESMAN to look at the car for her. My sister knows nothing about repairing cars so they took advantage of her. The salesman lied to her telling her that the check engine light was just a sensor and that it was perfectly safe to continue driving the vehicle with the check engine light on. He did this without even opening the hood. He simply looked at the light and told her a complete lie. I told her it was NEVER safe to drive ANY car with an engine light and I was shocked that this was told to her by a Deel Volkswagen salesman with a manager present. She is having the car repaired at another VW location. It will be under warranty, but these people risked the safety of my sister and lied to her face. And now she will be out of brand new car for weeks with no replacement or rental offered for Deels mistake. The new car could have broken down at any time causing an accident after the salesman said it would be perfectly safe to continue driving the car. My sister was very excited to be able to lease her 1st car and Deel has made it such a nightmare for her. She went back yesterday and spoke with the general manager Anna who was very rude and disrespectful. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistakes and problems caused by her dealership Anna blamed my sister. Unbelievable. We will be filing an official complaint with Volkswagen corporate. Deel is a dishonest dealership that takes advantage of women. They do not stand behind their products and they only care about getting you to sign and getting you out the door. VW says all their vehicles are vigorously inspected at the factory AND the dealership. It appears Deel did not follow VW protocol in inspecting this car and so they want to turn the blame back on the paying customer. Life is too short to do business with such dishonest disrespectful people. We wont be returning.

Part 1So this is going to be a summary of my experience at Deel VW during the past 2 weeks.I leased a 2020 Atlas Cross Sport SEL 4motion the 8th of October and pick it up the 10th.The engine light turned on that same night with less than 50 miles.I took the car to Deel VW October 11. The assistant sales manager (Bridgette) and Andre (another salesman) said that it was just a sensor they “forgot” to turned off and she assured me the car was perfectly fine. I don’t understand how they assured me that the car was fine when none of them have the qualifications to determine if it’s just a sensor.Somehow they didn’t have any appointments for me on Monday for which they sent me to another VW dealer (Palmetto). Remember this a brand new car I took home less than 24 hours ago.On Monday while driving to Palmetto the check engine light was off but the gas sensor was showing a full tank even though the night before it was 3/4.After having the car for a day they explained it needed a piece that they need to order.They said it would be safe to drive the car while waiting for the piece, but that I needed to fill the tank so that way I had an idea of the miles driven.So I put gas on the car and barely used it.

It should always this was to buy a car. We emailed to negotiate the price. I emailed them a credit card authorization for a refundable deposit. Agreed upon a time for us to come. Once there and the car was test driven, we were out within 45 minutes. Angelo was wonderful to work with.

Horrible customer service in the maintenance department. Tried claiming a deal for a gift card for services over $100. However because my $125 oil change and tire rotation was already “discounted”, they refused to honor it. I don’t know how an oil change that expensive was discounted but oh well. Management actually got aggressive when I brought it up. Horrible experience. I’ll never take any car to these guys again.

I left my car for service this morning, and I requested them to leave it outside the dealer, so I could pick it up after hours. When I got there after paying almost 600$ in service, they left the lights on and my car ran out of battery. My car battery needed replacement and I think they did this on purpose to force me to change it here, unreal, a battery is 125$ and they wanted to charge me almost 300$. Be careful before leaving your car there.

The service at this location was truly exceptional and very high quality. Based upon online reviews, I (incorrectly) assumed that this dealership was not as high quality as a local import mechanic. The online reviews were for Deel Volkswagen were not only wrong and not based in reality at all; they were unjust. Not only was Deel cleaner and better run than the local import mechanic, the customer service was superior. Importantly, the performance of the Volkswagen Passat in question for the same repair issue (popped tire) was handled much, much better by Deel Volkswagen. The car runs much more smoothly after being serviced by Deel, and furthermore, I note that the cost was less than the local import mechanic. There is simply nothing that can replace the expertise of the Volkswagen mechanics themselves. Likewise, I give Carlos (recently hired) a very high rating for exceptional customer service. Exceptional atmosphere, exceptional quality, exceptional speed, exceptional experience. Thank you.

I bought a pre owned vehicle for my daughter in aug 2019 , i paid it cash. A VW beetle and the seller promised us that the carfax was clean. A huge lie as the car had 3 accidents before and they bought it in auction. They knew absolutely the problem but too happy to rip of a student. This dealer is a shame.

Be aware that they might run your credit multiple times. I signed for a credit inquire and for some reason the person than handles the credit inquieres ran my credit twice.I sent a letter asking to remove one of the inquieres and instead I receive a call from a lady saying thats the way they do business and they have no control over it. If you care about your credit go to a dealer that will have control over the number of inquieres that will be posted on your credit report.

My car was damaged at the hands of Deels Service Department and they refused to acknowledge or even inquire about the incident.I left my new car at the service department for a tire issue. Upon picking it up later that day, I see that theres a recent, huge scratch on the left side of my steering wheel. I bring this up to the service manager, Mr. John Bu-Nasser, and he right away tells me it was not the fault of the service department. Without even asking first? The least I would expect is to consult first with those who handled my vehicle before rudely denying any/all fault.The day after the incident I am contacted by Deel to know of my experience. After explaining this situation, I am promised a call back to further inquire. Never received the call. I called back and left voicemails two days in a row, and still never heard back. I sent an email to the manager and that was also ignored.A work colleague tells me they have also had similar poor experiences with Mr. Bu-Nasser. What an unfortunate situation for my new car. Even though this is my closest VW, Ill never take my car to these guys again.

