If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! My boyfriend surprised me with this experience for my birthday and I loved every second of it - all the way down to the frilly aprons!Unfortunately, my candle fell out of the car and broke all over…I was devastated.I contacted Candle Land Miami and asked about getting a replacement vessel. Not only did they ship me (very quickly) a new vessel, they sent me the whole candle - all the way down to the scent I picked. I will be forever grateful for that!I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a bit of a creative outlet, men, women and children. This place is AMAZING!

I saw a tick tock on this place and had to come in for the experience! Its pricey but youre paying for the experience of making the candle. You get to pick out everything for the container to the smell and you get to decorate it with flowers. The staff was very helpful and nice at guiding you through the class. You do have to let your candle sit and cool down for 2 hours before you pick it up but there are so many other things to do in Wynwood, the time will past in no time.

As a candle maker, I love experiencing how others make their candles. This company claims they use soy wax. I feel like it’s deceiving. When I went I could see that all tops were 100% perfect. No sink holes, as well as a creamy appearance that 100% soy wax does not give. 100% soy is notorious for being finicky, with rough tops, usually once you burn them it also has a rougher appearance which is normal. Not with their “wax”. I can say that this is probably a blend, and they are marketing this as soy only to appeal to the masses. 100% soy needs to be cured for 1-2 weeks. They state that the candle can be burned in 24 hours. Which hints to a para-soy blend.Please note that paraffin is a perfect product to use. Bath and body works candles use a para-soy blend. Which gives nice tops every time, and excellent hot throw. There’s no need to be secretive about the wax being used....People will think that by coming here you’ll learn how to make them at home... this is wrong. Candle making is a science, it’s no easy to get right, there’s a lot of components to this such as wicks, fragrance oil percentages as well as pouring temps. Also the price is definitely on the high end but I guess due to location they have to up their prices. Would I come here again? Probably not, it’s nice for a one time experience, but if you Think you’ll end up being a candle maker after , you’re in a for a ride.

I am a candle maker and I even learned a few tricks coming here. This is a great date night place. Only suggestion I have is that when your teaching people start with the basics. Candle making is difficult and teaching about temperatures different waxes is extremely important. Please educate the public thank you.

All in all it was an amazing experience

Celebrated my pre birthday celebration with my girlfriends. It was a fun experience. I just wish we were able to create our own scents but it was fun. My candle came out so pretty.

This was my 1st outting to a candle class.The staff was friendly, happy, and ready to help with any and all questions . Our instructor for the evening was Frankie.She explained all the steps very thoroughly so that everyones candle would come out great.I highly recommend this activity for any one tourist, locals, teens , couples, even friends.

The place itself is cute very nice experience but a bit overpriced you pay $50 for a candle and I recently lit my candle and I guess the stencil was too close to the glass and the glass is pretty cheap so it cracked more than half of the candle is still in the jar don’t really want to light it because I’m afraid that the rest of the jar will crack.

I went last Friday, it was a great experience. The ambiance is nice, good music. The setting for you to do the candles is very elegant.Instructor was very friendly and the other staff.I Love the concept!Learned about the amount of fragrance for the oz per wax, ttemperatures and how to be safe while working with wax.I will recommend this to everyone.Thanks for such amazing experience.

I hosted my 26th birthday party as a private event at Candle land Miami & all of my friends including myself were blown away by the absolutely gorgeous space!!!!!!! I had previously gone when they were a pop up shop during art basel && loved the experience of making my own candle that when they opened up I couldn’t wait to go! You get to choose between breathtaking fragrances along with vessels! Stephanie and the entire staff are fantastic in assisting step by step through the process and making you feel so welcome! I love how long the candles last & as soon as you light them up the room instantly smells so good.I will never buy a store made candle again!!!!

This is a must if youre visiting Wynwood. I had an amazing date night here. The instructors are really kind and helpful. The only issue really is parking since Wynwood always gets busy. So just make sure you plan ahead.

