I had a great experience recently with Gold Wing Motors, Auto. My check engine light came on, so i took it in and they diagnosed the problem as a faulty vapor canister. Part was expensive, but the service manager was nice enough to take his time to look for one that was less costly! He told me to wait for a few days until the part came in and definitely would take care of me as far as the labor rate.

The place is clean and professional. They treat you like the dealership treats you when it comes to estimates and repair cost, they have pre-determined prices for the job (an oil leak in my case) and they will charge you accordingly, doesnt matter how long it actually takes to do the fix. I would advise people looking for a good value to look for a good indy shop with a specialized mechanic. I assume the people who gave 5 star ratings dont know much about cars, so they were just looking for a clean, professional place, which this place seemed to be.

I went into Gold Wing to address some engine trouble and and an oil change for my 2009 Smart. A couple of days later I get a call: they claimed whoever previously worked on the car had over-tightened the oil pan plug, and the threads were stripped when they attempted to unscrew it. Not sure if theres supposed to be some sort of protocol an experienced mechanic deals with over-tightened bolts (and possibly just blindly using rachets), but now an $100 oil change had become a $1100 oil pan replacement. By the way, the estimate I was quoted over the phone: $800. Its important to note that I was not offered nor given a written estimate either.I decided to call up the accused to get their side of the story. This is the place where I usually get my oil changed. They tell me thats impossible - they use calibrated, Snap-On torque wrenches and follow specified torque values for all car oil pan plugs. They have never had a problem with any of their clients in this regard, including myself. This is where I have usually gotten my oil changed for the last six years and I have absolutely no reason to doubt them. What they added of note is what Gold Wing was doing is highly suspect.

Very knowledgeable mechanic for my MB E-300 Turbo Diesel Mr Garret always makes my car purr. Highly recommend it to all M B owners.

Good car service for Mercedes Benz and other fine autos

I recently took my sons E320 for service at Goldwing after driving by the location for many years and they have gained a new customer. Their customer service was very friendly, the shop was very clean/organized, prices were reasonable compared to local MB dealers, and their Techs took the time to talk to me about our vehicle and explain future service recommendations.

I wish i could give this place 0 stars.DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THEM OVER NIGHT!!! I brought in my Mercedes to get it fixed. It stayed over the weekend, I noticed the mercedes logo was missing and i informed the manager, and he explained to me that they are not responsible for any vandelism that occurs to the car i will never take any car to this place again nor will i recommend this place to anyone.

Came in for brakes. Left knowing my head is leaking oil. Strange. I have a paved drive-way. No oil spots. Now, since taking the biemer to this joint, I have oil spots on my drive-way. Ive had the car five years with no issues. Maintenance done on time. I think its sabotage. Fyi: Quoted $4200.00 for the repairs. Follow up: Found leak. Took auto to another facility. Wasnt what this joint diagnosed. Paid 1/6 of the cost instead. Stay away.

They are very good mechanics and they have experience. The girl who attends you to the entrance is very good, explaining she knows about her work and the mechanic who touched me is a skinny little blond but I liked the work that I did to my car
