I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to write one to let others know that Global Automotive is a great place to do business with. First, off their staff is very customer service oriented and very knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jose Espinoza. He was very helpful and addressed all my questions/concerns. He provided me with exceptional customer service. Secondly, their prices are very comparable and reasonable. I highly recommended this place you wont be disappointed.

DO NOT BUY HERE! I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY HERE! They wont even help me with a warranty claim that doesnt even affect them. I just have to have the warranty for my Walbro fuel pump, purchased through them, sen back through them to the distributor, but because its past the 120 days EBAY timeframe, Global Automotive doesnt care. I cant get my pump warranty service because Global Automotive have no integrity.

As stated by many others this company is a FRAUD. I too ordered a product off their eBay store because it had a LIFETIME WARRANTY. A month in, two of my 4 coil packs break and now they’re telling me I have to send them a receipt from a shop that“professionally installed” the item. NOWHERE does it state online that you have to have it professionally installed. By the looks of the other reviews it Serbs like even if you do have the necessary paperwork they still won’t stand behind that they sell

Beware do not purchase from this place I bought oxygen sensors for a Jeep had to wait to install because of weather and time 16 days after purchasing I got time well parts where no good installed ended up with more codes then started with I’m a tech for 23 years I couldn’t believe more codes so took a few days to email them which was the 22 day we’ll guess what the warranty supposedly ended in 21 days so I’m beat I tried to talk to them all I wanted was a exchange nope went thru eBay they didn’t help so went to autozone bought another set few dollars more installed and guess what no codes anymore people spend a few bucks more shop local and have no issues and if you do atleast you can go return them now I have 4 oxygen sensors that are junk

I like doing business with honest people and these guys are honest. When you do not know much about cars it is better to go with honest people who get the exact piece and in time.I ordered the compressor for my car with them, after checking in different stores, here they gave me the best price and the best guarantee. I went in to get some assistance with finding a part for my car. No other Auto parts store in Miami seemed to have it nor returned my calls to confirm. I called in to Global Automotive and spoke with Jose E., he was able to locate the part, quote me a great price, and once I got there held the part for me. It was a quick, smooth, and easy transaction. I will return if ever I need more parts.

I wish I could give them zero Stars because I had a minor issue that they sent me the wrong part and all I need to do is return it and get a refund. I was told I needed to speak to the supervisor I get placed on hold for 13 minutes then calls disconnected I call back no answer I call back no answer and then it says the party youre trying to reach is no longer accepting calls that means they blocked my phone number. this is great customer service do not do business with them at all. all I want is my money back. if they would have had the part in the first place and Ive been fine if they would have just told me they didnt have the part Id be fine but no they lied to me and sent me a part that does not fit my vehicle at all. I hope that they know I will not go down without a fight.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I ordered a fuel pump from this company through EBay and it was not for my car as advertised. I contacted the company by email and was told I could return the product for a refund. After I returned the product to them I was told there would be a 20% restocking fee. This was not disclosed in the email, nor in the listing. They received the returned product over a week ago and they still HAVE NOT issued a refund. I emailed them again and have not received a response regarding my money. Stay away from this company unless you enjoy being ripped off!Update: It’s now been several months and I still have not received a refund and they’ve probably sold the product to someone else. Stay away from this company!!!

Well honestly I cannot complain with this company as they have given me the right pump every time. But I have been a mechanic for over 10 years and know that with automotive parts of any kind you should always give them the VIN number to acquire the correct parts. Yes you can get away with purchasing by Year, Make, Model and Engine size but to me its like playing Russian roulette in getting the correct part. I hope this helps anyone trying to purchase from them, always have your VIN ready!

I bought a fuel pump from this company and 11 months later it is still working great. I was weary because of some negative reviews on here but not only was the customer service very helpful but they shipped the pump much quicker then expected and the packaging was above my expectations as well. Great prices and awesome customer service (Thank you Jose!)

Bought a fuel pump for my 2004 the warranty is 10 years, the fuel pump went bad, so I sent it in for a replacement, I paid 15.00 for shipping , and now they tell me that I didnt use a professional shop to install it, because I couldnt find the bill where I paid the shop, sent them the shop address and phone #. But still denied to replaced the pump.

