Very professional, friendly staff. I visited this store as my second choice but as of today I am making it my first choice! I started to do Google reviews after seeing how Miami in general is going down due to lack of good customer service. There many people that think or have said it was something predictable due to the high diversity in our mist, but to my satisfaction this place just proves those people wrong!Keep up the good job and for taking the time to take a good look and get the job nicely done!

For the last three years I have trusted this place, for their professionalism, speed with which they work, they give you a guarantee both in the pieces and in the work, they also do it promptly, they re-solve you on the same day without running out of a car. Also they have great packages of service. I can say is my workshop.

I stopped by to have them look at my tires as the pressure had dropped due to the temperature change and asked them also to check on my levels on oil and water as I was about to set out on a road trip to AZ and although my car had been serviced a month or so ago, I just wanted to be sure. Juan at the desk was a star, very friendly, conversed with me and had a tech look at the car …. $25 for piece of mind and air in my tires … great place, highly recommended *****

Update: Nov. 2021Sorry to say this visit did not go as well as my first/August visit :( ...I have to say though that I truly appreciate their customer service with regards to access. They answer the phone and are very prompt and efficient at the store.However, I believe I was oversold. I purchased 2 run-flat tires that come with manufacturer warranty and also purchased the Road Hazard Warranty. However, I was also sold the Complete Tire Protection which I questioned the need if I already had tires with a manufacturer warranty. Also, my lugnut key is now stripped from this visit and I had to buy another one with lugnuts from the dealership which cost $107. This TK was the only and last to work on my vehicle using the same key in August as per below. I asked them to reimburse me the cost but they said that stripping happens and wasnt their fault. I believe it was and should be reimbursed for both of these costs. Thank you! Again, I do appreciate the great experience I had in August, just not this time.5 starts August 2021Im convinced they have a Formula 1 pit crew in the back or they are betting on each other! :) ...BEST experience Ive had ever with replacing a flat tire! The service was excellent and quick! Last think you want when youre dishing out a lot of $ to replace the 5th flat tire in 1 year is the ordeal of having to wait hours and hours for the service. Thank you guys for making this experience less painful! In a city where scammers and thieves are the norm in every industry, what happened to me at this location is truly a miracle. I had called this store to make arrangements to have my rear brakes done. I had been advised by another nearby shop (Greens Automotive) that they were in dire need of being replaced at a cost of $540.I had replaced all of my tires previously at Tire Kingdom so I decided to get an estimate for the rear brakes from them. The phone estimate came in $200 less than the the one from Greens Automotive so I made an appointment. Upon my arrival, Nick met me and proceeded to walk outside to take the info from my car. While he was there he visually inspected by tires and my brakes, which can be seen from the outside, and advised me that the brake pads still had over 50% life on them and the rotors were good. I did not need brakes...I was floored. Here was a man who could very easily have just taken my info and made some fast money yet he didnt. He did the right thing.Upon reading this some may think that he did his company wrong by not selling me something I did not need but that would be a mistake. This mans actions have now guaranteed that I will take every car I own to him for any service they can provide. In the long wrong, it was a brilliant marketing move on his part. More importantly, he reminded me and us that there are still strong honest men left in South Florida that value honesty and hard work over a quick buck.

My Truck needed tires and I came in to get a quote. I felt like I received a good quote and left with new set of Michelin tires. I got a call the next day from Nick asking how I liked my purchase. I have to say I was impressed. I will be bringing my truck back for some brakes.

Took my car there on Wednesday for 2 new tires, a rotation and balance. I drop my car off and about 40 mins later they call to tell me my break fluid is contaminated. I declined the service. When I picked up the car afterwork I saw my tires had not been rotated. By then it was too late to wait and I was leaving on a trip the next day. I drove about 5 hours North and the entire time my ride was bumpy. I took it too a different tire kingdom, told them they neglected to rotate my tires and my car didnt feel like a smooth ride and to double check my break fluid... so a few hours later they informed me NONE OF MY TIRES HAD BEEN BALANCED! INCLUDING THE NEW ONES! They also checked my break fluid and they said the PH test on my break fluid was perfect. Not only did they not do what I paid for, tire rotation, but they attempted to upsell me another service for $79.99... was the $385 I spent on new tires, balance and alignment not enough? Terrible service. Will never be back. Felt extremely taken advantage of.

