I was helped to find the best style that suited me and was able to express how I felt in each dress. If you’re thinking about coming here don’t think twice! I brought my wedding dress from Brides of America during the Covid 5/20/20. My wedding was 8/8/20. The owner David is really Amazing he help me find the dress of my dreams. He was so patient he closes the store just for you so you can have his undivided attention while you shop for your dress, I loved that. I went to SIX bridal boutiques, all of couture and high class, I tried on over 20 dresses. NOTHING came close to David. He sits down with you and gets to know you first and you him, and you feel like family. He cleaned down his whole store before we came in and after we left. He even offered us tea! As he puts it, he sells you your feelings, not just a wedding gown. He was patient with me and gave me time to decide (though Im a bit indecisive). After so long of searching and worrying my dress didnt exist, David gave me the perfect gown and all while respecting my budget. Hes so sweet and funny and really makes you feel like the only bride in the world. He has tons of experience and is just amazing. Dont go anywhere else!!! Go to David!!!

David took the time to look at all of the photos and pulled dresses he felt fit my taste. It has only been about 12 hours since I visited the Brides of America boutique, however I felt compelled to write a review immediately due to the amazingly positive experience I had with David at BOA. This was my first time trying on dresses and David made the whole experience such a special and positive one for both me and my mum who was with me. He took the time to understand my personality and like a magician brought out dresses which he thought matched my personality and what I was looking for (more often than not he was right!). He made me feel I had all the time in the world and the appointment was over 1.5 hours, which meant I could try on all the gowns that I wanted. And you will want to they them all! There are so many beautiful gowns in a range of styles, for a variety of budgets (lots of them very reasonable). David is warm, affable and honest – I really appreciated it when he told me (politely) that a gown didn’t suit me or that I could do better. Visiting from London, I didnt expect to find my wedding dress in Miami, but I’m pretty sure I did and I will be back for one of the gowns I tried on! I made an appointment on a Sunday to shop for my wedding dress. My co worker made the recommendations. The owner is Panamanian which was a lovely surprise because my whole family is Panamanian.He was very nice, and was able to pull out dresses that I was imagining in my head. Overall very lovely first experience. I did not purchase my dress here however I would still recommend anyone to go here. What an awesome service! I emailed Brides of America Miami from Central America couple of weeks ago since I planned a short trip to Miami to buy my wedding dress. The owner David replied to my email the same day with detailed information regarding my dress. I paid for my dress online, very easy, he sent me the receipt and date to pick up the dress in store. I flew into Miami this last Wednesday, picked up my dress on Thursday and flew back home on Sunday! My trip was a bit in a rush, but my experience at David’s store was incredible! WHERE DO I START?! Everything in this shop was beautiful!! The personalized customer service was top notch I felt as though I were shopping at Gucci but ended up spending way under my budget with the veil!! You cant beat an experience like that. I called beforehand and asked if they had a specific style of dress and David, the owner, told me he only had 2 in that style but that they were the best! I live in Delray so this was a trek for me to get to. My fiance questioned whether I should go all the way to Miami for the possibility of them having only 2 dresses in my style and something just kept telling me to go. Long story short, I found my dress and it was the first one I tried on. David is magic, the store is magic. You MUST shop here. I went to several salons beforehand and never had this type of experience. David was not pushy AT ALL and he has great taste in fashions.

I loved my experience at brides of America! The owner greeted me by name as soon as I walked in and treated me like family the whole way through. The story behind their store and love for what he and his parents do is so beautiful. He made me feel like a princess and he knew exactly what to have me try one and by the second dress I fell in love and couldn’t stop smiling from ear to ear! So obviously i said YES TO THE DRESS!! He is truly amazing in every way! Thank you for such an amazing experience! Definitely recommend every bride to go and feel like a princess!

Came to support my baby sister who is getting married in December and all I can say is David, the owner, was amazing from start to finish. This place definitely knows how to treat a bride like a princess by giving one on one attention. It is by appointment only so you are the only bride they attend to no one else. It is truly amazing and makes the experience that much more special! David, was not only helpful but was able to find my sisters dress just by asking her a few questions in the beginning. He was never pushy and was always honest when he didn’t like something on her. When we finally found the dress he gave us time to enjoy the moment and let us take pictures. He was amazing and you could see how much he loves what he does. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Brides of America is the ultimate bridal experience. No one is allowed into the store during your appointment which enhances the experience. David picked out my dress within minutes after asking me a series of questions about my fiance and I, he is truly an expert. David and his daughters ensures that the bride to be is a 150% precent satisfied before leaving his shop. I would refer any bride to be to Brides of America.

