I went on a Sunday afternoon and the lobby was packed with waiting customers. It was obvious they needed two people behind the counter as opposed to one. However, the guy working did his best. He was professional and accommodating. Unfortunately..I waited in line for 45 minutes only to be told the tires I needed werent in stock. Another customer experienced the same thing after waiting in line for an alignment...only to be told they didnt provide that service. They need more people working the counter.

I ordered tires and had them delivered in a timely manner to the Walmart Tire Center in Hialeah. I made an appointment for 8am on a Sunday morning. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and the door didnt open until 8am. I proceeded to check in and no one was at the register to write up the order. The mechanics alerted me that the person in charge of writing up the orders called out and no one came for minutes until they told me they called someone and they wouldnt arrive until 10:30am.They sent a temporary person who knows how to write up the orders for oil changes but not tires, the lack of cross training bothered me. The mechanics dont know how to do it and the managers on duty dont know either. I advised them to make sure they get cross trained. Long story short the assistant manager had to facetime the tire center manager on his day off to walk him through the order write up process so the technicians could install my tires. I didnt leave the tire center until 10:53 am. I still had to pay for the installation and they offered any compensation for my time spent waiting. Lack of communication and lack of customer service. I also told the technician to check my brakes and see they needed to me changed. Well he told me they had to be changed but when i checked that day. They still had plenty of life left on them.

The team lead really needs to work on this auto center they never answer the phone been trying for hours it’s like no one is there terrible

Went to purchase a battery for my car while turning in my old battery and my battery core charge was voided. Left before i could realize what happened.

I was calling all day to fix a flat and they never pick up. The system only allow you to book an appointment if you are buying the tires trough Walmart.com

I have called the Hialeah Gardens Auto Center (which says Miami Lakes on Google) 5 times and on hold for more than 40 minutes to change my appointment date. I guess I need to wait until they realize the order has not been picked up and maybe someone will call to reschedule?!!

I did A LOT of research before choosing Walmart. I am a tire expert with years of experience. I was on a tight budget and needed the best tires possible since I drive 36,000 miles a year. I went to two Walmart tire shops in broward and the service was lackluster. From the moment I approached someone at this Walmart in Hialeah Gardens, I was pleased. Yes there is a wait but like EVERYTHING in life, one must wait for the good things. I dealt directly with a manager, Milagros, and I felt confident she knew what she was talking about (I’m a tire expert). She told me to go with General Tire which was exactly what I wanted. Upon payment time I had to split the payment between my Sister’s Walmart credit card and cash. Upon many attempts at passing the card first, it got declined because the system kept trying to charge the full amount to the card and which wasn’t available. She then decided to charge the cash part first. I swiped my bank card and it went through fine. Passed the Walmart card and bada bing bada boom! I left my keys and my car was ready in 2 hours. I took a 500 mile road trip the next day. I was shocked. The tires I bought were better than the factory Continentals that came with my car 17’ Sentra. I have ridden 2000 miles in less than a month with them and I’m in love.Today I noticed a bubble begging to form on the sidewall of one tire. I took it in to see if that was malignant. I dealt with Jose the manager for the shop. I also felt he was very competent and excellent customer service. He verified my info and noticed my Sister’s info was in the system instead of mine. I didn’t want any trouble and he insisted he’d like to correct the error. He corrected all the info and replaced the tire with a Brand new one. All I had to do was pay $10 to add the warranty to the new tire.I had an amazing experience. Fortunately I had a smooth day and did not need to rush or have someone bring me my second car. The car was ready upon the time promised. The Hialeah Gardens Fire & lube express shop has earned a customer for life and they are far from my house. No one has bothered to update GoogleMaps and state that their auto center is NOT servicing cars. I asked a man named Miguel in Spanish manning the queue and when I mentioned that I woke up super early to get my car serviced he says that everyone knows that this service center is closed and that no one comes here, even with the obvious fact that I was here at 8am asking specifically to service my car. When I said that maybe he should tell someone to update the information he said no because that has to do with customer service and not him. So I pointed out his lack of initiative Oh, so fine, dont do anything pro-active. Just sit there and dont do anything. Bye, Miguel. His reply? Bye. Some people cant see past their hand.