So it is 6:15pm and I got a punctured tyre and I call to check if they were still actually open (like google shows); they answer, I ask: Hi, are you still open? Because I got a puncture tyre I need fixed... The answer: yes sir, we are.So I drove with my flat tire to them (10 min drive), get there and he says (same guy who admitted answering the phone before): Sorry sir, we are not taking any more repairs for today. Not after 6pm.So I tell him: I just called and you said, yes we are open. His brilliant answer: we ARE open... I have had great experiences the last couple times I have had to bring my car in. Both have been since April so money is tight and I know they are looking out for the best deal for me. Jason has great customer service!

Bait and switch operation. Needed an oil change so I Went online to get their phone number to see if they were open and saw that you could make appointments online. It asked me for my vehicle year/make/model and it gave me a price with everything included. I thought that was great So I made my appointment for an oil change. Later while waiting they told me ( somewhat insisted ) that my car tires needed to be rotated and balanced but I declined since my car had only 2000 miles. When it came time to pay, the final cost was 4 times what the internet had quoted me. Showed them my reservation with the total amount but they declined to honor it. Long story short they were basically laughing the whole time because they had my car and I had no choice but to pay to get it back. Went home called their 800 number and all they want to do is give me coupons for future services but I am not interested in future services if they don’t take care of this situation.Their 800 number wasn’t very helpful but upon my 3rd call they asked for my paperwork and that they will get back to me. I will update this review if anything positive happens but for now I am very unhappy and feel cheated.

Automotive nightmare. I came to this location because of an upcoming road trip, and I wanted to make sure that my tires were in appropriate condition. I was recommended replacements. Within a few hours of receiving the tire replacements, I started getting a low tire pressure alert. After taking my car back in the shop, I was told that the tire pressure monitor had malfunctioned and that my tires were fine. My car continued to display the low tire pressure alert. It later became apparent that one of my tires had gone flat, and I gave it some air and took my car yet again to the store. After picking up my car the next day, it was reported that there was no issue with the tires. I still had a low tire pressure indicator from my car, but my road trip couldn’t wait any longer. After a few hours into the drive, I noticed that the same tire that had previously been flat was flat again and now covered in air bubbles. I had to fit a spare tire in the middle of the night and wait until the morning when I finally found a tire kingdom that honored my warranty and replaced the defective tire. You make up your mind. In my opinion, if you care about your time, money, and safety then go to any other organizations or store location. Don’t believe a word these employees say; they’re scam artists looking to make a buck.

I go to this Tire Kingdom for oil changes and other routine maintenance and have zero complaints. The employees and are always friendly and helpful. A few weeks ago the technicians accidentally installed a wiper blade that was too long, and Service Manager Yazzer replaced it yesterday at no cost and in about 3 minutes, even though the shop was busy. Thanks!

The manager was sincere in wanting to fix the issue with my car correctly after another Tire Kingdom aligned my car incorrectly. They were fast and efficient. I was relaxed, sipping my complementary coffee and before I knew it the car was ready. Manager has great customer service skills. Will take my car back to this Tire Kingdom on Bird Road only.

BEWARE: BAIT AND SWITCHThis place will charge you the MAXIUM price they can for a job and add as many extra charges as possible. During the peak of the COVID crisis I made the mistake of having my car towed to Tire Kingdom. I was quoted 1,000$ to replace my failed radiator. Despite knowing this price was ridiculous, to avoid the hassle of towing my car again during this time I regrettably allowed this ‘professionals’ to be work on my car.Come pick up day, my bill had increased to 1,400$ as they added a transmission flush without my knowledge and charged me 70$ for each additional coolant line that was not in the original quote. This is despite the representative telling me it was 70$ total over the phone a day before.Adding insult to injury, I open my engine by after my car begins smoking on the drive home to find the old radiator’s anti-freeze all over the engine bay including a puddle between both battery terminals.Seeing this shop is not capable of professional work I decided to inspect my car closer. Turns out they did not replace the plastic bumper clips into the area around the radiator AND underneath the car at the plastic splash guards.After this frustration, a day later I have the pleasure to find out that the driver side carpet is not wet from my feet but permanently stained from tire kingdoms workers shoes in the shop. Can’t imagine this is the level of a work corporate expects from a franchise. I have had good experiences at other tire kingdoms.If google allowed me to post pictures, it would be apparent this place is UNSUITED for whatever your car needs beyond a tire rotation.

I never leave reviews but I need to do for this just in case someone decides they want to go here in the future. The price I was told over the phone was not the same price as when I arrived for new tires. I was told I needed to pay upfront for the tires to be ordered, so I obliged. The next day I had to call numerous times to check for my tires ( even though they were supposed to call me) . I went and the service took 4 hours, during which they informed me I needed a new brake pad which would cost $80. I said to go ahead. Once they were done, they charged me $411. I was extremely confused and couldn’t understand how the price jumped $320. They told me there was nothing I could do and I would have to come in on another day to talk to the manager. Terrible terrible service. Do not go here!!!! I promise I am not one to complain but like I said, I hope this helps someone in the future before they get trapped like this.

