5 Stars !!J. Del Olmo Bridal Gallery was my savior during my wedding! Vivian, the owner, is such a lovely person. I can not recommend her enough to anyone reading this review. I am so grateful for her and this shop.It was two days before my wedding and I didn’t have a veil. I had just had a nasty experience at Brides of Florida in Kendall and I didn’t want to give them anymore of my money after they left me with an unsymmetrical wedding dress and treated me terribly. I was on the hunt for a veil. Luckily, my mother in law’s friend from work knew Vivian and reached out to her explaining the emergency situation. Vivian was so sweet to me and immediately squeezed me in to an appointment with her the next day when I was available. She was patient with me and tried her best to help me find the perfect veil...which we ended up finding thanks to her.Vivian, you have no idea how much you restored my faith in bridal dress shops after my horrific experience with the other shop. Thank you so much! 😊

I made a comment on their Instagram page stating “It’s very disappointing that I can’t return my dress with my prom completely canceling. I would’ve thought the store would take into consideration and taken the dresses back since we wouldn’t be able to wear them at all.” And the page completely blocked me and deleted my comment. It really shows what type of business they are especially in the circumstances that we are in right now. They couldn’t even at least be sympathetic and offer anything. I wouldn’t think they would treat a customer this way. It was not my fault that my school completely cancelled my prom. I wasn’t even able to wear my dress at all it is still packaged. Very disappointed with the boutique and their horrible customer service.

Best bridal experience ever! I came with my whole bridal party and Vivian was the absolute best. Shes so kind and patient and knows exactly what to do. You let her know exactly what youre looking for and she will find more than the perfect dress for you. It was my first and only stop with all of my girls. It is also where I found the dress that I could only wish for. My bridesmaids and I all got our measurements done that day, ordered all of our dresses and even got champagne to celebrate the day, what more can we ask for. Thank you so much Vivian for your amazing and excellent customer service as well as staff.

Highly recommend this bridal shop! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. It felt like a family environment. The variety of dresses to pick from was awesome and they were patient while I figured out what worked best for me. The prices were very reasonable, especially when you compare it to the quality, my dress was solid! Overall an amazing experience from beginning to end. The last thing I needed to stress out about was my dress and they made it so easy and stress free.

What a BEAUTIFUL bridal shop! My goodness. I just loved the ambiance and you truly felt the magical experience. I had Beatriz as my consultant and she was so helpful and sweet. I called her my fairy God-mother haha bringing me dream dresses back and forth! Unfortunately, I did not find my dress here but it was still a very nice experience! :)

Had the best experience here! I came in and thought I knew what I wanted but when I tried it on, it wasnt at all what I wanted. The associate that was helping me, suggested a few dresses for me to try on and I chose the first one I tried on. A Martina Lianna. Stunning! Sooo happy I came here and got my amazing dress!

The people here are perfectly nice, but the dress style is definitely VERY Miami. If you’re looking for a simple, elegant dress this isn’t the place for you. All of the dresses are beautiful and very high quality, but every single one is covered in beading and/or lace

My sister traveled from Europe to find a wedding dress. She had visited stores before and had an idea of the model she wanted; but when she tried a model in this store she said YES to a DRESS. I didnt see it because I want to be surprised... but she, and everybody who went with her to check the dress and alterations, told me they felt very well received and treated by the staff.

The team at J Del Olmo Bridal are the best! Especially Lidia. This lady knows her stuff. I had already seen the dress I wanted and was fixed on it. Lidia picked 3 more dress for me to try. And with much hesitation the first dress I tried , her first choice for me is the dress I will be walking down the isle with.We traveled from the Caribbean for the dress and it was worth every penny.Give J Del Olmo Bridal Gallery and ask for Lidia, you wont be sorry....#happy 👰 😊!

I got my wedding dress at another store on Miracle Mile. 2 days before my wedding my boutique was unable to get my dresses altered for me (their seamstress had a personal situation). I took my dress to J del olmo and they immediately were able to help me and fix the dress. They helped me find a solution and were beyond nice. I owe my day to them and thank them beyond anything. What a great location.

I went to about five stores on miracle mile. I had a horrible experience at one and an ok experience at the others. I randomly saw J delolmo walking to my next store and I walked and and felt so welcomed. My consultant Beatrice was such a joy and pleasure to work with!!! I didn’t even have to think twice with her help I found my dream dress ! I’m so happy & so thankful to have found this team !

I got engaged on December 25, 2011 on the 27th two days later I went in search for the perfect wedding dress. After trying 4 other dresses at another boutique, my mother, grandmother, best friend and I headed into J Del Olmo the dress I fell in love with was on the window display. Natalie (bridal consultant) kindly took it off the mannequin, I tried it on, fell in love, 4 days ago (10/27/12) I wore it for my wedding! Vivian the owner of the boutique is the nicest, kindest, sweetest person she worked very hard in making sure everything went smoothly. Not only did I get my wedding dress at J Del Olmo they also made a personalized bird cage veil for me! In addition I had my bridesmaid dresses provided by them, all 13 bridesmaids dresses! With a large wedding party comes a few mishaps, Vivian and Natalie made sure to take care of all the minor bumps that got in the way. I was extremely pleased by their kind service and of course the dresses are breath taking both mine and the bridesmaids! I highly recommend J Del Olmo for your princess dress and your courts as well! I was fitted for a bridesmaid dress for a friends wedding and the service and quality of the dress couldnt have been more perfect! Exceptional service and beautiful designs!

Recently went into this shop 2 months ago to look for my bridesmaids dress and ended up finding and falling in love with my bridal gown and also the bridesmaids dresses that they carry. I LOVE LOVE LOVE thee entire staff at J Del Olmo. They were always helpful and made me feel overly welcome in their shop.

