Been going here for about 2 years now, and have always assumed they were great, due to how moses treats me when i come in. But after 3-4 of my kangvapes on different trips tasted like soap out of the box, i did some research, and found that kangvape doesnt even make the flavor they sold me, so i assume they were fake, and anytime i call about a refund the tall guy with glasses answers and always informs me that he wont help me out, but will give me a small discount. Im sad that i may not see Mo anymore, but i cant be scammed anymore.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! The staff NEVER check ID’s and are constantly selling to CHILDREN that are 14-16 years old. Every time I drive by there are undercovers in the parking lot. It’s dirty and the employees are extremely rude. It’s crazy and I’m not sure how they’re still in business.

Guy at the counter was very aware of making sure his customers are happy. There was a long line but he was saying hi and acknowledging every person who was waiting and seemed to know most of his customers by name. You cant find stores like this anymore. Amazon will never put a place like this out of business because the customer service and prices are unmatched. I truly wish every store treated me and my community members this way! The guys that run the place are always super nice, and provide excellent customer service to make sure that they have return customers. Some smoke shops make customers uncomfortable, like they are being judged for shopping there. Not this place! I walked in and the guy at the register was not wearing a mask or other employees there . I SAW 5 CUSTOMERS NOT WEARING A MASK , like it was nothing ... I wont be coming back , they think this Covid is a joke and dont follower what we are supposed to do .
