The employee at this location was unhelpful and impatient. My wife came in with a simple Amazon return for two items. She had the return code and the original packaging, everything was ready to go. But the guy hassled her and refused to take both packages without charging her, even though she had a code for both. He was dismissive of her concerns and impatient.After she left, I went with her to another UPS store on our way to send off the remaining package. They were confused about why the guy tried to charge us and confirmed that we could send both packages with the same code. However, we had to send the packages together, so we needed to head back to the first one to get the first package. We tried to call several times to make sure they still had it, but they never answered the phone.I went to work while my wife went over there to get the first package and ship them together. The same guy as before gave her the wrong package and wouldn’t listen to her when she tried to tell him that. He again refused to ship the packages together without charging her, saying a bunch of things that made no sense. I talked to him over the phone (through my wife’s cell because they wouldn’t answer their phone) and same thing.My wife left and called Amazon. They were also confused about what this guy was saying and told us we should be able to ship the packages together without any additional charge. They also contradicted a claim he made about the return code. So my wife decided to go to a third UPS location which was closer to her at the time. Like the second one, they were baffled by the guy at the first location. They took both packages with the return code, no problem.This was a simple Amazon return that was made much more difficult because of this location. They didn’t listen to our concerns, tried to charge us extra for no reason, we’re obstinacy and impatient, and they didn’t answer any of our several phone calls.

I would like to say the customer service that I received this morning at approximately 8:45am from Yeisha, was exceptional.She greeted me with a welcoming smile followed by her great customer service. She was attentive to all the needs of service I had. She greeted everyone the same way despite her being the only one working at the time. Everytime I come to this location I get in and out quickly and am provided with the best customer service. So Thank You for being amazing at this location!!!!Satisfied Customer!Melissa T

I can not believe these people refuse to scan the qr code for a return Amazon shipping and then charge you 2 dollars for paper. Out of the hundreds of items I have returned never have seen this. I think its a scam to penny pinch. Like Amazon said the only needed to scan qr code in which they said the couldnt. On phone with Amazon now

I paid for 2 day air. Package did not arrive until 6 days later. Package also traveled by ground not air. The Owner/Manager will not refund my payment. UPS says on line ... if your package is not delivered on time... a refund is given. Is this owner/manager lyingto me? Why didn’t my package go by air?I will not use UPS again if this is their true policy... lying to the customer.

My 82 year old Mom carried in a heavy box to return to Amazon and the worker a man with long curly hair was on cell phone and offered no help and had no manners. Going to Higley and Brown from now on where they go out of the to help customers.

Store is open sometimes. Employees are rude and unprofessional. The idea of working seems to be too much to bear for the lady behind the counter. Store is dirty! Nothing good to say about this location!

My husband and I went to this store to get an item notarized, which weve done there before, no problem, but today, Barbara decided it was too inconvenient for her. As we waited for the line to die down and got to the front, she told us that the document would take her a while and asked if we could come back Monday. I responded no, because my husband and I both work Monday all day and we need the document to go out. She then told us that she didnt feel comfortable notarizing the item, which was an application for a purchase. I pointed out that she had done it a year prior for us. She then asked of she could help the last person in line behind us, which we waited. After all of that, she then said again she didnt feel comfortable doing it, even though last time it was done and took her 5 minutes. What a horrible LACK OF SERVICE. I cannot believe how she wasted our time, just because she didnt feel like doing her job. Wont be going back there!

I have always found the staff friendly and helpful at this location. They have inspected my boxes and add additional packaging tape at no charge if needed. I like using UPS in general because once in the system they can find you by telephone number at any store. Do find UPS shipping prices a bit high for the infrequent shipper, not sure each store location has control over that however. Can recommend this location. Think you will be greeted by efficient staff.

I went to UPS for the purpose to NOT use USPO! They sent one package UPS and the other they dropped in the mail with the USPO!!!I was furious when i found this out !!! they did NOT ask me if that was OK. I went there for UPS ONLY. I specifically told them i wanted these items sent UPS. as they did this to me before with a b.day gift package ...that was dropped off at the USPO!! it was sent back to me with just the lid/address of the box. the birthday gift was stolen or trashed. USPO sucks...and now this happens. Thanks UPS!!! My son wont get his package now. ill never use your store again.

On December 29th I mailed out two packages dropped them off at this location. Only one package made it to my parents home. I called desperately and felt helpless that this box was never going to make it. I was so angry short-tempered and frustrated. Barbara went above and beyond with the post office.She did everything in her power to make sure my claim was being worked. Mind you Dec 29 was the drop-off. She was aggressive on her follow up! I just received a call from her!!! They found my package unbelievable! I have not seen that type of dedication, and will to help others from anyone in a long time!! Barbara you are truly amazing!! And I wish there was more people like you out in this world that are willing to help others!GREAT JOB SISTER!!! AMAZING! U ROCK

Dropped off an Amazon package for return. They scanned it in, gave me the receipt. 2 weeks later the return is still not received. Went into the store to check it out and they saidtsaid nothing they can do and for me to follow up with Amazon. Customer service, haha.

Arrived at 6:28 and there was a closed sign up but the hours showed they were open until 6:30.Just came here again 2 weeks later. This time arrived at 6:24 when they close at 6:30. Person is standing in there and has the doors locked already. Second time I rushed to get here in time only to be closed!

Horrible customer service! The woman Barbra was extremely rude and had an attitude not only was she rude but also gave me the wrong change and didn’t give me my receipt, I had to go back and ask for it once she gave me it she mumbles something under her breath. Disrespectful woman I will not step foot in that ups store again. I’m not the one to put bad services but this was unacceptable!

I went to this location because the UPS store in my neighborhood was closed, and this location was open one hour later. They charged me a dollar to tape my small box shut, something my own neighborhood shop happily does as part of their service. The clerk seemed grumpy I was even there, but she did kindly tell me to hang onto my receipt until my Amazon return was processed.

In this age of alternatives, MY choice for sending packages has been the UPS Store #0747, instead of waiting in the lines at the US Post Office. For whatever reason, I feel more secure that it will get where it is going.

I went in there to return my AT&T boxes and the lady in there absolutely knew nothing about the system. I went in there and immediately she sighed and Shrugged and said I hate these things I can never get them to go right, she then proceeded to try to do it and ask me for my account number multiple times period and said I dont know why this computer system keeps deleting it. She was very voicetress and her dissatisfaction about the system. Then she proceeded to not even try to put any of the other information and she just told me to go to another store. If you dont know how to use this system then you should learn from your owner or manager how to do it properly and not be outspoken so much especially to a customer that might come in and get business cards created by you. Will not go back to this place again

The package I shipped from this UPS store arrived in Ohio damaged with $250 worth of the contents missing. It was insured for $1,000. Claim was made on my behalf in Ohio and I talked extensively with this UPS at Main and Recker in Mesa. Their extensive demands for information and pictures were always met. This Mesa store now states they cannot pay without authorizaton from Corporate. Corporate says they will not talk to me. They will only talk to the clerk at this Mesa store. The customer is left with no recourse. Brings new meaning to the word scam

Almost $4 to fax 2 pages....Also, the owner cursed at me after he printed a document from my USB drive.He yelled at me Your damn USB drive gave my computer virusFirst of all I dont have any virus (intentional or not) on my USB drive. Secondly, its not my fault you run your business with a 10 year old POS Dell computer that has probably never been rebooted. Lastly, F U for accusing me of giving your POS UPS store computer a virus.
