The customer service at this CVS pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I have been living in Miami Lakes over 20 yrs and unfortunately this has been going on for years, and only seems to be getting worse.This morning I called to speak to a pharmacist and after 58 minutes of being on hold I hung up without even speaking to anyone, and this was not an isolated incident, it’s all the time. The attitude, customer service and lack of personnel is unacceptable.They need to hire more personnel but most importantly they first need to enroll their employees in a basic 101 Customer Service class 😑

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life when it comes to the pharmacy. You’re literally waiting in line through the drive through 45 mins to an hour to then pull up to the window and be completely ignored for more then 10 mins. They don’t even acknowledge you and say” hey we’ll be right with you” ignore you completely and finally after 15 mins or so approach you without even apologizing for the wait. Honestly I’m switching my medication to another cvs. Avoid this pharmacy ! Absolutely suck!

Worst customer service ever. Please move your prescriptions to another pharmacy. It is easy to do. Simply go to a Walgreens or another CVS and ask them to fill your prescriptions there. I just did and will advise all my clients in the area to do the same!! DO NOT VISIT THIS CVS unless you want to spend hours on the phone or show up and your medication is not ready, AS USUAL!!!I received a text saying that my insurance does not cover the medication and to give them a call. I immediately called them as I am in deep pain and was on hold for 2 hours. After waiting for 2 hours, I decide to personally go by the drive-thru and they now have a sign saying CLOSED (in a pandemic). I was at the drive-thru for almost 10 minutes to simply update my insurance information and they just simply ignored me. They knew I was as the window, but simply decided to ignore me. This is at 9:30 pm, which they were not that busy.Again, AVOID this CVS!!!

Terrible service in the pharmacy. Probably because they are short of staff or lack of empathy for the patients/customers or any other reason. The staff dont make orders on time. My wife and I had to spent time going twice because no one was able to pick and prepare the order placed by the Pediatrician office in the morning and make it on time. My wife went 6 hrs. later after the order was placed and the lady stated it was not in the system. After contacting Pediatrician office and confirming the order was placed properly, the next day, after 28 mins. ON HOLD on the phone a lady named Andrea was able to find it this time and I was told the order would be ready in 2 hrs. max. The prescription is for antibiotics for a 4 yrs. old with acute otitis ( severe ear infection). My wife returned to the pharmacy almost 4 hrs. later during her lunch time and was told again the order was not ready. So Andrea, the lady who attended the phone earlier was wrong because the order was not ready in 2 hrs. not even 4hrs. later. Someone from corporate or regional management office have to look at this CVS store. The low rate for this pharmacy department in this CVS must be taken in consideration and has to be reviewed and remediated immediately.

Can’t hate on this location, the people that do just can’t get out of their car and get their meds or products and that sucks consider someone helping you inside so it’s faster. This CVS has everything you need. Every year they get new stuff in. They even got organic orange juice and other natural products. Overall the store is well kept and maintained. 24/7 service so you can’t go wrong here. CVS stopped selling cigarettes and that alone is admirable.Thanks for always having the stuff we need at any time of the day. πŸ’―πŸŽ‰

Firstly, I want to say that I love this CVS. My rating is based on the pharmacy, as I’m sure many locals can agree with me, that everyone is super friendly, but it’s nearly impossible to get your medications. Drive thru or walking into the pharmacy won’t make a difference. They will both take you more than an hour.

I can say it’s the worst place to get you’re medications .if I can give 0 ⭐️ I’ll do it. Every time I had call I have to wait for one hour and have to hang up because they never Pick up. The costumer service is horrible. They should put more people to work on the pharmacy . I just go there to pick up my mom’s . I WONT NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. That’s why I had switch to Publix. I’m very pleased . Great costumer service . I love it.

Hopefully corporate reads this! The pharmacy at this location is the worst! Customer service is horrible along with the horrendous wait times in line both inside and out. Verbal arguments at the pharmacy are the norm haven’t seen any physical fights but I’m sure it’s possible.

