I drove from Naples, Fl this morning to Jenlys to purchase some items for my daughters wedding. It was wonderful. The staff was kind a s very helpful. They have everything for a wedding that you need. .My trunk was full when I left. I love being able to shop online but sometimes you just need to see and touch things. I even grabbed some lunch at a wonderful Cuban Cafe on the way home. If was a win win day. Thank you Jenlys!!

I traveled from AL down to Miami, FL to shop. We made it and she was about to close, but she stayed open and was very helpful. Prices were great and she was so kind. I will definitely be shopping with her again. Money definitely well spent.

I ordered three packs of balloons from this store. When the order came in there was only one pack of balloons in the envelope. I emailed the company and received a reply within the hour that all three of the packs were shipped in the same envelope. They asked me to check to see if the package looked like it had been previously opened. In looking at the envelope, the side of it had been torn open and taped back together. As requested by Jenly Wholesale, I took pictures of the product I received and the envelope and emailed it to them. Once again, within the hour I had an apology that I had not received my product, but they reassured me that they do not reseal packages and that the envelope must have been tampered with. I let them know that I needed the balloons for the upcoming weekend and there was not enough time for me to receive another shipment from them. Without hesitation, they offered to refund me for the balloons that I had not received.The customer service that I received is above and beyond anything that I could have asked for. They were timely in their responses. They asked appropriate questions of me and tasks that could easily be completed to settle the issue. The next time that I need items that Jenly Wholesale offers, I will without hesitation purchase from them again.

This party place is the very best. No other party or craft store in the SW area had the paper ribbon I was looking for, they were the only one to have it in very very similar shade. What give them a plus is their customer service. Jenly is simply the best.

Jenly party supplies had everything I needed even though I waited until almost the last minute to finish my party supply shopping. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the prices are good, and the quality of their product is fantastic too. I purchased ostrich feathers and table overlays, and they look beautiful!

Great staff, great selection of products and the BEST price in town. It is also located closed to where I live which is definitely a plus. Been here for many times, and they always have what I need. If you live far away, check out at their website first and then pick them up in the store later to avoid sold out. I highly recommend this place.

They had the lowest price in the neighborhood. Great selection of products. You can purchase your items online and then go pick it up on person. The place is not the nicest looking place but what can you expect from a warehouse wholesaler. They do offer a bigger discount for multiple purchase. Parking is limited. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Bad, bad business! Buyer beware! They are very shady! Bought like 86 frames for my nieces quince and come to find out they put the really nice ones on the top and to my horror I come to find out the ones in the bottom are not nice - they look horrible! And now all they say they can do is offer me a 10% off coupon for future purchase! Are you kidding me? I’m now stuck with like 72 nasty frames and have 2 weeks to figure out something else! Yea - great customer service ! NOT!

This place does the price switch. Then tells you that all sales are final, no returns, no refunds. They have a web site. Know the price before hand and ask to verify when choosing anything. Then watch her at the register because she kept changing prices and saying oh I forgot. I was still over charged on 2 items each by 4 dollars. She actually changed it. I caught her and she gave a ridiculous answer about she made a mistake, she thought it was something else. The problem with the dumb answer was that the price it came up at the register was the right. She changed it to 4 dollars more manually. That how I noticed it.This is a rip off store. Oh then she tried to tell me that personalized ribbon was .49 cent a piece. The small size ribbon. I asked about 100. She said 50 dollars. Almost everywhere online those are priced anywhere from 15.99 to 20 bucks.Although I spent 130 dollars. I will not shop here again. Knowing the area, this location was sw 136 street and 152nd ave., it wont be there long. The consumers that frequent stores in this area are very keen and really high on honesty and integrity. I have seen stores like this one come and go.Word of mouth of their service and integrity will spread fast.Since they have only been there for six months by their 1 year, they will be out by next summer, CLOSED.
