I live in West Palm Beach and after having a less than satisfactory experience with the local dealership and others I found the specific configuration of new vehicle that I wanted in stock at Potamkin. I explained my situation over the phone and was ready to purchase but did not have time for any nonsense. I wanted good terms for loan and competitive price, and Potamkin delivered. Everything was ready for me after making the 1-1/2 hour drive down. Bit of time to complete the normal paperwork and I was in and out. Horrible!!!! I traded my 2020 Palisade for a 2022 this September. The sale advisor Pedro was really good but the rest of the service horrible. My car had a few issues (damage) it took forever to have those fixed and now I am 3 months into the purchase of the car and they still have not replaced a glass that is all scratched. I have spoken to the sales Manger (Willy)who promised to have the issue corrected never here from him again, Hector (couldn’t do much it wasn’t his department), the owner (Frank) said I will find out the issue and call you to fix it. Never called back and this was 1-2 weeks after I left him a message, I even went as far as speaking to the Corp which unfortunately has nothing to do with the dealer directly. No one has been able to help the only person that at one point helped sending me to a glass man was Victoria and the used car manager which may I mention had nothing to do. I purchased a brand new car, which I sat in the store from 1 pm-7pm to even take home yes and I was already done signing paper work but still had to wait all those hours to have it given to me. Now they want me to send them proof that the glass is scratched. Really it’s been 3 months, the glass shop they sent me to tried to fix it but couldn’t and now you want proof. Come on, I don’t believe I will ever by from this dealer again the customer service after the fact I’d just horrible, no respect for peoples time. Oh yes the best part I have been to the dealer multiple times and they want me to go again. Come on I have a life and work. Zero respect for their customer, zero loyalty, and zero customer service. Once again my sale advisor was good, and I haven’t bothered him much since I know it’s out of his pay grade. Hopefully they read this and realize what a shady job they have done in there customer service.

After going through some rough times after a bad Divorce in 2016; I had a decision to make between keeping my Honda Accord I just purchased or fighting for the Best Interest of my Child in the Courts, the decision was Simple: Losing my car was a bit shameful but the Reward was Priceless because I had my son with me. I promised him that I would buy another car and he didnt seem too bothered but he was sad The Eyes dont lie. Fast Forward to March 18, 2021: Hard work lead me to deciding on buying a Hyundai but due to my Credit Situation I wasnt sure if I was going to get approved. I went online and quickly was reached on my Cell by Victoria (one of their New Sales Rep./Finance MNGR.) Who offered me to swing by and try out what I could maybe take home that day. With little expectation I set course for the Dealership, was greeted by Raymond (Salesman) and quickly introduced to Victoria who told that Raymond could actually help me in finding something that fit me at their dealership based on Credit/Down Payment, Taste, Etc.What didnt Raymond do that day to EARN my Business, we connected in many levels because of his Communication Skills and his level of Sincerity & Openness that day. To my Surprise I was looking at the cheapest Vehicles just hoping to get approved for something better than my Old Infinity i35-that was damaged and well I was surprised when Raymond advised me that the one Santa Fe in Dark Navy Blue which I thought wasnt going to get approved by the Deal I was asking for, thats the one I was actually Sold. The service department is horrible. If you don’t have a appointment they won’t help you. Doesn’t matter if your car is burning in front of them is always a no we can’t help you. If I had the option to put zero start I will put it. This morning I went to service because my car had the engine light in red it was serious and the guy told me if I had appointment I told no this happen now and his response said sorry we can’t help you. He also ask me if I both the car here I said no I bought it in another dealership and he said ok than go to the same dealership you bought your car for service. I have a open investigation with Hyundai because I think is not right. Yes, I took it to the same dealership I bought the car and the help me without saying the word “no”.

