Skylla and Ruben are great to work with. They were very knowledgeable about the product we selected along with installation and care questions we had. We love the flooring we picked. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The material itself is extremely poor quality. I ordered a material that was called clear Pine. It would be better suited for a name, firewood. Again the staff was first quality the wood product was junk. I wouldnt go back.

Awesome pricing and great customer service at Mesas Lumber Liquidators. We had water damage in our home. The kitchen had to be gutted and flooring throughout our entire house replaced. What a great time to upgrade from icky carpeting (seen in the attached dining room photo) to a wood floor look that wouldnt cause termite issues and would be durable enough for our two dogs. The photos show the kitchen demo after the ceramic tile was removed and then the new Engineered Vinyl installed. Our remodeler suggested we use this instead of tile. Its a smooth transition from room to room whereas different styles of flooring might have looked choppy. Theres also a picture of the living room installation in progress and a close-up of the flooring itself. It is gorgeous. The team at Lumber Liquidators helped us determine the type of flooring best for us and then we spent a long time working with samples at the store to choose our color and style. They were immensely helpful. They also sent us with samples to take furniture shopping and to help in choosing new kitchen cabinets, etc. The pricing cant be beat. And we have a house full of beautiful flooring that will last for years. Highly recommend Ray and his team.

Not only was my order professionally delivered to my home in less than three months after I ordered it, but I really got to work for it and learned some valuable lessons along the way, such as patience, the importance of following up, and the power of a positive attitude. My journey in getting this order was enriched by all of the great conversations I had with the call center support staff as I checked up on my order status. The next time my life is going too smoothly and I need a challenge, Ill definitely make another order here.

Ruben the Assistant Store Manager at store #388, was extremely helpful. He was able to show us the different models they had, and even explained in detail , how well the floor would match in our home. I have recommended my family and friends to Ruben. My wife found the floor she and I could agree on at a great deal. They offered a 6 month same as cash and we took it as we had other projects in the works. The floor came in on a Friday And she called to confirm. They said they had a delivery service and could deliver our order for $99.00 so we agreed for delivery. They said it would be next day...great. So it doesn’t show up Saturday and we call the store. We are told it was needed to be paid up front so it was not delivered. We pay the fee and are told it will be Sunday between 12 and 3. Sunday late we call and are told there was a problem and they will deliver Monday. Monday comes and we call to confirm the delivery time. They say there is no record of the delivery scheduled. We get confirmation for Tuesday. We call Tuesday and yet again there is no record for delivery. They promise to get back to us and are told Friday would be the delivery. We just asked for a refund. We were told they are having problems at that location and it is very evident. My wife and I are in the medical field and took time off for this project. Getting time off together is almost impossible together with the Pandemic.

The employees have significant knowledge of all their products allowing us to make the best informed decisions....it’s great to have confidence in what we bought. We went to other stores that sell what seems to be similar products and found out the products from the other stores are no where close to the same caliber or quality as the flooring at lumber liquidators. We bought flooring and baseboards (two separate occasions) and were impressed each time! Ray remembered us from the time we had been in before (which was a couple months) and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Product is great and a good price. Customer service is variable depending on who you deal with. Installation price is almost double what you can get a very competent flooring company to do it for. Dont make the mistake of letting their contracted installers install your flooring, theyll add a hefty fee to it to boost their profit. You could actually use the same installers they use independently and save thousands.

We planned to do a wood floor but cancelled. Picked out the wood. Had our room measured. Received an estimate and went to the store to finalize. Installation was going to be expensive. I get to the store and theyre recommending I purchase a certain glue. Isnt that already included? No, it isnt. It gets better!!! They wont deliver the flooring without us paying an additional $230 to deliver 1.4 miles away. And that was $50 off the normal price. Seriously!!! If you want a one stop place to get the job done, this isnt it. Everything is contracted out with additional charges. We met with the manager and told him when we purchased the wood, no one told us about the other charges. He told us flat out that we were wrong. No discussion, no apology for a misunderstanding. Nope, youre just wrong. Ive worked in a ton of situations with the public. I have never treated a customer like that.