The person that took care of me yesterday 3/19/21 and most of the time I go there for my over the counter medications for example I.B.Guard was Kaylor she is extremely helpful and goesout of her way when you ask her any questions to provide good customer service she tells you exactly where you can find it and makes things easy for you she is very nice & friendly. I also have to say give Thumbs up for Edward the manager in the afternoon was extremely nice to me and at the same time the other person at the other register at the time they were all trying to help me since I was told off by a customer that screamed at me for offering him my cart that way he wouldnt have to hold the merchandise in his hand since like myself he was a Senior of course much older than myself and I was trying to help. This man was Rude so Loud and told me off saying all I wanted was for him to put the Cart back in place. I then told the Staff this is why this World is upside down people being so rude to each other. When the elderly person left I told him God Bless You Sir and he went off on me cursing in Spanish/Cuban to be exact I then told him off in Spanish and it was so hurtful to me knowing he was from the same place I came from at 9yrs of age and Im now 64 yrs old Shame on him. Edward came and offered his help to make me feel better and walked me to the car where my little grandaughter was waiting with her grandfather. I was gratefull to the front Staff since Edward & his staff didnt know that I had Open Heart and these situations do affect me and Edward and his front Staff Kaylor went above my expectations. I recommend this particular C.V.S. my son recommended it to me he always takes our granddaughter there to buy her treats for being a good girl. THANK YOU Edward, Kaylor & front Staff for making me feel better. AnaBarbara Marinoery nice and when the store doe have ig t she is very polite and apologies

The front staff is always very nice and helpful! This one star is for the horrendous pharmacy staff that is apparently so incompetent they do not know how to answer phones. Anytime I call, someone picks up and then immediately hangs up without saying anything. I recently waited 20 minutes on hold for them to hang up without saying anything. I have experienced better service and less wait times at the fl dmv. The older cashier lady with the gray hair is always so damn rude. I always encourage being nice to your elders but not this lady.

Our recent CVS experience was the worst!My son is sick and the pediatrician sent over a RX to this location. Passed by the drive thru to pick it up. Pharmacist tech said his info wasnt in the system, RX was placed on hold, so I went home to get the insurance info and call it in. Called and waited over 30 mins to get connected just to be told ok I see his information RX will be ready in an HR. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Terrible service. Extremely long wait times on any visit, regardless of the time of day or week. Very unprofessional staff overall without any concern for clients time or needs. This has become another one of the multitude of company’s in the US that is only money hungry and claims to care for its clients well being. At this particular location employees do not seem to understand the concept of accountability. On multiple occasions I have called this CVS and have been assured that my medications are ready to be picked up, only to find out upon arrival that this was not the case causing delays up to 40 min.

WORSE customer service! Specially the pharmacists, they tell you to wait for 15 min and it becomes an hour or more! Funny fact they have a β€œTeam work” certificate on the wall and none of them work on coordination. My prescription went through three different pharmacists. You can call the pharmacy at any time, put your phone in speakers, and do all your shores around the house that they will NEVER answer. It is usually two employees for the drive through, the new prescriptions and walk in pick ups, plus the questions from the public and those who go and ring everything they bought at the pharmacy register. If you’re looking for convenience, this pharmacy is not it. The drive thru experience is frustrating. I’m at the window TRYING to drop off the prescriptions and can even get anyone to look over. Why are the employees at THIS particular CVS ABSOLUTELY rude, horrible, with no desire to provide ANY customer service what so ever??? The pharmacy is abysmal. They hang up on you all the time, the lines (at drive through and inside) move at snails pace! The one over at Eagle Nest Lane by Main Street is light years much better than this place. They run efficient, provide good customer service, and get you on your way instead of getting you annoyed!

