Best place for makeup in the world! You can find all types and prices. From clean makeup to not so eco friendly, they have it. The attention is perfect, you can ask the girls exactly what you are looking for and they will guide you to the correct path for your skin type and/or your style. They are experts.

This morning I was in the store and Jazmin attended me. It was very professional and I recommend an excellent product for the face. She recommended Murad Rapid collagen infusion. I was having some struggles with mascara and the lovely staff here helped me find a waterproof mascara that stayed on during scuba diving!! Love Sephora.

Unfortunately, when I went in most products were sold out. They said it has to do with waiting for inventory. I recommend at least being honest and if there was a problem with inventory, put up a sign saying they apologize but are out of many products.

Brought my dog in with me since I needed to grab something quick. They were both dog friendly and helpful in finding me a new blush that fit my needs! Thanks!

I usually have a great experience but the last time I went was terrible I went in to look for some foundation and the one of the associates came to me with an additude telling me I can’t touch nothing and I told her ok I and she stood over head watching me making sure I don’t touch nothing She really went to go get her Manager like I was stealing or something I really got upset and left I didn’t want to see or buy anything after that and I was with my daughter I didn’t want to say anything to her because my baby was watching i felt so embarrassed I will never go here ever again I didn’t even get her name to need to be reported for treating customers like that .

I think they need to have better customer service at this particular store. I was like a ghost for them never ask me if I needed something and missing items in display? How Im going to try products like that? This is ridicules

The manager in this store name Vanessa is extremely rude I asked how was it when I put on makeup she said thats the beauty about makeup that it can be removed and walked away very rudely. I feel like never putting makeup on again because of her insult, she made me feel very insecure and I will never shop there again.

Hands down the best Sephora visit across the country. I thought Vegas was up there at the Venetian. But Brickell Sephora is hands down way better. Thank you to the manager for being so helpful the day I visited! Our purchase decisions were quick and we got everything we needed swiftly. ❤👏

My shopping experience today was awful and intimidating 5/23/19 at the Brickell location in Miami, FL. I entered the store and I was welcomed by a employee and a manager and they asked what I was looking for and I told them I was stopping in to get a few samples. The entire time I felt an unwelcoming presence and it’s disgusting being as though I’ve been a member for many years. I like to shop and be very comfortable while doing so. I was approached by the manager several times during my duration in the store she even questioned me when I had multiple foundations sitting on the vanity. Asking “Can she take a few away” ? She also made it her business to tell me its only “3 Samples allotted each day”. I was unaware of that policy and never been reprimanded about wanting to sample an item, BUT NOW I KNOW! At this point I am beyond agitated and cannot wait to make a review because profiling, discrimination and assumptions SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED while a customer is shopping! The manager at this location needs to be reprimanded and coached on how to not be so forthcoming to customers! I am in the process of making a $167 dollar purchase online and I am really hesitant on purchasing. I may just take my business to ULTA or another welcoming brand this manager really ruined my Sephora Experience and I’ve been shopping with you all for years! Disappointing and saddening.

Went in today for the first time! Very nice and clean. All employees were very attentive to the point that it kind if got annoying to be asked if you needed any help every 3min. But I understand that maybe theyre pressured to do so. So no big deal. My issue was with one of the employees (red hair, very tall, was wearing winged eyeliner with glitter on the inside) I was looking for a specific lotion by Clinique. They have the same option as cream, gel and lotion. I went with the tester (lotion) and came up to one of the employees who was having a conversation with one of her coworkers (nothing important just chatting and gossip). She went and got me the lotion I wanted to take. And left and proceeded to talk to her friend. When I looked it said GEL. I come up to her again (of course there were none on the shelves thats why I didnt get it myself). And tell her excuse me this is the gel not the lotion. She said Thats the one you gave me. And then goes to see if they have the lotion (in the same shelve where there are none, not in the back storage or whatever). And says No we dont have anything left. But this is the one you gave me though. What happened to Customer is always right when the customer is actually right?. She pointed to the bottle as if that was the only one there. And below that it was the lotion one which is the one I gave her. Her attitude was like youre annoying and youre wrong. I wasnt rude or anything and thats the only help I needed! Then I realizer she was about to take her break so maybe thats why she treated me like that.

I usually dont leave reviews on any stores, but this past weekend i had a really great experience in this location. I had plans to go to a special dinner and had forgotten my make up bag at home. Thank god my bf lives in the brickell city center tower so i had 30 minutes to go down to sephora and apply some make up. I went up to one of the girls named Julia and told her i had an emergency and she was super sweet and did my whole make up. i had such a great experience and walked out of that store super happy. Thank you Julia !

Maybe I went on an off day but I didnt have a pleasant experience. The store was crowded and very, very hot, which was extremely uncomfortable. I felt like I was followed around the store by sharks who wanted to sell me things and it made me so nervous.I love skincare, but I think Im going to shop elsewhere or give another Sephora a try.

I’m always really, really, REALLY iffy about getting my makeup done at Sephora because I’ve had such a bad experience before but Romeo... wow!!! I walked out of there feeling (and looking) like a million bucks. He really listened to my skin concerns and knew exactly the perfect products. I can honestly say I FINALLY found my HG moisturizer and primer and it wouldn’t have been possible without him. Romeo, you’re such a gem! Thank you for everything!

I’ve visited this Sephora branch twice. It’s really good located, clean, great and friendly stuff except one woman working there who seems to be a “boss” of skin care section who was a big dissapointment for me everytime I went. First I came to ask an advice for some face treatment products for me so I asked someone who took me to her. From the beginning she was really arrogant and talked to me like I am literally a stupid woman and treating me the same way too. First I thought she might have had a bad day which is understadable it can happen to any of us so I ended up buying a product she recommended me and which supposed to be good for my face with a note that if it wouldnt help I can come back and we will find something else.Well, recommended product unfortunately didnt help me so I came back to look for another solution. I was transferred to her again. I told her that it didnt work and asked her for something else. She answered me with her arrogant tone of voice and face that I do probably everything wrong with my face and thats my fault and thats why it didnt work and we would need to go from the beginning again with words “I can find you someone else to help you I dont have time for you” then she was gossiping literally infront of me and then she left. I really didnt like her attitude treating me like I am someone less than her and I am like a waste of her time. Really impolite and big dissapointment again. Another woman took care of me then. She was really sweet and helpful to me. I unfortunately dont remember names but the woman who was unwilling to help me had a space between her up front teeth and curly hair style. The other one who was really sweet was a blond young woman expecting a baby.All I want to say that I love to visit Sephora but I will probably never ask for any help in skin care again because it makes me sick to be treated this way. If so, I will probably pick another branch to go to!

Sephora is sephora anywhere you go. Their presence and elite customer service does not change from location to location. But what I brag the most about this one is the fact that is inside of one of the pretties malls trending now: Brickell City Center. I looooove this place. I usually come every friday to watch a movie. But I also make my stop at Sephora.

Today I went to buy a hair product and they sent me to a lady who apparently was in charge of the skin side, well I ask about the product and she tells me that it is sold out! But he said it to me in a horrible way so I did not take any importance and I asked another person but the boy asks the lady again and she says is SOLD OUT DO NOT LISTEN !! And I said ok but there is nothing like it and she said there is NOTHING LOOKING LIKE WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR! But in such a catfish way and making me feel moronic, that the truth I did not give my complaint because there were a lot of people but next time I give my complaint because they are not going to have a staff like that lady so bitter of her life that if She doesnt know how to treat clients. She should stay at home. I have already bought in the makeup area and all the girls are very nice I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS LADY
