Horrible experience it’s 50 min before closing, three employees there and the only one that greets us is the one counting the register. I walk over to the other employee the one with a drink in her hand. She doesn’t even ask what I want she asks the girl closing the register what does he want. She spins the display, the other employee yells damn you almost hit me. She says there they are pick, I ask if they have the sizes she says no, so I just bought a random one and left. Hopefully these works out because I don’t wanna go back there ever again. There’s no point in scheduling 3 on Sunday if none of them wanna work!

Staffs are rude and not friendly.They don’t listen to you or your family/friends with you.Piercing location on both ears don’t match.I have to close the piercing on one of the ear so that i can do it again to match with my another ear.I wish i would not have gone there.

I will put 0 but I can’t I went with my girlfriend this afternoon to pick up a ring that she order for me once Christmas they did that they should call her when the ring gets ready and THEY NEVER CALL!!!!! When we got ther because I call this morning the manager was on Facebook on his phone and was super rude with her so you should check what do you have as a manager because that’s not costumer service at all and she is a really fan on that store and she spent a lots of money with you guys