David is the best! I had an incredible appointment! He doesn’t sell you just any dress . He finds the perfect dress for you. He loves his job. This is a family business and they are proud of it.

I went to about 8 different stores before finding Brides of Americ David, the owner of the store, was absolutely amazing. He was honest and extremely helpful in me selecting my gown. He even selected which he thought would be “the one,” and low and behold he got it right. The selection of gowns there are gorgeous (and very affordable)! Even my friend who was with me on my first visit there said she will definitely be going there for a dress when it is her turn to get married. His bridesmaid dresses are even great and extremely affordable. Highly recommended!

I went to several places trying to find my wedding dress and all the accessories for my dress, I can say that Im lucky and super glad I came to this store by a recommendation. I cant thank David enough for all the attention and help finding my dream wedding dress and accessories. Between the moment I arrived to the store, the things he said, and the key advices he gave me, I knew he knew what he was doing and that he could sincerely help me find what I wanted and needed. David was very attentive, friendly, and professional. Brides of America was my first bridal shop and I didnt need to look any further. David was amazing, very helpful, patient, and passionate about what he does. He genuinely cared that I find the right dress for me and not that he made the biggest sale. He is meticulous, gives honest, detailed, and pertinent opinions on each dress, and at no point did I feel rushed or pressured in any way! I loved my experience so much that I brought my bridesmaids the same week to get their gowns there as well, and every single one agreed that the prices, selection, and experience were awesome. HIGHLY recommended.

David is amazing. I love the one on one service he provides. He gets to know you, does not pressure you, and just provides the most amazing feedback. David truly cares and knows his trade! I purchased my AMAZING dress and veil, amazing head price, bridesmaids, mother of the bride and groom dresses with him. We all went to multiple fitting, his seamstress, fitted all dresses to perfection. David also helped me llamar min to get a bridesmaid dress for my sister, I’m talking week off, he made my wedding perfect! I love this store! Out of all the ones Ive been too, this one was the most professional, it has an amazing Say Yes to the Dress style, which made the experience more exciting. David, the owner, loves his job and cares about helping the bride-to-be find her perfect gown. He asked me personal questions to help match my personality to a dress and helped me feel comfortable.He showed us many options and wasnt insisting or pushy if I didnt like the option he showed me. The second dress I tried on was my favorite, exactly the style I had been looking for, and he uses clamps and pillows to adjust the sample dress to your body so I could envision how Ill look on your wedding day.He seems very perfectionist, which I believe is great for any bride who wants her dress altered to the most flattering, perfect fit. He is very kind, well-educated and pleasant to his customers. I cant wait to get my dress from Brides of America!! 😊👰🏼

This was INCREDIBLE. My mother did not get off work until 6pm, and the place closed at 6. The owner, David, said he would stay late for us to be able to get there so she could see me in the dress! We got there and he had waited so patiently for us, and already had everything set up for us. I had been looking for a particular gown that he had, and he already had it out for me and was nothing but helpful. He even let me try on an expensive pair of earrings, and GAVE THEM TO ME AS AN EARLY WEDDING PRESENT!!! He was so kind and passionate, and it radiated through his amazing personality and patience. This was the best experience I could have ever asked for, thank you so much David for all your hard work and help! I said yes to my dress and veil, which he is working really hard to get in for me in an incredible amount of time, AND got my wedding earrings for FREE! Thank you so much! I recommend this place to absolutely everyone!!

David is very condescending and patronizing. This whole experience has been a nightmare. He talks over you and doesn’t listen to you. Dresses needed alterations because dresses were ordered 2-4 sizes too big. Dresses took forever to come in. When we came in to complain, his response was “the bride is happy so it doesn’t matter what the bridesmaids think.” FYI the bride was not happy with his services. He has inconvenient hours. What type of place is closed on Saturdays? That’s when most working people are off! You are better off going with a commercial place like David’s Bridal. At least they are professional and listen to customer concerns.

I had the MOST amazing experience the Brides of America and in specific with David. He treated my family, friends and myself as if we were family of his own. The dresses are Spectacular, better quality than anywhere else I visited in both my and my friends search for wedding dresses. If i did one thing right in the wedding planning process, it was choosing to get my wedding dress from Brides of America!

Went to watch see my sister in law model some dresses for her big day, Very, Very nice people.. Had alot of fun.