If you are thinking of doing business with Lumber Liquidators, read my review first.I must say the sales associates were very knowledgeable, personable and helpful.My complaint is more with the sales manager and installation.1. Delivery of 8 boxes of hardwood flooring was delivered and was to be placed inside our home to acclimate to our climate and conditions. The driver said he doesn’t place the flooring in the home and wanted to leave the boxes in the driveway. My husband 81 and myself 74, in no way could we move those boxes inside. After talking with him a good amount of time, he agree to move them inside. Conflict communication between liquidators and the delivery company, leaving the customer to resolved.2. Once flooring was delivered, we were to be scheduled for installation. A week went by, no call. Finally called on the 8th day. Liquidators were surprised we had not been scheduled. Investigated, lost paperwork, would have sales manager call and scheduled. Sales manager called the next day and scheduled us a week later than originally to be scheduled. The problem was we had purchased and painted new baseboards, which several warped and we had to purchase and paint more. Not to mention our home was tore up longer than it should have been.3. My biggest complaint was the installers did not clean the glue from the wood flooring and moved our large safe in our restroom and left it for four days. After a phone call every day for four days to Lumber Liquidators to have someone come out and move the safe back into our bedroom (which we paid extra for them to move) we finally called our handyman on Saturday and paid him to move it back. It took me over four hours on my hands and knees cleaning with warm water to remove all the glue from the wood flooring.All of our phone calls and complaints were ignored by the Sales/Manager, Jessy Flores. We will never do business with Lumber Liquidators, they don’t stand behind their work. Duane & Elaine Halvorson

These guys saved a transaction for us that was about to go south a couple of months ago. We came in to see about scheduling an installation in another part of the state and received very friendly and knowledgeable service. Our job was put back on track and soon thereafter we got a gorgeous new floor. Win!

Fair price, quick turn around on product. Although, they ares short staffed, only one of the two working there truly knew what was going on, and had to help the other employee with everything. Hopefully some training and experience will help, or a new staff member.

I have tried several times, and never purchased from here. I have completed 2 houses of wood floors, but price or selection was not there. I purchased from big box stores instead

I had a great experience at the store Ray and his team were all a great help, they were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions and point me in the right direction of what I was looking for. I also went down the street to Floor and Decor to see what they had in stock but I couldnt find one employee around to help me so I went back to Lumber Liquidators and ultimately bought my floors there because their customer service is great and it seemed they have better quality products and more along the lines of what I was looking for.

The manager at the store on Power Rd in Mesa needs to be taught about customer service. He was sitting at the table in the front of the store when I walked in. Did not acknowledge me. During my business with a young man who was polite but not sure how knowledgeable he was, he was interrupted twice by the manager, regarding nothing to do with what we ewer doing, and was talking across the store at him. Another customer came in and he too was ignored by the manager.

If I could give no stars I would. We can just say this one star is for the guy jessie who came to my house and did my estimate for the square footage, he seemed like the only one that did his job in a timely manner. I was told my quote for the square footage would be emailed to me within a couple of days. I had him do the estimate on February 23rd.... its now March 24th and I have yet to get my estimate sent to me. Ive been calling every day for the last 2 weeks wondering where my estimate is and the only answer I get is let me look into it, Ill call you back and then i never get a call back. Ive spoken to the store manager Ray and the assistant manager Erika who both seemed to not know anything about the estimate THAT I PAID FOR. I asked for their managers number, and corporates number and Ray told me to call customer care. Erika told me to call 1 800 hard wood. How convenient that these people dont know their bosses numbers. Very unprofessional. I cancelled my service to get wood floors installed. Almost 8 grand, now gets to go to someone else because they are incompetent and unreliable.

Horrible customer service, ordered October 25th and was told would be here within 1 week. 45 days later my order has finally arrived. I have made many phone calls to the store and spoke with manger Ray and not once has he ever called me back with an update or returned my phone calls. Don’t buy from lumber liquidators.
