A few days ago the younger employee I cannot recall his name. Helped me find a bulb I have been looking everywhere for in less than 5 minutes and even showed me around the store. He was so professional even gave me a few tips to take care of my car battery even explained to me how my new phone worked. He was just wonderful 10 starts for that young man whoever trained him 10 starts for you as well. This is a very good employee. Even though I do not live here in Florida and chose not to make an account he told me that no matter where I went batteries plus will be there just around the corner to help. Will be coming back here in the future whenever Im in the area. I made a google account just for this review thats the impact that young man made on me that day. 10 stars for him and whoever trained him and 10 starts for the store.

I paid for car battery installation and they were out of employees. The rest was good, I got (one day after payment) the right battery for my car and the person at the store was very friendly.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE FOR REPAIRS!!!!!!I came in to change the battery on my I PHONE and the young and inexperience kid that replaced my battery cut the wires on my Iphone and broke my business phone.I asked to speak to Charles the (Manager or owner) but he said he was to busy to talk me and told me to leave him my number and he will call me later on that day.A day later........ NO CALLS!! I HAD TO BUY A NEW PHONE!Now Im writing a letter to their Corporate office and will probably will get the same level of service.

If I could give 0 stars I would, tried going today Sunday to see if I could get my car battery replaced at 10 am as posted and they weren’t open. This place is a joke and doesn’t take customers time serious. And god forbid you need to use you car battery warranty, they do not honor it at all and charge you a fee to recharge a battery they sold you. Literally an autozone across the street and they honor warranties at least and charge and test batteries free even if it’s not theirs. Bought a battery from them already since they were open at the POSTED TIME.

I placed an order online for a replacement laptop battery, & when that specific item was not in stock I received a phone call within minutes from an employee to let me know. The employee also helped me choose the exact correct battery that was compatible with the one I needed. When it arrived at the store for pick up; she called me right away & was super nice, professional & helpful. I greatly appreciate the time she took with me on the phone while searching to match the exact item I needed.

Online website is easy to navigate. Ordered online since there was a discount promo. Received an email notification 30 min later that it was ready for pickup. Walked in the store and was immediately helped by the sales rep. Spent about 5 min in the store completing the transaction and turning in my old battery for a refund. Overall, efficient process from beginning to end.

First I have been a customer of this franchise for at least 3yrs have bought 4 group 27 agm batteries for my boat plus I have several collector cars which I have converted to agm batteries , these batteries are not cheap . I had a trickle charger failure on one of my cars so battery went dead I took it in expecting to get it checked out, to my surprise because the battery was dead I had to pay to get it charged and checked, the clerk told me it was corporate policy and gave me the number to call I called on speaker and asked they told me it was not their policy but stores could charge. I have been working on cars since 15 now I’m 64 never in all that time has this happened you can go to any auto parts or Walmart etc get your battery if you have problems they will check it and replace no questions asked , at a time when more customer service is needed this store is cutting back , I will never walk in to a batteries plus store again .BUYER BE WHERE !!!!!! IIf you’re battery goes bad the chance of the battery being replaced under warranty as written is zero .NEVER AGAIN

I bought a battery there and in less than a year the battery failed it is under warranty and when I took it back I had the Most horrible experience EVER. They told me had to pay to get the battery charged and it would take 48 hrs...The owner Charles was very arrogant and pretty much told me that its not his problem. Then I called corporate only to be told the same.....WARNING STAY AWAY FROM BATTERIES PLUS.....I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I had one of my best service experiences here. When I walked in, Fernando assisted me with a UPS that was constantly beeping. He pretty much knew what was going on right away. He and his co-worker gave me the pricing and then worked it out so that I could get a bit of a break by opening up a business account. They were friendly, funny and informative. If you need a battery of any kind, come to this place and they also do screen repairs for most mobile phones. I will definitely come back here and will refer people to this establishment as often as I can.

This is a great business with excellent customer service. I recently bought 2 batteries for my power surge protector and battery backup. I ordered it on-line, got a 10% discount and picked it up at the store. When I got there, it was all ready for pickup, and Nelson even helped me to install it. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I noticed that my car battery was not working well. Took the vehicle to the Batteries Plus Bulbs store in Miami Lakes. They checked it, and found that the battery needed replacement. They replaced it in no time. The staff was very professional and explained very well the warranty process.

The first time I went to change my FOB car keys batteries lasted a few month. The last time I went the men insisted on get the promotion they had “free battery change every time I go”.I refuse to it and I went for the same price as last time, a week before the batteries were not working. What a coincidence, Maybe I’m wrong but I feel that they played w my money. I’m very disappointed. 👎🏻👎🏻

What a joke NEVER take your phone to this location!!! They removed my cracked screen that still worked & replaced it with a defected screen that went black. Then I was told it would take 3 day to get another screen. I could not wait 3 day as I run a business. Had my phone fixed elsewhere in 1 hour. They refused to refund my money!!!! I even asked for a store credit that they also refused.

This one is a mixed review. Although they did refund the item that didnt work for my vehicle, it was still an issue and thats why I cant give a full five star review.I stopped by this location Saturday since its close to my barber, and I needed a new USB Type C cable to sync my car to my S9+ android phone. I also picked up an LED pen light to carry in my car. Its really bright (170 lumens) and works great. The friendly sales rep also showed me that its batteries can be replaced.However, the reason this is only 3 stars is that the cable I bought worked only to charge the phone and didnt transfer data to my cars display. He did go outside to my car to see the connection and did promptly refund the cable because the store had no other usb in stock. I ended up having to buy a (more expensive) other one at the ATT store next door.

Needed a watch (style) battery that wasnt available at CVS/Publix & other places with the watch battery display from Duracell & the like. Called them and they answered promptly and professionally. Visited soon afterward and the employee (Rob, I believe) was great; even gave me a quick tour of the store. I will return here as long as they keep the quality of service at/near this level.

My 86yr old Mother took her cell phone for repair. usb charger board replaced but Staff @ Baterry Plus broke home button during the repair, clear example Fix one thing broke another.. offer $40 to repair something they damaged, they should have fix phone free of charge or discounted the original $100 charge for a $6 part + 15 minutes worth easy labor. Would not recommended to anyone, Nor go back!

The first email I received stated that my order was ready for pick-up. I drove to the store and was told that it was not and that the message is one that is always sent by the corporate office. I returned the following after I was called I asked that the core charge be waived since I had to make two trips. I was told that this was up to the corporate office.