Many employees provide awful customer service to me when I have visited in this CVS. Its a shame since its close to my house but it seems they just dont care. I understand many of the employees here are being payed minimum wage/very little but it doesnt give them a reason to be jerks. One of the worst employees is a obese middle aged African American cashier by the name of Luis, at least according to the little tag on his chest. The customer lines seem to be very long when he is working and I have seen him flirt with many women while costumers are waiting. One of the store managers by the name of Reina is no better and she is often nowhere to be found near the cash register when she is working. Would like to see this place improve but I doubt it since I see years of bad reviews in thus location.

This is the worst experience I have had with any pharmacy pick up for medicine. I paid for my medication online. When I came to pick up they said they had returned it. Then when I asked for a refund , I had to call customer service because it was done through the app and not in store ? Yet, I am paying CVS and picking it up at the store. Now I understand why everyone goes to Walgreens for medications and why CVS is always empty. It’s more expensive and clearly they have no user friendly systematic way for medication pick ups. The β€œapp” has nothing to do with the pharmacy. BEWARE and drive a couple extra minutes to the Walgreens in Hialeah.

Tried to print a picture, asked for help and the print came out all wrong, asked for help again and the print came out fine this time, he asked me iif i wanted the print that came out super bad i said yeah i mean, if you are going to throw it away why not? Mind you I work in a Pharmacy. I was with a friend who needed to pick up her medicine because she was told it was ready. When we got there, there was one Pharmacist and a Tech. The Pharmacist asked how could she help us and we told her that we are here to pick up a billed medicine under the name of ------. She said oh ok, and sat down and start eating something. Rather than handing us the medicine which is in a simple basket behind the counter and having us sign the prescription. I stood there waiting for her to finish helping me. And as I waited the Tech was up to her neck with the Drive thru window. After 13 minutes of waiting the Tech came up to me to ask me if Ive been helped. I told her the Pharmacist was helping me but I dont know what is the Pharmacists definition of helping. The Pharmacist chuckled. The Tech handed me the medicine and I signed for my friend. With all honesty, that is not service. If you are helping someone you finish helping that individual. It doesnt matter what degree you have, If youre a Doctorate in Pharmacy or what have you. You work with customers then you are required to give customer service. Even more so being a Professional. Furthermore, Pharmacy Techs are not a Pharmacists personal stooge. If I could light a fire cracker in that Pharmacists white jacket, I wouldve, to knock some common sense/humility into her. Worst customer service Ive had in a while and lack of Professionalism.

Marta in pharmacy is the rudest elderly working there, she sure shouldnt be at front cashiering.I have been a customer since Eckerds drugs was there. When I found out my insurance was forcing me to switch to CVS pharmacy I cringed inside! Idk if it’s CVS’ everywhere or just Miami lakes but THEY ARE AWFUL. So slow and so unhelpful. When I made the switch I had my doctor send my new rx’s to cvs. I wasn’t called to pick up them up, so when I finally decided I should go into the store to see if they were ready, I was told they weren’t filled because they didn’t have my insurance. So then don’t you think it would’ve been nice if they called to ask me for it in order to complete my fill?! Now, here I am a month later needing a refill and I’m suppose to have a rx filled and picked up but I realized I was also never called for it. So I call in, Sunday morning at 8am, am on hold for 8mins, and am told that Bc I didn’t pick it up within two weeks it was sent back! I had no idea that it was even ready to be picked up. I just want to go back to Publix. Shopping seriously is a pleasure there.

If you can avoid CVS pharmacy, do so. Lately theyve been giving me so much trouble. Last month there was a problem with my insurance because the lady didnt but the correct information on the computer. The month before that I realized I needed to refil on a Friday. They didnt have my medication on the pharmacy, so they had to order it from somewhere else. I couldnt wait until Monday, so they had to change brands to give it to me that day. To avoid that I set up automatic refils so that I could have my birth control on time ever month. This month my birth control pills needed authorization from my doctor to put more refils. They did not call my doctor, and did not call to inform me either. Now they say I have to wait until Tuesday for my refil. I cannot wait until Tuesday. I have to take the pill on Sunday. I will have to go to another place to get birth control pills, all because they did nothing to refil my prescription on time.