Called for service questions, first one being do they offer loaner cars. They do not. I cant use them. Im primarily responsible for taking care of our son. I need to have access to an automobile. Why is it that VW dealers in SF dont do this? The dealer I bought my car from outside of Philly was an hour from my house. They offered to drive to my home with a loaner car and drive my car back so I wouldnt be inconvenienced. I understand thats a little over the top, but they wanted my business and it was a great sales experience. I used them over the dealer that was right down the road from me. Service charges were comparable.

I’m a 24 year old girl and I’ve have been looking for a good deal on a car since 01/19. I’ve been to every dealership from south motors to palmetto 57 and was treated like trash. The wait was so worth it when I came to this dealership! I realized how much other big dealers in Miami over charge when I saw the purchase order here. Dropped off the 2018 Tiguan for a front end noise that was rattling. Happened to be an anti-sway bar that went bad with only 9,000 miles. Went to pick up car today and was returned with a computer error on the auto shut off. Wasted trip wasted time very poor customer service. Did not even offer a loaner for the time being.

Jenry Perez is the guy to see at Deel Volkswagen. In 2019 my wife leased an Atlas, and he made the car buying process very easy without being pushy. He was also very knowledgeable, and dedicated.Fast forward to April 2021 and I wanted to get an Atlas Cross Sport. I visited Jenry, and once again he was able to make it happen. He took his time explaining the details of the car on the test drive, and was able to get me a lease on the exact one I wanted, which was the SE with Technology package in white. Aside from being a good salesman, Jenry is also a down to earth and good person. I would do business with him time and time again, and would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a Volkswagen.

We were passed from locksmith to this dealership because the locksmith couldn’t replace my key and said it was dealership only. Deel took my request and promised us that it would be possible and take only 2-3 days. After 4 days of waiting and premature charge of my account, they told us there was nothing they could do and they actually couldn’t get my key. The time lost is invaluable as this was an urgent situation. NEVER using this dealership again.

Best experience at a car dealer, ever!I called the salesperson and I told him I didnt want to spend an entire day at the dealer, looking for a car, filling out paperwork, and fighting over price.I knew the car my wife wanted, so I asked for a specific deal I saw on TV on a lease option. We discussed a possible down payment and monthly payments over the phone. He went to work and called me back on the phone when he had mostly all of the details worked out.So, he suggested that I fill out a credit check form, among a few other documents and just send it to him via email or fax. By the time I arrived at the dealer, almost everything was done. I literally walked out of the dealer in less than two hours with the new car. The entire staff was extremely courtious and friendly. They truly made us feel at home!

After relocating to Miami and doing my research on the internet, I chose to have my car serviced at Deel Volkswagen. I was happy with the customer service I received over the phone yesterday when I made my appointment. Arriving on time (and for the 1st time), I was asked who I was here to see. I said I didnt remember and he asked me to pull into a bay. Nobody came over to me after 2 minutes, so I got out to get some assistance. There was a man who was with a customer at the desk nearest to my car and another man at the desk to the right. I walked around to that man (who was slumped over his desk on his phone). When I asked if different people handle different customers, he asked if I had an appointment, which I did. I told him my name and he said, Your appointment is with Arturo. That guy will help you and pointed to the man who was at the desk nearest my car (who was with a customer). I waited at the driver side of my car and looked at him until he caught my eye and we exchanged good mornings. After a couple minutes, he walked around to my side of the car, made no eye contact, put his hand slightly out and said, key. That was how I was greeted. He got in, looked at my mileage and asked if it was my 1st visit. I said it was. He looked at my mileage and wrote it down. He asked me what service I was there for. I asked about a diagnostic check and any promotions, etc. I was informed the diagnostic check was $135 and the oil change $105, which seemed high but he said it was synthetic oil. At that moment, I made a decision to take my business elsewhere. As a first time customer, I did not have a good vibe at all nor did I feel like I was treated with basic manners. I would have expected a Good Morning, Ill be right with you. and when he did come to help me, a smile, a handshake, an introduction? The only word spoken was key as he took my key from me. It was very impersonal. I told him I was leaving for that reason and we discussed it. He didnt seem to think his service was anything but great.

BAIT AND SWITCH! Has 2019 CPO Jetta R-Line advertise at $16,799 - when you get the real numbers, they want close to $20k before taxes and fees.Instead of honoring their advertised price, they blame their internet provider, the algorithm.

Rob Rohm is the man! He always makes the car buying process so easy and painless. He is fantastic to work with and goes above and beyond for his customers. I have chosen to stay with a VW mostly because it is so easy to work with him. Rob got me everything I wanted in my last VW, and in my new VW as well.As for Deel VW, generally a pretty good experience, but Armando in finance is an a-hole. Doesnt know how to treat customers at all. Very condescending. If it wasnt for Rob treating us so well, I would have left and cancelled the purchase after my experience with Armando in finance.

We bought two cars took all day. Would have liked a better trade in on both cars but it is what it is. Would have liked some free stuff too like a coffee mug, hat, pen but hey we only bought our last 3 cars from you. Sales guy was nice liked him may be the only reason I did not shop a round. One complaint I was sold the zuma paint and interior protection and its out of stock for a week.

I arrived without appointment to fix a headlight, the service rep immediately received the car and asked question about the failure and asked me to leave the car for the day, they call me 2 hour later and the car was ready .It has been the fastest and efficient service I have experienced from a service department in Miami in a long fine.
