I came in just to seek info of parts and labour for my car that I needed to provide for another company. Justin with great attitude and great energy helped me with finding out the information I needed and man was quick too. Justin from service and parts helped me out in less then 10 mins unlike other service centers that keep you waiting. I greatly appreciate it

Please read carefully so the same thing does not happen to you.Brought my 2016 GLE in since the AC stopped working and the parking brakes needed service. When my factory warranty expired I purchased a top of the line private warranty that covered pretty much everything. Came in to get the vehicle serviced and the representative said that even if they didn’t do the work just to look at it was $495. I found it steep but since I’m confident my warranty would cover the work I obliged . Once my warranty representative went and checked out the work needed to be done the Benz Representative informs me that the private warranty are only paying half of the work. I said that’s weird no where in my contract did it informed that they would only pay only half (I even have $0 deductible) Come to find out the private warranty was paying almost 2k of MSRP they price the parts and the average amount of time it takes for any service shop to do the work. This dealership is charging triple the amount of what the parts cost, and is charging for almost 5 hours of work when the average time is only 1.5 hours I finish the work. If you add up the difference it was almost $5k between the warranty and what i was going to pay out of pocket. So I called the dealer to inform and they said that “these are our prices for labor and parts”.Since I signed the paperwork stating that I was responsible for that $495 amount I payed it. I took the vehicle to another Mercedes Benz dealership in west palm beach area. I got an estimate with out stating that I had my own warranty came to a little over 2k almost what the prívate warranty covered. Moral of the story is don’t come to this place and if you have a private warranty get an estimate first before you tell them you have a private warranty because they will double or triple the labor cost.

Last summer I was on a road-trip with family friends who brought their vehicle in for service after an unexpected issue. I left my North Face Denali fleece in the back of the vehicle, assuming (incorrectly) that they wouldnt just let someone steal it while it was in the shop. Immediately afterwards it was nowhere to be found, and the manager didnt care to do anything to make it right either after being confronted about the issue. If they wont even keep their own staff in line to not steal customers belongings then they really shouldnt be trusted with your vehicle either, who knows what else they may be letting slide. Although Ill very likely never be back I feel responsible for letting other people know before they think they can trust these guys for a moment. Extremely unprofessional behavior to say the least, rudeness can sometimes be forgiven but blatant theft is something else entirely!

Once again no loaners, no rentals even at least this time I only waited 15 mins for the guy to show up, other times its been much, much worse. I guess you dont buy a Mercedes for the luxury service at the dealer ugh.

Beautiful facility but weak enitial service department . I dropped off the car and was no service no attention I was told to just sit and wait . They never have a loaner available ( so they say) and then when you suggest a solution you get ‘we don’t do that!’ The rental girl was then able to find one in 15 min but after complaint - disappointing for MERCEDES-

Went there for the first time disappointed at all point the guy was telling that my warranty is expired but it was not.second time got some friends recommendation to ask for Luis Lopez, he’s got amazing job and customer service. All cover with warranty ! all fixed in 3 hours replacing battery and wash the car 🔥thx a lot

Can’t understand how you could come in for an appointment and sit around for an hour waiting to see someone to actually give you a time for how long the appointments going to be. Very and organized and appears understaffed service department

Awful customer service, I waited for 2.5 hours to find out that advisor who supposed to help me was in a lunch break. Then I just left. And I only needed oil change. Not going there anymore.

My sales person stacey is the best she has a lot of patience when it comes to sales and actually goes above and beyond to meet your satisfactions and the sales Manager Alain super nice and friendly person actually got me to pay what i was looking for and didnt give up until he made it happen. This place is the best the staff really do care about their loyal customers would recommend to any one looking for a car going back again after my lease is done.

Christopher and his team are the best. They gave me fast and excellent service. I stopped by to pick up floor mats and get some minor issues resolved. Christoper and his staff were unbelievably helpful. He and his team concentrate on the details. And Christopher had the car washed to boot. So satisfied with this service.

Many thanks to the assistant service manager Yorlian Santiesteban for taking care of customers and quickly solving the problem with the repair of my Mercedes. In the morning I left the car to the service, on the same day the car was ready. 5 stars customer care!

They do not comply with the guarantee I have a 2017 cla the engine with 17000 miles was blocked and they did not solve the easiest problem for this company was to tell me to buy a new motor eye do not believe in the guarantees they always look for something to not fulfill the guarantees
