Worst service ever in a furniture store. I asked about a specific product and the sales person kept showing me a different one on the computer. After a lot of insistence he finds the product only to say the price on the screen was not current. All that with a condescending attitude. I tried 2 Addison stores and had the same result. Bad business.

Called to remove an old sectional sofa from my condo. Scheduling was easy that same weekend and they arrived exactly when they said they would! I even received a courtesy call that the drivers were on route. Payment was easy via PayPal and the sectional sofa was removed and properly discarded for a fair fee. I would definitely recommend and bookmark them for future jobs!

This is a MUST furniture store to visit, its very well put together and has beautiful lines. The young guy and girl that helped us were just great. Great customer service