I have been taking my Hyundai to Potamkin Hyundai in Miami Lakes for some time. On a recent visit I noticed after picking up my vehicle that the tires were not pumped to factory specs (after checking them myself) as shown on the drivers side door. Each tire was several pounds lower than what it should be. I also noticed that all the fluids were at the same level as when I brought the car in for service even though I paid for an oil and filter change that includes checking and filling all fluids.On my next trip to Potamkin Hyundai in Miami Lakes for an oil and filter change, a complete 27 point vehicle inspection and a large repair I told Franklin about the problem on my previous trip and he said he would personally be certain that all fluids were full to the level they are supposed to be and would make sure my tires were pumped to factory specs. Well, to my amazement the fluids were not at the level they were supposed to be and in fact the tires were also not pumped to factory specs once again. In addition, Potamkin Hyundai did not complete the large repair. I had to take the vehicle to another mechanic who completed the repair at ½ of what I paid Potamkin Hyundai. So, not only did PH not complete the repair, they also ripped me off by charging such a high price to begin with.I will NEVER return to Potamkin Hyundai again! NEVER!! NEVER!! NEVER!! This place used to be good but is now ripping customers off by charging for work not completed. Don’t take your vehicle there for service unless you too want to get ripped off!!!If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

I came to this dealer after visiting the Hyundai off I 75. The staff in this location were amazing, from the sales person (Carlos Ortega) to the finical agent (Luis). Carlos explained so much within 1 hr of arrival that did not happen the day before in Rick Case Hyundai (I 75). Once I was in agreement with my monthly payments, we sat with Luis which also explained a lot. Honestly I am very grateful with both staff members, and a third that helped (cant recall his name). At the end of the day I was sad to leave my old car behind but Carlos assured me I had made a wonderful choice of vehicle. I believe I did too. At the end very happy with my choice of car and dealer location. Oh cant forget the free hot dogs and drinks (which my 7 year old loved).

If I could give no star, I would. Worst customer service. Specially if youre not financing with them. They make you wait hours for no reason. They want to run your credit even though your paying in cash. General manager extremely rude and verbally aggressive. They do business by tricking customers. I feel sorry for first time buyers!

Sales department at this Hyundai is AMAZING but the service department is HORRENDOUS. This is the second time I have not been able to service my car. The first time, I went as an emergency, car was shaking and I did not feel comfortable driving it so I went to the dealer and they told me I could leave the car but it might be there for 1-2 weeks ‘no one can say’ and was told I could not be given a rental car because they did not know what was wrong with my current car.... if I bought a car, it’s because I need to get from point A to point B and if it is Hyundai’s fault my car is not functioning properly, they need to supply me with a mode of transportation in the mean time.Fast forward recently, I buy a car less than 3 months ago and it is jumping. I call to service and they tell me they don’t have until February (which I was okay with and I needed a weekend anyway) and ONLY Mon-Fri from 7am-12pm or that I can leave it on Friday and ‘maybe’ someone will look at it Saturday. Asked for a rental, because once again, it is a manufacturer issue, not my issue. And they say they cannot give one to me until someone looks at my carI find it very difficult to understand how you can sell a car to a customer, have the car malfunction and not provide the customer a mode of transportation when you are at fault. I’m not sure if Hyundai believes people purchase cars to keep in their garage for decoration but some customers have to get to and from work. If I didn’t need a car, I’d Uber everywhere, however, that is not the case.I was trying to make this appointment out of convenience but even if the other locations are further, call them. Potamkin Hyundai is not worth your headache

Had a complete brake job done cost me $606 plus new wipers front & back another 50 bucks.Dont know if they did a good job or not but went next door to Costco and somewhere along I was braking & I was hearing this noise so well monitor it to see what happens. When youre waiting in the lobby for 2 1/2 hours the music is always always extremely loud plus a TV is going on. The service rep was nice his name is Onelio (caught him dancing salsa outside a few times) they had no complimentary water only the water that comes out of the faucet type which was very skimpy and you cant hardly get to it thank God the service rep O got us two bottles of water. They have a paid water dispenser outside, I didnt find it, also there was no complimentary car Wash their car Wash has been broken for over 9 months that was the last time I was there they said the same thing.

