My car caught a flat and Pedro came and saved the day in no time I was shocked I highly recommend Pedro, he was on time, communicated with me right away answers my questions and concerns and gave me a great rate I even bought 2 tires he went and got it for me and changed them knowing I was stuck he’s my official mechanic for sure! Pedro did an incredible job fixing my dads car. It not in use for years. Even with a new battery it did not start. Pedro is an excellent mechanic. I found him on Yelp a couple of years ago. He changed our vehicles brakes and starter—saving us hundreds of dollars. We didn’t have any issues with the work he did back then. Recently, we were told by the Lexus dealership that we needed a few things things done. I decided to give Pedro a call to see if he’s still working. He is, and he’s just as kind and efficient as before. He changed our struts, as well as threaded stud posts on one of our tires. Our vehicle rides far smoother than before. He saved us hundreds of dollars; and we’re so thankful. He’s a really nice guy. He’s very thorough with his explanation of what is needed and why. He speaks very good English! He shows you the brand new parts when he opens the boxes. He also shows you your old beat up, worn out parts after he has removed them. Pedro is what I call a “dream mechanic”. He’s honest and affordable. Car repairs are always an inconvenient surprise. But working with Pedro takes the pain and frustration away. Give him a call! He will put your car back on the road and your mind at ease without draining your savings. Very unprofessional. I was looking into auto repair services, I called Certified Mobile Tech. The person who answered didnt even give me the time of day or allow me to finish my sentence and just clicked. I wont even bother to look into this company any more. Anyone can repair a car, but only a few are able to do so while providing customer service. I have one word for Certified Mobile Tech: NEXT!!!!!!

Extremely unreliable and dishonest. This man will take you for a ride, avoid at all cost. Most of the positive reviews you read about him from various sites are written by him. He is not as skilled as he claims to be, he left my car in such a bad state that even the Mercedes Benz independent shop I took my car to after his botched work commented that he should not be fixing cars. He is a con artist that goes around the South Florida area claiming to be a good mechanic and charges exuberant rates, but does not follow through, do not hire him. I have reported him to the police.

Total rip off! Charged me $400, asked for cash (of course, because he knew it was a job that was way too big for him), and now i have to spend $5000 to fix the issue. thanks to Pedros advise to continue driving a car that he supposedly fix, the vehicle could have caught on fire while i was driving, because there was gas in a diesel engine. my engine is now completely destroyed and he has the nerve to tell me, why didnt you take it to the dealership. SSSSSoo what was the point of me paying you if i would have to take it to the dealership???????? this pisses me off because i have a family, and i drove me kids in a car that was a fire risk!!!!!

DONT TRUST THIS MECHANIC! Hell try to rip you off just like the big shops and dealers.First off, he only wants to communicate by text. I explained my issue in detail and right away he told me I need to rebuild my carburetor which I would need to bring to him at a cost of $400 and it would take 5 days.I CAN BUY A BRAND NEW CARB FOR LESS THAN $400!I then told him the carb was fairly new ( just over 1 year old ) and that all it really needed was professional tuning and his response was the same. He recommends it be rebuilt.Im very good with most auto repairs and know what Im talking about. Ive repaired most of my own cars since I started driving 25 years ago. Im just not ASC certified. I reached out to him because he had good reviews and I thought he could help tune my carb because I dont have all the necessary tools required to do it as recommended by the manufacturer.To make a long story short, I had my carb tuned just fine and it turned out to be a weak mechanical fuel pump. A $26 part I was easily able to install myself.BOTTOM LINE. If you dont know what youre talking about when it comes to auto repair, DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!As you just read, hell tell you that you need an expensive repair and take advantage of you. Youre much better off going to a dealer because they have the best tools, guarantees and you know where to find them if there is a problem with the repair. They also have a manufacturer to answer to if youre not a happy customer and file a complaint.Dont trust everything you read. For all this mechanics good reviews, HES JUST ANOTHER SCAM ARTIST.Always get a second and third opinion. If they all say the same thing then it just comes down to price.

Pedro was a superstar. He came to my home with an appointment the next day on time. He repaired my truck in the driveway in less than an hour. Purely courteous and professional. His outstanding customer service was none less than perfection. We took the truck for a test drive just to be sure as this was his suggestion.I spent 41 years as a manager for Publix Supermarkets before I retired so I know about superior customer service.