This store has beautiful gowns of all styles and fabrics. I was very impressed with Ligia who was the sales consultant helping me. She has worked with couture gowns for a long time and she made every dress I put on fit me perfectly. Ligia was super engaged with me and my small entourage. I tried on nearly ten gowns and she was the sweetest help I could have had. Not only is she knowledgeable, skilled and attentive, she is a sweet person! I loved my experience at J Del Olmo Bridal because of her and the quality of the dresses. I was not pressured to buy, she stayed in my price range and they even do custom gowns! This place is definitely an outstanding bridal boutique on Miracle Mile.

The selection is great, but I didnt feel like there was much undivided attention given to us, despite our having a scheduled appointment. I felt like the other shops I went to provided more focused attention and treated it as a special experience.

If youre not Spanish, please avoid this store at ALL cost. This is the 3rd time Ive been here within the last 6 months & its the worst experience Ive ever had in a bridal store. They cater to the Spanish speaking women & are rude to everyone else. The 1st time we came, we were told to come back 3 different times. When we finally arrived, tried on a dress & wanted it altered, they told rudely to wait out front. We waited 45mins & when we saw the seamstress to ask how long, she said she hadnt been doing anything for a while & no one notified her.. 4 months later, Im back with another bride & once again we were told to come back twice. When we arrived, we waited an hour AGAIN after we arrived at the scheduled time. The ladies at the front desk speak to your rudely as if its a presence to be in the store. ..Howvever, Ive seen them on multiple occasions speak nicely to the Spanish women.

I had such an amazing experience picking out my dream dress! I made an appointment and as soon as me and my 4 of my family members showed up we were greeted with a warm welcome. Our consultant was Ligia and she was absolutely incredible. She took one look at me and knew what dress would be perfect. She let us browse and pick out a few dresses while she searched for the dress she had in mind. Ligia helped me in and out of about 10 dresses that we had picked out and none of them were quite right. We were about to leave and Ligia found the dress she was looking for. It was not the style I was looking for so was hesitant to put it on. Once I stood in front of the mirror I knew that we had found the one! It was absolutely perfect. Ligia did an amazing job knowing exactly what would suite me. I live in Tampa so I had to drive down to Miami to shop on Miracle Mile. This past weekend I went down for fitting and was dreading the idea of having to drive back a 3rd time to pick up the dress after it was altered. Knowing that I was making the drive, Ligia arranged for the seamstress to finish the alterations that day so that I could take it home with me that day. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing experience in picking out a dress for your big day!

I purchased my wedding gown here, and I couldnt be happier. Marlin, the sales consultant who took care of me, was fabulous every step of the way - from the initial visit, to the purchase, to the four (!) fittings.I live in south Florida, but my mother and sisters live all over the country, and I was adamant that I wanted them all to be with me when I purchased my gown. So, we picked a weekend for them to come down, and I made 6 appointments at different salons on Miracle Mile, in Fort Lauderdale, in Boca, etc. for that weekend.Before J. del Olmo, Id been to three other salons on Miracle Mile, and I thought Id found the dress that I wanted at one of them. I decided to keep my appointment at J. del Olmo anyway, since we were already there. Im so grateful I did. I explained to Marlin when we started that I had already found a dress I loved. She asked to see a photo, and then she asked what I had been looking for before Id come across that dress. With that little bit of information, she picked a few dresses for me to try on. I fell in love with two of them - I loved both of them ten times more than the other dress Id found. To be honest, I was a little torn between the two, but luckily, my decision was made pretty easy by the fact that everyone I was with (mother, two sisters, friend, mother in law, and aunt in law) cried when I walked out in one of the dresses. I ended up purchasing that one :) Like Id heard from so many people would be the case, the dress was a little different than what I thought I wanted - it had a tulle skirt and a corset, neither of which I was looking for, but it was so, so perfect. Truly a fairytale wedding dress. I loved the dress so much and was so confident that Id found MY wedding dress that I cancelled all the other appointments we made.I was a little nervous that J. del Olmo wanted to wait until the month before the wedding for the first fitting, as I knew that it would take several to get it right. But everything worked out perfectly - the alterations turned out wonderfully, and I had the dress in plenty of time to ship it to Illinois, where our wedding took place.On our wedding day, I felt like a princess. I received so, so, sooooo many compliments on my dress, as well as on my veil and shoes (both of which I also purchased here). Our wedding was almost three weeks ago, and the compliments are still rolling in. I only wish I had an excuse to wear it all again!The prices are a little higher than some of the other stores we went to, but its well worth it. The dresses (and veils) here are such better quality than anything else I looked at - couture style and quality dresses for less than $5000. You really cant beat it.My experience purchasing a dress here was everything Id dreamed about - plush dressing room, beautiful floor length mirror, plenty of room for my entourage, gorgeous gowns, attentive staff, and even champagne. In sum, I couldnt be happier with J. del Olmo. Thanks to Marlin and the rest of the staff for helping me find the dress of my dreams!

J DEL OLMO BRIDAL GALLERY, apart from being exclusive and spectacular, has an incredible staff, when I arrived they offered me coffee and we proceeded to choose the dress for the occasion (for the mother of the groom), I ended up choosing an exclusive design by J. DEL OLMO, designed by the same owner. Beautiful, fuccia color, with a bolero in rhinestones and complemented with the night wallet. Apart from enchanting me, the night I wore it, I received numerous accessories.Since that day, when I have to attend a special event, J DEL OLMO, is my favorite place to choose my suit. Thanks to all the staff of J DEL OLMO, for treating me like a queen.
