Julie, Robert, and Rafael make a great team. Rafael made a concerted effort to find the fabric I needed. His experience and active listening skills provided a great customer experience.

Even though this store is not as big as others has a good selection of things. The place is clean and organized but painfully understaffed. My low rating is because of that. You spend more time finding a worker to help you cut your fabric or to go to the cashier so you can pay than what you spent finding your things. They have on average 2 people so even when they want to be helpful and answer questions or guide people to where the things are, they can’t because they have to be at the register or cutting or putting stuff in the shelves etc. Is sad because I know many of the staff, as I’ve been going to this store for like 7 years, they are nice people but some days the stress and people complaining get the best of them. I hope the store really read the reviews and see that they need more people!! I honestly sometimes just go to Michales instead which happens to be a couple of businesses away in the same plaza, just because I know Joann’s takes more time. So if you go there just plan for NOT an in and out kind of shopping experience.

There was a huge line and the cashier no where to be found!! Had to wait for a very long time and the place was hot.. This happens every time I visit this store in the past 3 years or longer!!!!

Customer service 101.Cannot get a person to answer a call for over 1hr. The best I get is a quick hello, please hold then wait for 25 minutes before hanging up.... I get you may be busy but make arrangements to speak to potential clients. Because the way you are doing it now, you will not have those clients anymore.

Nice store to and get some nice decors for your everyday home. Need alittle more personal but still nice place. If you have some imagination you can come up with some cool designes. They have an amazing variety of threads for every occasion. If you have someone to make you a dress this is the place to get what your looking for

The costumer services by phone are terrible, I call ten time and every time put me in hold for more at 20 minutes each, wend someone responds tell me!! , The company police gib priority to costumer comings to the store, the not respond costumers by phone and they are not priority. Is incredible..!! They are client to..!!

I love Joanns, I had a seamless pickup! I called the store and the gentleman respectfully explained he had a line , and he would bring it right out. I was going to park and just go in and let him hand it to me , before I could park he was already at the door! Great customer service!

Wonderful place. Very unusual in these days. Excellent crew. The parking lot is great. If you are a completely fan of fabrics and crafts, this is one of the places you must visit here in Miami. My honest recommendation is to diversify the place; add more options for the customer. Places like this are condemned to disappear in the future in case they dont make anything to stop the flow. Shame.

This is the worst store I only ordered from them because they had the product in stock. I always go to the one in Pembroke pines which is awesome. So I place my order before 10AM waited four hours but still nothing I decided to call the store just to be told I wouldnt get my product. If I could have cancel I would have. I will never shop at this store ever again the merchandise was for Mothers Day.

A great selection of fabrics and materials are in stock as well as a few other craft items, all at reasonable prices. Staff is somewhat limited, may only speak Spanish, and are sometimes not very helpful. Parking is ample but sometimes its difficult to find a convenient spot nearby.

You find everithing you need for craft

Placed my 2nd curbside order, first time they made me get off the car and go to the door to ask for my order, today they didnt even talk to me since I called 3 times and the 3 times they put me on hold for a total of 30 min, no one ever picked up. Their curbside is a joke!

There is always some sort of problem going on at this store, as well as shortage a staff (before and during the COVID pandemic). The manager Giselle is very rude and moody, and was in charge of the fabric cutting desk during my time here today, and took 20min putting everything away around the store before taking care of me and the 5 people who were behind me. To make matters worse, I tried to use their 20 percent off coupon in store for my fabric purchase today, which the cashier said could not be honored because it is only one item, when nowhere INCLUDING THE FINE PRINT did not mention that the coupon could only be used on one item. The next time I need fabric or any sort of craft item, Ill think twice before coming here.

I was trying to find a certain item and couldnt. I approached a worker for assistance and was basically brushed off. She told me that there were only 2 employees in the store and she couldnt help me because she was busy cutting fabric. I left without purchasing a thing and would not go back to this location.

