ZIA has a lot of options so no matter what youre interested something will gravitate towards you. If you cant find whatre youre looking for you can even have it ship to the store. They have music, board games, video games, comics, manga,and pretty much a bit of it all. Definitely recommend stopping by.

First time visiting Zia its like a Bookmans. Nice variety of books, Used video games, game systems, stickers, posters, pins, vintage type of accessories. Very cool place. They also buy used items. I bought 3 games for my sons DS and a game for my bf PSP. They changed me .10 cents for a bag so be prepared to pay per plastic bag, or bring your own.

Took a bit long processing my trade. Not much of a selection for collectables. But I was still able to purchase a few things. Better prices than other locations Ive been to. Friendly and helpful staff and an overall good experience.

Both times i got some pins from here a couple were slightly damaged but not noticeable unless you looked up close. i also got a figure from here and expected a box for it but it was just put in the bag, but it made it home okay. it can be quite pricey here depending on what you want to purchase, but its still a pretty nice store!

Always fun to stop at Zias. TONS of music, movies, TV shows, and all sorts of fun merchandise. You never know what kind of gems you may come across here. Love digging through the Star Wars goodies and theres always a ton of them. If you need your fill of pop culture, music, or nerdy goodness then definitely check this place out.

I really enjoy shopping here for vinyl. I can usually find what I want and if I dont the staff can look it up on the computer to see if its at any of the other locations as well

I love going to Zia, even if you don’t want to buy anything it’s really fun! They have dvd’s, video games, clothing, records, collectibles, funny gifts, books, and more! The staff is usually pretty friendly. And you can sell your used items as well.

Stopped by Zia today to shop and trade in some stuff. Had 3 people in front of my trade, which is total normal, so I go and look around the store. Fast forward over an hour, I go back to check on my trade and they havent even started on it and, when I asked how long it would be, they refused to give me an ETA even though only 1 trade was in front of mine.This is the second time Ive had to wait over an hour and a half for a trade when the store, frankly, isnt that busy. I dont know what theyre doing back there for 2 hours but I took my stuff and left. The store is losing money, I will only take my stuff to the other Zias at this point.

I have always been a fan of Zia and this location is the one I visit the most. I have also gotten my in-laws hooked. Its nice that Zia has a little bit of everything to offer, not just music. My only gripe is that Zia offers next to nothing for trades. Other than that, the store rocks!

Video game section is very sparse. Great for music, but if you are looking for video games Id suggest Bookmans or House of the Used.

I really like this location. Great customer service and I find a lot of surprises in the book section.

I always find something I want whenever I go there. Whether its just a random pair of socks, random collectables, books or a stack of records I walk out with something in hand. And the staff is great. Even when I ask for something they dont know they will do the research and answer my questions.

I got $80 in trade paper back comics for $20 which is such a steal. I could easily spend $1000 at that store. So much cool stuff. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Love you Zia!!

They have a very big anime selection here and its very cheap so yes this is a good store

I traded in some CDs and got almost $30.00 in credit. This one doesnt have a big selection of R&B but I found a few jazz albums that I liked. Might have to try another location for R&B.

One of my favorite places in the entire world. So, yes they sell records but they don’t limit it to that. They have movies, books, video games, systems, parts, musical instruments, comics, manga, apparel, and a whole bunch of other really cool stuff. The workers are pretty cool & generally helpful. I could seriously spend hours here.

My experience at Zias today was horrible the one on Gilbert and southern they treated me very bad as I was leaving the store and later on when I called them the guy hung up on me I give them a zero Stars no stars I did not get his name but he was horrible I will not be returning to that Zias because of the way that man treated me he was very rude and very opinionated and his opinion was totally off face and wrong I am a very very nice woman very honest hard-working and I give to others freely I help the hungry always I help the poor I give him myself all the time to all the programs and if you treated like this from this man was horrible I did not deserve it so if anybody out there wants to be treated like that then go ahead go to that Zias theyll be glad to treat you like that like they treated me today I shouldnt say they everybody else was nice just that gentleman and he wasnt a gentleman he was a horrible man I darn it I cant remember his name

More like a thrift store than a record/ music store. Some prices are way too high, and some are just cheap. Not missing anything if you dont go.

Super cool spot... Found aome Super cool funko pops.. But all used so had to say no bueno.. But a ton of cool collextables... I could easily drop 2k in here no problem

Much bigger than it looks...they have a great variety of things and it seems theyre adding more all the time. The staff is friendly and dont hound you when you walk in. Theyre knowledgeable with the product when you have questions!

Just like I store I used to frequent where I grew up. Huge variety and selection. Employees are friendly and let me know of all the specifics when I was trading in a dvd collection. They didnt take everything but thats to be expected, some werent in the best of shape plus they already had a bunch of some of them. Would recommend and will go back.

Sold me 7 seasons of various TV shows(decent quality pre owned dvds I was happy with) and then a few weeks later on a trade claimed the same dvds were *too scratched and we can do $7* but they have no scratches(pics) and even had dated price tags from zia still on a few items totalling over $50 from less than a month ago.Considering I was there for store credit on game they held and knew I was buying and also PUT A BUNCH OF MY DVDS IN BACKWARDS SO THEY COULD BE SCRATCHED!!(pics) after I refused the trade and kept my stuff,I WENT TO BOOKMANS AND RECEIVED $30 TRADE!!You guys were disrespectful to a loyal customer

As someone who grew up with multiple record stores, this store brings back memories. My teen is in to zinyl and this is the perfect place to buy/sell/trade records and other items.

Purchased some hard to find DVDs here...after trying to find them online, was able to locate a couple of movies that were out of stock...though they were used, they played perfectly and cost less than 5 bucks. While we were walking toward the cashier found a couple of more movies for 2 bucks! Movies from the 80s...doesnt get better than that. Oh wait, yeah it does...applied points earned from previous purchases and got a discount...an even better deal. The nice part is they have multiple locations but you can go online and see if they have a specific title available at a location before you go. For those COVID-concerned, you can do curbside pickup when you go through the online purchase option. Also, the employees know their music and movies, can navigate their store effortlessly and have great customer service.

Lots of things to see from years ago. Store smells like a musty basement. Staff was friendly and asked if we needed anything. Store was clean and sorta organized

Its ok, it felt somewhat dirty and the prices were a little expensive but the employees when checking out seem to be friendly. I spent $59 on 6 used movies. Ill be back cause they did have a wide selection of Blu-ray.

Terrible experience. Staff was rude on several occasions about my childs mask. When my teenage daughter asked the cashier if they had any Record needles he said I dont know, Maybe? very sarcastically and rude. Will never do business with your location again.