BAD QUALITY PRODUCT and DECEITFUL WARRANTY PRACTICE.I bought from them an EGR valve, advertised with lifetime warranty, through eBay. Basic plug and play item which I installed myself. It failed after a little more than a year: Engine light on, OBD2 software indicated valve lagging and further troubleshooting showed intermittent contact in position sensor. This surprised me as new EGR valves may typically last up to 10 years. I bought another valve from different supplier to replace and shipped back the defective one to Global Automotive as part of the warranty process. Despite the proof of delivery I had, they first told me they had not received it. Then more than two months later just admitted they had it but could not process the warranty without proof it was installed by a professional shop which of course I dont have. I was never made aware of such requirement when I bought the item and it was not mentioned anywhere. Reputable parts suppliers like OReilly or Autozone do not even ask for this. Why are they, other than for never having to honor the warranty? I really feel flouted .... I wish I have read other customer reviews before as this seems standard practice for that company.

Very dissapointed in the quality and customer service from global automotive. I would not even give then one star. I ordered a fuel pump waitied a week for the pump to show up. Upon opening the package the fuel sender was just flopping around was not even installed in the pump correctly.After installing the pump the truck did run but had no fuel guage activity. Shortly after the pcm detected a fuel sender circuit fault, which means its telling the pcm theres more fuel in the tank than it can actually hold. when in fact there was only a half tank of fuel in the truck .Upon contacting by phone they would not even talk to me. I was informed that I would have to go to e bay and go threw them . I contacted eBay and finially got a e mail back from G.A. and was told I would not get a new pump untill I had sent the current one back .I tried to exaplane that I need the fuel pump so I can get to work and that I would over night the old pump as soon as I got the new one back to them.They have no regards Im helping anyone ! once they sell you there junk its your problem .do not buy from these people this was not my fault this pump should have never passes quality control and i should not be reaporespon for shipping cost to send it back berr very poor service 0 star raiting from me untill I get a new working pump !

Seriously avoid this company. No customer service. You need to leave a message !!! Order a fuel pump on 7/18 with expected delivery date 7/25. It is now 7/26 and the fuel pump has traveled around Florida and back to Miami. Hence no part and no working car! Asked to cancel my order through E bay and got a response of” rest assured “ your part is not lost fedex and usps know exactly where it is. So do I. Back in Miami for re routing. Left a message today with their customer service voicemail. Let’s see how many times this will be transferred before I get a response!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!! I would give a 0 star if I could. I BOUGHT A PART that is lifetime warranty AND THESE GUYS DO ANYTHING - I MEAN ANYTHING to get out of the warranty and NOT send out a replacement. The part failed after 8 months and they would not send out a replacement after I submitted everything they needed. I even had the tracking number which showed that they received it and they sat on it for 2 weeks and have done NOTHING until I called. I submitted everything they asked and then the ebay messages went unanswered! NO RESPONSE FURTHER.VERY DISHONEST, INCOMPETENT, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN! I submitted everything they asked and then the email went dead! NO RESPONSE FURTHER.At the Florida Better Business Bureau, there are 44 complaints filed against these dishonest operators and they have not even bother to answer these complaints! I dont have a problem with the fact that they sell some cheap Chinese NoName parts, but they lie saying that they slap Lifetime Warranty on them! The ignition distributor I bought from them failed after only 1 year/2,600 miles and they are not responding to my messages. They use some sketchy ways to get a customer give up - like asking e-mail on E-bay, which is not allowed, or claiming that the parts have to be installed by certified technician, which is not mentioned beforehand even in the small script! Avoid these crooks!UPD: They can keep moving - I will make sure my review keeps moving with them.

I ordered a fuel pump that arrived defective. I called to get an RMA since they had to receive the return before they would send out a new pump I paid them for a second pump. During the same conversation i was informed that I would have to pay to return their defective pump so I had them cancel the second pump that I had just gave them payment for. This was Jan.2015. I have called them three times twice being told that they would refund right away. now I call and the call goes to a voice mail that is full. Still no refund. So now I had to pay return shipping on a defective part and still have not received my credit for a fuel pump they never sent to me. Please be ware that this company is not on the up and up.l

Cheap, junk, misleading ads, bought a part off ebay that was advertised as lifetime warranty.i put the part on myself as i do my own mechanic work. part lasted about 2 weeks cheap plastic junk fell apart in my hand when i took it off after contacting the company they sent me out copy of their warranty that said to provide them a copy of the bill where a dealership or professional shop installed the parts....funny how they forgot to mention that in their ads.....after explaining to them i do my own work they never would respond to me no exchanges or refunds.......just check their b.b.b rating it is a big fat F.....i wouldnt swap nickles with this company ever again.had to get pay pal to step in and investigate before i got my money back.and that was because they took it out of his account he didnt do it willing.

