We have a small patio that was all cement, and we hired Easy Grass to install turf. Not only was the installation of the turf flawless, but they also quickly handled/resolved some issues/misunderstandings that we had during installation. A sign of a really good company that puts there customers first is when issues, which are inevitable, arise, they are able to resolve them quickly. Easy Grass is great for all environments, we have it on our office patio and became a great area to work, have lunch and even workout. The texture feels really comfortable, doesnt get dirty and in case it gets dirty is very easy to clean. The quality of the material is good. Sadly the professionalism, customer service, and timing of installation are very poor. Originally I was promised a 3 week turn around from order to installation and final installation was completed 8 weeks after initial order. Owner and manager did not seem to care about customer service and told me repeatedly “it is what it is, alright”. I would highly advice you look into other vendors for your ivy needs.Update 1/13/2020In fairness to the company, they made efforts to try to remedy the situation.

Our experience with Easy Grass was fantastic from beginning to end. Jorge met with us initially to understand our needs and explain the available options, process and expectations. We received a quote in a couple of days and soon after, we paid a deposit. Since we couldnt be present during the installation, we had daily phone communications with Jorge and the head installer, Marlon who would send pictures to confirm he was doing what we wanted. Andy came out to the site multiple times to review the square footage changing due to the landscape design evolving. His crew is great, worked with us on site deciding the direction of turf, sprinkler heads, hole shape around trees, etc. SYNLawn is a company I was familiar with as a designer up in NYC, Easy Grass uses SYNLawn...I believe they are the only company in Southern FL that uses this brand. A job well done! The installation was quick, easy and done on schedule, and the both the office staff and work crew were proficient and courteous. The turf and putting green installation turned our backyard from blah to beautiful.

My experience with Easy Grass has been horrible. Right out of the gates there were scheduling errors where installers showed up on wrong days followed by a week of telling me that by tomorrow Id know when the installation was going to be rescheduled. I had to constantly call them and follow up otherwise Id never hear from them. After the initial installation there is a large, very ugly, very noticeable seam in the grass. It looks like two pieces of carpet poorly glued together. I have had other contractors examine it and literally laugh. Immediately following the installation they billed me in full. I explained to Easy Grass that the job shouldnt be billed in full since its incomplete. They told me that the job was complete but that they needed to come back to my property to fix it (seems contradictory). Is it complete or does it need to be fixed? It needs to be fixed. That means incomplete. Seems simple. After being unable to fix the seam several times the representative became so aggressive and accusatory with me that I had to demand that he leave my property and not return. Then I get a letter in the mail saying that Easy Grass is attempting to put a lien on my property! Heres a quick recap: 1) I just want the grass properly installed and to look professionally done 2) I have accommodated several attempts at repair 3) I have PAID them in full....and they want to put a lien on my property??? Not sure that makes sense. Their claim is 100% baseless and will now become a legal issue which I will relentlessly pursue as I have done nothing wrong. I will very easily prove that. They have never apologized for this inconvenience but rather attempted to find ways to blame me for things. Im getting blamed for wanting workers to show up on correct dates, wanting clear communication and wanting the grass installed properly. This was an incredible mistake to use them. There are other companies who are great. Easy Grass is a joke.

We had SYNLawn and Artificial Ivy installed in our backyard by Easy Grass/Easy Ivy and the whole entire family loves it. My kids can play on the grass and not worry about getting bitten by ants or getting rashes due to allergies. As for the Ivy our neighbors dog likes to chew on the wooden fence so we put up a vinyl sheet so that my 2 year old wouldnt stick his hands through. The white vinyl sheets were sore to the eye until the ivy was installed. Thanks to Easy Grass & Easy Ivy our backyard is not only safe but looks great!