This Joann fabric has no social distancing, their system was down the cashier had to put each fabric by its barcode number took forever with me to check me out and didn’t even remind me about the coupon when I remembered in my car and went back in and I asked her to let me return the Items and re-purchase it to add the coupon to my purchase. And she told me it can’t be done. It’s the first time I’ve heard something like this

There was not nearly enough staff for this location. It is also a small cramped space and while there is handicap parking right in front, it is hard to maneuver around once inside. The selection of products is simply ok.

Quiet, nice staff, and I was able to find what I need. The Sunday hours were the best around, and I always go here to get costume supplies. A great store keeping strong competition with the large chain nearby!

Don’t order from Flagler store. The curbside pick up is imposible...they don’t answer the phone. You have to make a lane In front of the store. Customers in the lane don’t wear masks and don’t keep distances. They don’t put a sign in the door.... (is obvious and I don’t think the store should put it because is common sense to have a mask in a line and keep your distance). But I got in an argument with some of the people in the line... that where not doing a line ,,, just gathering very near to the door to talk with the representive. Very unsafe! YES they need signs people don’t use common sense!That wasn’t curbside! I didn’t felt safe!And Joann representatives should talk with customers that go without a mask...they need to put signs like Joann from Kendall. Go there! They pick up the phone! The have signs! You will feel safer there! And you don’t need to feel vulnerable in the lane.Please where a mask when you go there and talk with the associate. The people working deserve respect!Flagler location has interface that is the only advantage... but Kendall/dadeland is more safe and are handling this more professional! I love this place so i may be a bit bias lol.Ive been to several local fabric places and honestly to me i feel better coming to this store no matter the distance. Ive gotten attitude from several other fabric stores but this place i have yet to encounter one employee with negative vibes. Ive been coming here for about 9 years now. First time i do a review on them.

They have the best and the most mixed variety of merchandise. But costly. I just came from there just now and the staff is horrible. She did not want to do HER job (cutting the fabric and measuring the amount that we need). She told ME to do it. She had a horrible attitude. The casher was nice though.

After being on hold for almost 16 minutes the clerk came back to the line and asked me to call back the next day because they were closed. Although they were open when she answered she explained that they were not allowed to answer my questions.

I live 25 miles from this location. I needed to find yarn that only Joann Fabric carried. Unable to locate the qty I needed at my location, I call this location on July29th. The gentleman at this location was so helpful and took the time to find and hold the yarn I needed with care and consideration before I drive so far. I made the drive and my baby blanket will be finish. I am sorry I did not get his name but would like to say how much I appreciate his level of customer service I received. Thank You

One of the worst shopping experiences ever.A simple in and out purchase of 2yards of vinyl, staples and tacks became a 45 minute nightmare. Ridiculous.The lady at the cutting desk had took care of a customer before me though I was in line. I went to get the vinyl roll to make it easy on her! She takes a customer that has 7 rolls. The guy does not even know how much he needs. She does not stop to take me ehile hes deciding. Another employee is asked to help, and she says shell be back. 10 minutes later. She tends to me.One register open.7 in line...Ridiculous

Two months ago I started coming here... for that two months every time I’ve come I’ve gotten attitude. There are two managers here. One is a Spanish lady and she is so nice. The other is a short black lady who was absolutely nasty to my son for accidentally knocking fabric off a shelf... the worst part is she scolded him as he was picking the stuff up. A few weeks later I come in to get more fabric and she comments about how she’s glad I left my son at home. ...... bitchhhhh ima bout to get a job there just to make her life hell.

That place is huge, fabrics, notions, patterns, tools for sweing and crafts. Got buttons and patterns for men shirts, vests, pants and scrubs and two plus sizes, hard to get.

I have a complaint , I moved 3 years ago to Broward county fl, but I came back to Miami last week and come back at your store located at Flagler st Miami, omg you continue with a few employers, one cashier and one person in the linen area, the line was long, the people complaining about that, I left my shopping car with all item that I suppose I want to bought because the waiting time is crazy, please looking for more employees the holidays are coming !!!