Not as bad as expected from reviews. Rosa in cashiers office was great/very pleasant & helpful despite language barrier. Four tires took less than 2 hours....not that bad.BUT can see why Oil Change customers are upset: suppose to open @ 7am, line formed, but didnt even take the first car in til 7:45!!

They will ONLY look at you and your car if you ONLY have an appointment. So if you have an emergency you can only rely on REAL tire shops.

They were fast and polite

The lines are long on the weekend. I had to wait 4 hours to change my oil and they never pick up their phones or call you to tell you the car is ready. BUT the price is great.

This was my first time here and never again. I got there at 9:26 am, I was the first car. I got out at 10:52 am. Not very good, especially for the first car. Some customers told me they have had to wait over 6 hours during weekends, which is outrageous to me. The dealership is more expensive but my time is precious. The solution would be to get more technicians and a faster process. It can be done.

I love Walmart, almost everything youre looking for, there you find it. But today I felt that something was wrong, missing. I went there early in the morning and found such a peaceful environment, nobody in the cashier machines and, I thought that boring its place a this time! Ohhh but if you go there between 6 to 10 pm, its very funny. The aisles full of people and wheelbarrows, the children running, touching and throwing the product they carry, and those that not. Parents running behind them. The cashier machines full of people forming lines of more than an hour where you see everything. Thats fun!

Cheap and fast. Great service and great price. Was paying too much at the dealer for an oil change. Decided to get it at Walmart and it was great. Full synthetic at a low price.

I changed my 4 tires here. The customer service is not that good, but the price is probably the best you will find in Miami. Wait-list was 5 hours. I recommend to buy the tires online, and go with someone that can pick you up while they do the service.

I come for oil change they told me two to three hours I agree because prices are good sitting around waiting for at least 45 minutes and theres no one working the line for at least 35 minutes I stood there and watched as only two of the employees standing conversating amongst each other I know this is a busy business and maybe the guys are on break but they should have enough people to at least keep the line moving until the others come off of break they have only one line working and they have at least seven to eight vehicles waiting theres got to be a better way to serve people that come to get that car service here at Walmart.not bringing down Walmart but maybe service is lex because workers have gotten complacent and taking their time to service people that need their time to go about their day.

The tire shop has the worst customer service. Two employees already started the check in process for a tire repair because my tire is close to flat. The manager came over and mentioned putting two people before me in line when I was there first and closed the tire shop. Now the kids and I will have to get a tow truck which will be more experience. Unhappy with this service received.

Overpriced for the little service you get. Get yelled at by the guy taking your phone number down cause he’s asking you questions out of context. Wait 5 hours. Then get your car back with an unsecured metal sheet dragging all over the floor and they make you feel like it’s your fault and you need to check the car back in just to get it fixed. Could have politely just asked to see the plate and see if they can at least secure it temporary for me but no.

Went in to get my 4 tires changed. Already expected a 2-3 hour wait time. Waited 3 hours in the wait room. Then finally someone decides to come in and say that they only had 2 tires!!! And that they had apparently been trying to get ahold of me for 2 hours. But I had no missed phone calls. My signal was fine by the way. I received calls from others while I was waiting in the WAITING AREA FOR 3 HOURS. But I had not a single phone call from them. I suggest to not even waste your time coming to this Walmart for your autocare needs. Their customer service is absolute trash. All they did was waste my time.

This is incredible. Ive been here twice for a flat tire. The first time, I arrived at 6:45am, so was the first customer, and was here until 7:52. Almost an hour for one customer, just one tire with even a nail in it. This second time, I arrived at 1:29pm, they said,there are 5 more cars coming before of my, so it going to takes around 3 hours. Now it is 4:10pm and there are still 3 more cars before. Almost 3 hours for 2 cars. It is just unacceptable.