O stars I purchased coil packs for My toyota Highlander and installed them. One day later #6 cylinder was misfiring. So I replaced it with one of the Original Densos I removed and contacted This company to start the return. The next day I had a Misfire on # 2 cylinder. I replaced this with one I purchased locally. This fixed the problem. I packaged the defective Coils and sent them back and I get an email stating they need a certified installers credentials. First of all a certified installer wouldnt use a part supplied by any customer. The reason I purchased from this company was for the lifetime warranty.They not only wont warranty this but will not send me the terms AND CONDITIONS!!!! WORD OF WARNING Never purchase from this place.

I left negative feedback; they emailed and said they would give a full refund if I first changed my feedback to positive, which I did. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE-This company is scamming customers on eBay-Ordered a fuel pump for an 03’ Flex Fuel Tahoe (VIN code Z) and what showed up was definitely not correct-(to install the pump and have the fuel pump nipples facing the factory fuel lines, you would have to cut a hole through the side of the tank for the sending unit float and arm)- 1st contacted them directly through eBay -they asked for pictures, I sent a picture of theirs beside the OEM I had pulled from the vehicle, highlighting the incorrect clocking of the nippples , they closed the return case stating no proof, I called them, they said it was past the 30day return, this is ridiculous - horrible company-DO NOT PURCHASE - (should have read the BBB ledger on them first or even some of these ratings) just trying to help the next guy out-

I live around the area so it was very simple for me to find this location. When I got to their offices, they were very helpful, replaced my fuel pump at a very affordable price which was great for my bank account!

They are crooks and sell fakes. Do not buy from them. The price seems great, but the parts are junk and fake. They sell low quality parts and you will get what you paid for. ALSO REED THIS: If you install the part YOURSELF, the warranty is automatically VOID. They require a certified mechanic to install their crappy parts. Customer service is garbage and their company is garbage. Do not give them your money in exchange for their crap.

As you have read in the other reviews. This company will not honor any type of warranty..... They sent me a defective fuel pump and told me to return the pump and that they would replace it. After two months of hearing nothing from them (and after many emails sent to them), they finally replied and said there was no warranty. They claimed that I ruined the pump with bad gasoline and there there was rust in the fuel pump. When I replied that I had installed a new fuel tank at the same time as the fuel pump (as in no rust) , they ran off and wont reply to my emails. They WILL rip you off.

Defective fuel pump.No refund/return offered once installed.Save your money... Go somewhere safe.

WORSE BUSINESS IN FLORIDA AND ON EBAY........We purchased a fule pump form them and they sent the wrong part. When informed the part was wrong and they need to send correct part ordered from Ebay their response was to have us send back the part for a warranty of the same part. WE NEVER USED THE PUMP AND NEEDED CORRECT PART!! THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO ANYMORE EMAILS AND LEFT US HOLDING THE BAG.........WITH THE WRONG PUMP!!!!!!!

Best Automotive customer service i have seen in years compared to PepBoys, Autozone or other corporations. Very Knowledgeable on there products and helped me get expensive manufacturer parts at really low retail prices and they still offer lifetime warranty on there Fuel pumps!

I ordered a coil pack over a month and a half ago..received in 2weeks time but it was the wrong one..took another week for them to send me a email return pdf..now Im still waiting for the right part and they just bs you every day saying the next day over and over. You will get the cheapest possible part you can imagine with absolutely no warranty, no refund, and no response to any of your email inquiries or phone calls. Absolutely NEVER buy anything related to your fuel system from these shysters.My supposed OEM fuel pressure regulator lasted 2 days and barely 100 miles before the diaphragm inside decided to fail causing fuel to spew all over my engine almost causing a catastrophic fire. After an expensive tow and replacing it with my original aftermarket part, I was back up and running.They gave me an RMA # and sent the part back with this RMA # blasted all over the package including inside. They said they didn’t receive it. I then gave them the tracking # and all of the information pertaining to the delivery of the faulty part and never heard back from them again. They should be banned from eBay for good and quite frankly the BBB should swoop in and close these guys down.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I ordered part that did not fit, when I returned it with their RMA#, they simply ignored me. Crooks. It wasnt a lot of money, but their actions spoke volumes. Here is the email they sent when I told them Id be filing a complaint with the BBB (they have an F rating anyway). It was all I could do. I ordered a NTK NGK o2 Sensor from these jokers and what I received was a fake NTK with no markings around its border. Seller tried to lie and say it was genuine.... Really? I work on cars for a living and this has to be the worst POS I have come across, Not only was it a cheap knock off; It didnt work and all it did was throw OBD codes like it was a marathon. Dont buy from these crooks.

Bought fuel pump from them and it was the right one, But 2weeks after installing on my truck it quit working. Sent emails to Jose and he sent me some of the awful language on his return email. My lawyer is sending those emails to the plant manager of global automotives of Miami. He said I returned the wrong pump but not so. They dont wont to do good on there or ( Jose ) warranty.
