Had called a few different retailers but ended up purchasing from SEB Mattress because of Sebastian’s friendly manner, his eagerness to help, and competitive pricing. He patiently explained the pros and cons of each different mattress. We tried many different configurations. Sebastian was very helpful in showing us all the Naturepedic mattresses that his shop sells. We wanted completely organic mattresses that do not have flame retardants or other chemicals that can cause allergies. Although we had researched various types of mattresses, Sebastian was helpful in going through the features of his products. He also switched various layers in the mattresses so that we could test different degrees of firmness in making our selection. Finally after testing several mattresses, we opted for the ELQE mattress and selected the firm layers since we like a mattress that provides firm support. Then Sebastian was very helpful in setting up white glove delivery and removal of our old mattresses. When his team came, they were also knew a great deal about the mattresses and helped remove both the old mattresses and bedframes. This is our third night using the two new mattresses. So far, we have found them very comfortable and are quite happy with our purchase. We would strongly recommend SEB Mattress in Cocoanut Grove as an excellent place to shop for a new mattresses.

When we realized our growing family needed a new mattress, I thought for about two seconds about where I should go. Seb mattress was the only place. If you can buy something from a local business, even if it costs a little more, that small increase in price is worth supporting our community. Big box stores 1) aren’t that much cheaper for the product you’re getting. The mattress I tried felt amazing and was affordable. The woman at the store mentioned her own experience with physical pain that was attributed to her old mattress. Sebastian is very knowledgeable when it comes to organic mattresses and he had a wide selection of mattresses for us to try including all the brands we had researched. I went to SEB to buy a mattress that didnt have the chemicals or toxins other mattresses have. Don’t buy a mattress anywhere else! After doing very thorough research, I was looking for a very specific mattress that I could only try in person in the Carolinas. Lo and behold, I found that SEB had one I could try and I went. I am so glad I did - the owner Sebastian is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and guided us on purchasing the perfect mattress for ya, while always being mindful of price. He even helped us with extra box springs as he knew we had just moved and did not have all our furniture. And he called multiple times to check on how we liked the mattress afterwards. I am going back for the mini crib and other mattresses now that we are settled. Don’t make a mistake to buy at big mattress stores - SEB has everything that is worth having in his store.

After spending too much time on-line researching natural and organic mattresses and getting totally overwhelmed and confused, I was so happy to simply walk into SEB Mattress, just a few blocks from my home! Sebastian is so knowledgeable and patient and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Im still a big fan of bricks and mortar shops in our communities...especially when it comes to something like mattresses...you must try them on before buying.

Euro size mattress fast, great store and service

I couldnt be happier with the bed my wife and I purchase and the service absolutely stupendous! Sebs was incredibly helpful during the shopping process, guiding us through all the mattress options we were interested in and make sure we wouldnt be overwhelmed by the variety of options available. This place isnt a sharky showroom, Sebs really wants you to be happy with your decision and it shows. Needless to say we were very pleased with out mattress and topper choice, price was fair and best of all, if we werent happy with our choice, we had the option to exchange. Lucky for us, it was a whole in one!

Its taken me far too long to leave this review. I purchased a mattress for my son from Sebastian and to say the service was 5 stars is a gross understatement. So professional, from the initial purchase, to arranging a delivery schedule even checking in on us after we recieved the matress and the days that followed to make sure everything was ok. The store itself is beautiful, great products well explained by Sebastian to best suit your individual needs. A great mattress is very important and youll be in the best hands here. Weve since returned and purchased two new pillows which are amazing. Highly recommend.