Rude and dishonest. Sales people lie and make false promises.The service section is plain terrible. Everything takes forever and they are so unhelpful. When you call and speak to service they tell you one thing but when you get there they tell you a different story.Service charged me to fix my car and it came back sounding worse I was not able to drive it again.Regarding sales. They lie so much I had a lady lie in text to me about service hours in order to try and get me in the door.

Terrible dealership. The finance department has ran my credit report 4 times. My credit keeps dropping. I’ve had to go to the dealership twice to pay my bill and resign a contract because they keep messing up. Everytime I mentioned my credit being ran they brush it off like it’s no big deal. Once my 3 year lease is over I will definitely not be returning to these people. They don’t care for their customers. They just want to get rid of cars. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

My family and I have had the worst experience at the Potamkin Hyundai in Miami Lake. The sales associate was nice and kind. However, despite us having the car and the money ready for the purchase, they made us wait for almost 5 hr for not reason. The general manager was very rude and the financial guy never helped us. The cashier took almost 40min to count the money. We were very disappointed and will never go there again

Excellent customer service. This is the 2nd car I purchase at this dealer. The salesperson Alfredo and finance, Carlos were great!

I spoke with sales over the phone and we came up with a set price on paper. I emphasized how I did not want any changes or add-ons and we also discussed and agreed on the method of payment beforehand. However once I began talking to the finance manager, not only was he very rude, but I feel multiple parts of our previous agreement were changed. Also, over the phone I was told that the new car had 9 miles on it (I insisted on not having one that was used for test driving), the paperwork then said 14 miles when I went to sign. THEN when I finally get ready to leave, the car had 20 miles on it. Their reasoning was that car had to be taken to get gas...even though there is a gas station right down the street. In my opinion, they do not keep their word and will argue with you on every detail of the sale. They clearly do not care about their customers and I will NOT be referring anyone or buying a car from them again. If you want to battle and be treated badly, I think Potamkin is the place for you!

I was early morning with an appointment for urgent recall by hyundai about ABS. but they dont have the piece. I understand about piece availability but the dealer have to call clients with an appointment to avoid wasting time and gas.

Had my car towed to this dealer location, After two days and no work done on the car, I advised them I would tow it and take it somewhere else then they change their story, Because they wanted to charge me The diagnostic fee $175.... this before any work was even done on the car just to check it out Service associate Rei was Very dishonest, call to complain and the server manager Willey never called back very bad customer service or no customer service, I love Hyundai and Kia and always had great service at other dealerships. Don’t go there Hyundai Miami Lakes its very bad don’t waste your time or money go somewhere else...

Place is good and on time, service advisor will call you when service is completed that was important to me.

My car had to be towed for service. I chose to have it sent to my dealership. Id come into the service department only once before just to get some air in my tires. The gentleman who helped me, Franklin A. was very nice and quick even though he seemed to be the only one helping anyone that day. He made sure my tires were checked for any possible punctures, fortunately all I needed was some air. He gave me his card and because of this I was able to contact him directly once Hyundai road side had a tow truck on their way to pick up my car. Franklin explained that I wouldnt have to come in. He asked that I just give the tow truck driver my details and have them drop off the car. I wrote Franklin a note with all the details of my issues with the car and had the tow driver pass it on. Franklin called/texted me letting me know the car had arrived, what the problem was and when it was done. It was less than 48 hours before I had my car back. I was very happy with the speed of the service and Franklin was a joy to work with. Thank you Hyundai!

MADELINE QUEVEDO tried to trick us selling a caligraphy ... But in reality she was selling us a limited. She made the numbers on a caligraphy and made us signed different papers for a limited. Completely dishonest customer service by this lady. She lied on everything. She even made me pay a deposit.... *AVOID THAT LADY*. SHE WILL TRY TO TRICK YOU. ... Dont buy the smile