Had to come here in a pinch to get an oil change and tire rotation and it took HOURS!!! Not because there was a line, no sir. I was next in line... for HOURS! 5 mechanics standing in a circle, laughing and joking, not working. It wasnt until they realized that three of us customers were staring them down hard because of their unprofessionalism. My car was in and out in 30 min. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Take your business elsewhere to small, reputable shops that will value your business more; like GP Tires and Auto Care.

These people NEVER answer the phone. Drove 25 miles each way to pick up and install 4 tires, only to be told to come back the next day at 7am because they already have too many cars. This was at 1:00pm and They don’t take appointments. Went back the next day at 7am already 5 cars waiting. Only 1 guy mounting tires, approximate time 1 hour per car, meaning I’d have to wait 5 hours before they get to me, only to be told that they cannot mount my tires because I have afternarket rims and not factory rims. All this waste of time, gas, and going into to work late, which all of this could’ve been avoided if someone would freaking answer the phone. Make consumers aware of your policy! Stay away from this place, it’s not worth your time and headache to save a few dollars.

I went in for full service they did not refill the air in my tires they did not rotate my tires yet I have the lifetime rotation and balance for the tires they didnt even put in the correct oil into my vehicle I dont know if they were trying to scam or hustle or whatever it is that they were doing they did not refill my windshield wiper fluids and thats just the service on the vehicle not counting the 45 minutes you have to wait in line for the three people in front of you to actually check out I always go there expecting to wait forever but the few times that Ive actually waited there all you see the guys working and the mechanics are walking around chit-chatting drinking coffee absolutely blows my mind dont know if theyre there to socialize or actually work

Horrible Service. They even in front of me put some else in front of my car. Then said it was cause my car does not fit in that bay. Worst service in FL! They NEVER pick up the phone and no one speaks English. Tried to install tires that I bought on Walmart but they couldnt not understand my request, not even the supervisor. Also, average waiting time is 4 hours for an oil change!

I came back 3 days after I installed a complete set of tires and found one of the tires drop flat overnight. I ask the service manager what was the return procedure in the case of the tire been defective, he first start going on the defensive that it must be a factory issue with my tire air sensors or that someone must had done this to my tire... Come on. At end the found nothing and I wasnt charge anything because it is included in the service ( 7:15 am to 9:30am) but I am heading back home concerned to know that to any issue I am going to have reluctancy on Walmart side.

One person takes care of everyone. She gets no help from anyone even though the line is long. First you have your work order created., then after you are done you have to get in line again to pay, meanwhile this person has to go to the shop for every single customer, telling the rest of us in line “it’s going to take a little while.” Even if you are planning on changing just one tire, even if it is not in your car it’s going to take hours, so be ready to wait. Me, personally won’t be coming back to this tire center ever again, that’s for sure

Would give a minus 5 if it were possible. Just a waste of time. This people should have an appointment system. They promised car would be feady in 2 hours. Husband arrived a few mons after 7am. At 1pm they have not touched his car. Just excuses they are understaffed. With all the money the Waltons make, seems cushomer service is not yheir priority. This is terrible. I do blame management at local site though.

Its unfortunate that this is the only option for Walmart tire and oil service aside from driving all the way to Homestead. Rude staff, never have time to fit your vehicle in and give you a hard time about upholding their warranties even when their products are faulty. Price is very good as always, $5 for mounting a tire, is always full , get early, lines are very slow.

These guys take their time with everything and they are sometimes careless with their work. For an oil change, it would take you at least two hours in this location. They have to talk, drink their cafecito, eat their croquetas and then work on your car. Not worth it. Save time and go somewhere else. They said they close at 8p.m but they stop accepting cars at 6 p.m even when they have no work. Unbelievable.

Took my gmc 3500 with a 5.7l engine in for a oil change they overfilled it by 2 quarts probibly cause no one in the whole store can speak or read english. its in the book dummies 5 quarts. Thanks walmart for ruining my vacation, oil is comming out of my valve cover gaskets i hate you!

I went to get 4 tires i purchased online mounted and balanced, the wait time for total service is bad 2-3 hours but cant beat those prices and service was done with no corners cut very satisfied.