The owner, David, is really nice and professional. He will listen to what you want and get an idea and pick out a few dresses of what you like. He is willing to make sure youre happy and not make you buy his dresses just because its his store. He was willing to give me a deal on the dress with a veil included. This store has one of the prettiest dresses and great prices too. If youre looking for Mori Lee, this will be a good stop.

David is such a BIG help. I arrived before the store even opened, yet he graciously let me in and also squeezed me in his schedule to try on wedding dresses. I love that he actually has Real women samples!! THANK YOU for a wonderful experience

REFUSED TO GIVE POLICY IN WRITING...Im an out of state Maid of Honor, trying to make things clear, simple and to the point for my beautiful friend getting married. Because Im in California, I called to get a full detailed contract and/or policy of alterations, shipping, individual contract vs. group contract, cancellations, dates, etc. to properly communicate with other out of town bridal party, and local. (The bridal party had their first fitting just 48hrs ago at his boutique 2/28/16) However, the owner, David, I believe is his name, REFUSED to provide me with any policy in writing.When I requested he email or fax all policies and procedures, his response was, I dont know how, ask the bride. (People, I am not kidding.) I proceeded to explain she is busy and its my responsibility to take care of it, he then suggested I contact the matron of honor, because he ONLY provides a contract/policy ONLY WHEN YOU PURCHASE. (Again...not kidding.) Shocked by the absurd statement, I asked how could you NOT provide people with POLICY via email or fax; yet, he continued to create verbal policy of: No refunds, no cancellations, all sales final... instead of specific written policy... which we all know verbal means nothing..Bottom line, he refused to provide me with any policy, and said because I dont trust him and hurt his feelings by asking so many questions, he had to go...and he literally hung the phone up in my face...(Yes, He Hung Up in MY face)I will have to call one more time to straighten this out or really convince my friend to find business elsewhere...this guy seems like a big phony and he is very unprofessional. ( I know shes busy and I dont want to stress her, but this man is bad business, anyone that is NOT willing to provide policy, can not be trusted.)

I had such a great experience with the owner David. I went Sunday for the trunk show and I was the only bride there. My family doesnt live in Florida and David was the best and helped me pick my dream dress. He gives you individual attention and a quick few questions about yourself, wedding details and fiance and can tell your style right away. He is incredibly honest which is refreshing, he does not try to up sell you and will tell you if something doesnt look good. I never felt pressure which is different from my experience at 2 other places. The best part he gives you 5 minutes of privacy to sit and look at your dress to make sure it is The One. His caring individual attention sets this place apart from others. I will definitely recommend to others to shop here for a great experience.

Brides of America was my second and last stop in the search for my wedding dress. Jackie helped us and she is AMAZING!!! The shop is very intimate and they pay personal attention to you. Jackie is very sweet and knows her stuff. After talking to me and the members of my party, Jackie was able to select dresses for me to try on. The very first dress she picked ended up being The Dress! I only tried on 5 as compared to when I went to Davids bridal and tried on 13....... And price wise I came in under budget and that included buying my veil. Brides of America is absolutely wonderful and I will recommend them to anyone I know that is getting married. David and his family are super sweet and Jackie is the best!!!!

Can’t say enough about my experience today with David. The first dress he had me try was the perfect one. He said coming in he can always pick it right the first try - he was right. I did not purchase my dress here, but it was hands down the best dress shopping experience I had. I had been to a few other stores before coming in and the privacy and intimacy that you get here is phenomenal. It changes the expertience ten fold! David gives you the honesty you wish for from everyone else with the tact that we all wish we had. He’s amazingly personable and passionate about helping you find the perfect dress for you and won’t settle for anything less.

I called requesting a same day appointment and David (the owner) called me back and squeezed me into his schedule. While I did not purchase my gown from Brides of America, David treated me like every bride deserves to be treated. He listened to my requests and pulled some different dresses that looked great on me. Unfortunately, I had already fallen in love with a dress at a different bridal store. I had been to about 5 bridal salons before coming here. I have watched Say Yes to the Dress for so many seasons and really wanted an experience like the ones depicted in the show. I had been severely disappointed until I went to Brides of America. The owner, David, is amazing! Although the bridal consultant was the one helping me with my appointment (and she was fabulous), he took the time to help me find accessories and a veil. You can tell that he truly enjoys what he does. I bought my dress that day without any hesitation and feeling that I had gotten the experience I truly wanted. When it was time for my bridal hair trial, David let me borrow the sample veil of the one I had purchased to make sure that I could get the entire effect of what the veil will look like on my wedding day, without potentially getting my veil dirty. You will not be disappointed by the service offered here, it is top notch. If youre looking for a salon, save yourself some time and start here.