Kind, courteous, helpful and fair. I took my car in for service on a Thursday and had to leave it until Monday as I put someone in the hospital and could not get back to pick up my car. Dennis and his coworkers were extremely understanding and made sure my car was safe until I was able to pick it up.

I was pleasantly surprised when I first entered tire kingdom. The store is very clean and organized. They even provide their customers with fresh coffee! It didnt take more than two minutes to be acknowledged by the staff. The customer service is excellent and one of a kind! I was very happy with the product and the turn around time with the servicing of my vehicle. I highly recommend this store to anyone who needs to service their car!

He went out of his way to help me pick a good set of tires for my car and even went out of his way to drop me and the wife off at work and pick us up later that afternoon. CONNIVING AS THEY COME! FIND ANOTHER PLACE. Went to this location last year to get one repair, ended up having to spend almost 2k on items my car didnt actually need. They didnt balance my car properly, so my two front tires got damaged and now THEY DONT HONOR THE WARRANTY and tried tricking into paying for something that should clearly be free under warranty. Do yourself a favor and avoid a headache. While the staff might seem to be helpful and friendly, they do so to rob you blind and convince you of repairs your vehicle doesnt need.FIND ANOTHER PLACE!

I would advise anyone going here to get a second opinion on any work they say your vehicle needs. I got 4 tires fitted which took 2 hours and then they told me I needed brake work done. I paid for the parts upfront as they didnt have them in stock. I read the poor reviews and decided to get the work done some place else. I went back to the shop and they said I needed to pay them more money for the parts of I didnt want them to do the work !!! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. CUSTOMER BEWARE.

I’ve gotten my cars serviced here. The staff is friendly and helpful . They take care of you quick. I like to just drop off my car and walk over to Merrick Park and spend the day there till my car is ready. It’s also conveniently located by the Gables trolly if you want to walk around Miracle Mile while your car is ready.

I would like to take this opportunity to commend and thank The Tire Kingdom for their honesty, not once, but twice, in reassuring me that I did not need new brakes on my car. I had been told by the service department at my car dealership that my brakes needed changing immediately as they were totally worn down. I was quoted such a shocking price that I sought the opinion of this Tire Kingdom store who has been highly recommended to me. On my first visit, I was told that I had over 30% life on my brakes and to return in a few months. I returned again last week and was again told by George that there was no immediate urgency in changing the brakes as they had plenty of safe life left. Both because of the honesty exhibited and the great customer service, I will definitely return for my new brakes as soon as they are needed!!

The staff was very courteous and the installations were clean and comfortable. I was also pleased with the tires I purchased.The reason why I only give 3 stars is because I had to wait 3 hours for my tires to be changed and I was the only appointment scheduled that morning so you would think I would have been given priority. I had left the facility to entertain my 10 year old daughter so she wouldnt get bored with the wait while the car was being serviced. I was called an hour later to be told that the car was delayed which was OK, however, 3 hours??Clearly when I came back, all the walk-ins that arrived after I had left my vehicle had been attended so I guess they were the ones that got priority over me. That was very disappointing.

Unless you love waiting and wasting your time, go somewhere else. less than helpful, service is poor, Goodyear across the street and a much better Tire Kingdom on US 1 five minutes from here. Overall will save a lot of time by driving to the US 1 location.

Great place for oil change or tires, but they always find something else wrong that you should spend money on. Personally, I have sought second opinions on a few occasions and the extra work that was needed was not really needed. Today I went in for an oil change and they told me I needed new tires. I just bought two new tires a couple of months prior (last oil change) from them so they wanted me to buy two more matching tires. And, as always, they told me I needed a new filter or two. I passed on the tires because in three months they had not suddenly eroded.

I have gone to other tire kingdom stores before and I can say this is the best experience I’ve ever had. I had an appt and the assistant manager Raul, made me feel like family. He showed me what was wrong with my car and what they were going to do to resolve my issue. This is my permanent store I will never go to another location. Friendly staff. Awesome manager.