My boyfriend and i decided to have a date night here and wow we were blown away by this place.. I had to leave a review. We were a little late but the two girls were so understanding. 😅 Jennifer and samantha were the absolutely amazing! They were so sweet and made the process very easy for us to understand and made sure we had a great time. So many cute spots to take pictures here. We lit our candles tonight and they look so beautiful and now my house smells so GOOD.Thank you so much for the experience 💕 hope to come here again!

Candle land is definitely a picture perfect spot for a girls day/night! The atmosphere is lovely and the details have been given very careful thought. Not only does it smell delicious in the store, but the beauty of the store is quite impressive. I went with a group of friends and we loved every minute of our experience. Stephanie and her staff went above and beyond to make our experience top notch! The process of making the candle is very fun, the hardest part was deciding what fragrance to choose! This experience is great for a date day with your SO or a day out with the girls. Candle Land made me feel like a master candle maker. The decor was nice and trendy and the instructor was clear with her directives. Another plus Instagram worthy pics!!

Came here for a friends birthday and we had such a special experience. The atmosphere is very calming and the girls working in the store were super sweet and friendly - they even let us bring in cake and balloons. Candle quality is awesome and I love that we all have something to remember this great day by. Will be back soon!

This was the most fun I have had all year!! My boyfriend and I had the best date night experience. We made beautiful candles and memories doing something new for both of us. The store is clean, cute, and professional. The staff was friendly and patient, answering all of my questions and contributing to the pleasant experience. Their customer service gets an A+ from us!!! And not to mention we took the cutest pictures!! I have already booked my next candle land Miami experience with my girlfriends and we are counting down the days!! This experience is waayyyyyyy over priced. It took 15 minutes to make our candles and they kicked us out and told us to come back in an hour to pick up our candles. Nothing interactive like painting with a twist. A waste of money dont go!

It was a great experience making your own candles!

Really loved this experience. The space smelled like heaven and looked exactly like the photos I saw online. There were so many choices, quite honesty it was difficult to choose! The instructor we had was Steph and she us gave suggestions to help narrow down our options. I ended up going with one of the popular fragrances “fountain blue.” I recommend this one, smells clean and sweet when it burns. Will be back with my empty vessel to make another! From customer service to atmosphere this place exceeded my expectations, I’d 6 star it if I could

Wow! This place is so unique and cool, and in a perfect location. I loved the variety of candles and fragrances you can choose from. The owner Steph, and the staff were so nice and very helpful, and the French bulldog that hangs out there was the icing on the cake. I recommend checking this new place out for a fun experience and a great time doing something fun and creative!

There should definitely be more to this than what we got for $55! We basically made candles that we could have bought at bath and body works for a fraction of the cost we paid there. At the time it seemed fun, but in hindsight we all felt bamboozled. They claim the class would take 2 hours it was more like 30 mins and you come back an hour later to pick it up once it sets. They could have at least offered wine so you dont feel ripped off afterwards. 😒

Everything about this store will exceed your expectations! From the ambiance to the friendly staff, I had a pleasant and fun experience making my very own candle. My candle came out beautiful and smells sooo good. The place is filled with Instagram worthy moments and kept so polished! Make sure to take a cute pic under the Let it burn sign - its my favorite!!! The owner Stephanie, and the staff especially Frankie and Bianca are so delightful. Its such a unique and fun experience for any occasion. Truly recommend booking your appointment ASAP because theres nothing like it in Miami!! :)

Candle Land classes are super fun, and such a relaxing experience. The hardest part was choosing between all of the vessels and scents, but I am so happy with my candle, its so cute and smells amazing!! They also did a great job of being clean and sanitizing everything that anyone touched, which was super comforting during COVID. Definitely gonna come back for my sisters or mom’s birthday, bc they said they have event packages.

Candleland Miami was such an amazing experience. From the beginning, the hostess and her staff were very pleasant. Customer service was superb. The music was such a vibe. The place was clean and everything they did adhere to the Covid requirements when it comes to sanitation. Everything was clean! The candles ! Oh my goodness, smelled so good. The beautiful vessels on the walls. The fragrances! Let it burn photo booth. It was worth the price. I look forward to coming back! Thank you candleland Miami!
