My 340 Sundancer developed a couple issues with the generator and also the AC unit this past Sunday afternoon. On Monday morning I called YachtAid and spoke with Angela and explained my issues and asked if they could help me out this week so I could be ready for Labor Day weekend. She sent me authorization forms and once I signed and submitted them she emailed me and let me know someone would be at my boat to work on it the next day at 2pm. Rafael was right on time and first worked on my AC unit. There was a bad temperature sensor so he called it in and another employee brought the part right to the boat. He also checked the water pump and sea strainer and cleaned it for me. He also looked at the generator. Luckily it had a minor issue and he fixed it as well! Both the AC and Generator are working great. I highly recommend Yachtaid. Their personnel are very professional and courteous and their pricing is very fair. I cant say how pleased I am with their prompt service ensuring Im going to have a fun Labor Day weekend on my boat! Thanks Angela and Rafael!!

I ordered a Marine air conditioning unit from YachtAid which unfortunately was damaged in transit to New Zealand. After a lengthy process with the insurance company I ordered a replacement unit from Yachtaid, which thankfully was delivered in good condition by DHL (not the original shipping company) Throughout the process Andrea from Yachtaid could not have been more helpful or supportive in making sure that I obtained a replacement unit ASAP. After an exhaustive on-line search for what I was looking for (a particular AC display unit for my boat), I finally found something very similar on YachtAid Marine. It wasnt an EXACT match, so I decided to use their chat function and ask some questions (actually....many questions). There was NO delay and the person who helped me went to great lengths to answer all of my questions and steer me to the exact matching part that I needed. Purchasing online can sometimes be intimidating but we had an excellent experience with YachtAid Marine. Their staff was very knowledgeable as we tried to troubleshoot and purchase parts for an Air Conditioner Repair. When all else failed, and we were unable to repair it, they made returning parts very easy and allowed us to use our refund credit toward the purchase of a new Air Conditioner Unit. I am a working Yacht Captain on small to medium size yachts. Recently we contracted Yacht Aid Marine in Miami to install air conditioning units in our 42 Bertram Sports Fisher. We had space limitations due to the tight engine room. The air conditioning unit installation were mounted and ducted perfectly by Rafael and his team. These guys are real professional and did a terrific job installing the air conditioning. I would like to thank Rafael and Cesar with Yacht Aid for his service on my boat. They came on Memorial Day to troubleshoot the A/C unit, removed it from the boat and took it their shop where they fixed it and returned on the following Saturday morning to re-install it. I like to do business with people who work holidays and weekends and after hours. As a new yacht owner in Miami I am NOT impressed with the service of the marine industry as a whole BUT I am happy with Rafael and Yacht Aid. I went to get a quote for a Bow-Thruster for my 63 Bertram; the customer service was great, the price was a blast, and besides that the service installation was really satisfactory since they schedule a service visit within 2 days and the Bow Thruster is working really good! I received a diagnostic that my 3 AirHandlers were perforated due a bad winterization job only 10 days before leaving for Europe via Canada. The nearest dealer had a 3-week lead time to receive replacement units. Knowing that I might have better luck find A/C components in Florida than in NY, I reached out to YachtAid Marine at 7:30am and by noon, Rafael had managed to find me units that could ship immediately, prepared the shipment and delivered it to the shipping company. Sometimes, you just need to find the department for miracles, and youll find it at YachtAid Marine.