I rate one star because I dont think I can rate them any lower. I thought this was a great shop as of the last time I visited (granted that was at least 6 months ago) but my most recent experience has me thinking very differently. To begin with everything seemed so unorganized and there was no level whatsoever of customer service. I used to go in for an oil change and be out within the hour. I went in recently for the same service and was stuck there for TWO HOURS and at the very least I would understand if they were busy but I was the only one there and maybe one other customer who came in after me and left before me who was obviously friends with one of the guys there. I kept asking about my car and all I would get is they are working on it... All this would ALMOST be forgivable to a certain extent (though they would probably never get my business again nor would I dare recommend this location) but the last straw was when my daughter arrived from volleyball practice and the man (who claimed he was the store manager who went by the name of George) that was attending me wouldnt stop staring at her!!! Mind you this man was maybe in his mid 30s but my daughter is SEVENTEEN! she is a beautiful girl, this I know, but he took it even further as to strike up conversation with her and then, even though I insisted she was still in high school, he continued the conversation. What a perv!! As a woman, a mother and an overall decent human being I could not in good conscious recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was incredibly rude and refused to do warranty inspection on tire of brand they carry. Tire company listed them as an affiliated partner for tire warrantys but this tire kingdom claims they only do warranty inspections on tires directly brought from their store only. Lost out on potential business had the tire turned out to be flat due to out of warranty issue. I advise going somewhere else. Tire Kingdom on 8th Street was much more respectful and willing to help despite lacking the equipment.

Nice guys, good salesman, bad service, they diagnosed my problem wrong and could not pinpoint what the problem was. They said they fixed the sound, they test drove it and it is gone, that it is all gone when it was still there. Then, they wanted to start over again. I did get a refund , but wasting 4-5 hrs and paying Lfty for back and forth to the shop twice. And they would not pay for my ride home when I went back to get it fixed, they wanted me to wait 2 more hrs And they pulled the the seats down in the back while fixing and left everything in the trunk everywhere without putting a back together. I am not going back and telling about my experience every chance I get. One unhappy customer equals fifty customers lost!

Every time I take a car there to be serviced I get it back with something else wrong with it. Spent over $800 to fix a problem and it srill wasnt fixed, yet no one would help me. The only good thing about this location is Anthony. He seemed to be one of the few level headed people there that wont blow smoke to make a dime.

Came here for a set of tires and a alignment. Waited 2 hours and when I drove away my truck pulled to the right and the steering wheel was off center. Took it back and they got me right in for another alignment. Drove away the second time and the truck still pulled right. The steering wheel was now off center to the left! Also, my custom valve stem caps were missing. So Im now here for the second day waiting for an alignment. They did find my stem caps and gave them back. Staff is helpful and friendly but what a waste of my time!

Came in for an oil change that was on coupon (which I presented on my phone) and the cashier said that I would need to print out the coupon for it to be valid. I didnt think we still needed to print out coupons in the year 2018 - but whatever. Cashier was not very personable.Try a different shop.

These guys REALLY KNOW ABOUT CARS. My Bentley was driving horrible. They fixed my issue and I saved $900. Definitely will recommend if you have a high end car.

Out of luck. Had a bad cut on a tire which needed to be replaced just before memorial day. Tire kingdom seemed to be the place to do so but, the tire was not available at the store. Agreed to order it with the understanding that the tire had to be there in 3 - 4 days. Tire kingdom did not hold its side of the deal.

Do not come here unless u want to be taken 4 a sucker” on the service aspect. Went there to get a new tire 4:30 pm, when arrived the attendant stated there was a meeting and I couldn’t have the new tire. It wasn’t until the attendant beside him hear it and stated that they could do it. They try to upsell other services as well .up to the point that you feel like you are in a car dealer.Anyhow I accepted only the tire changed and the air pressure checked in all 4 tires. When I got the car after paying $275, the passenger seat was positioned all the way back, guess someone was taking a nap,the automatic light system was position to manually instead of leaving it automatic.Also, they left all the tires at different air pressure. When address it to the front .I was told to go to the back. The meeting was a BBQ party, the guy who did my tire told me to come back tomorrow, although I refused to do so. I IMMEDIATELY decided to leave. I later fixed the discrepancy in all 4 tires myself at a Gas station.The mechanical service is substandard. There is no pride.

Called last week to get pricing and set up an appointment for Monday morning. When I arrived on Monday I was not offered the same pricing and then was told Id have to wait for the tires to come from another location. Did not appreciate the bait and switch so I went across the street to their competitor

Brought in a 2017 car with 18200 miles on it. There was a puncture from a nail on the tread. The man assisting me checked out the tire and told me I needed a brand new tire because there was signs of cracking and dry rot on the tire. I couldnt believe this. The tires are only 1 year old! I took it right across the street to good year and they told me what I already knew, that is was fine. The guy at tirer kingdom just wanted to make a sale.
