When someone is actually at the shop. Its great. However there are often times when it is within their open hours and yet noone is at the shop. For example it says they open at 9 AM yet noone will arrive until 10 or 11 AM. This is definitely not they way to run a business. Whoever the owner is should definitely look into which staff is coming to work so late because making customers wait hours is ridiculous.

I consider myself a regular customer at AW Smoke Shop and can therefore attest to their true Awesomeness!! I certainly hope you too will try out this establishment and see all the great items they have to offer!... and I almost always go in there and receive some sort of good discount. Yep, the owner is always hooking me up with the latest and best toys. I have bought so much from AW that I know the quality of their products....Plus I am always greeted with a smile and given a lot of respect whenever I come in! This is my favorite spot to shop for all the unique smoke shop necessities. They even have a walk in humidor to keep the large variety of cigars they up to their freshest potential. Don’t listen to any whiners about this location!! Because it’s simply Best! You should definitely come do business with this one... you’ll be happy you did!

This is one of the worst smoke shops no one’s ever there they keep raising the prices on everything every day so nothing is ever the same Price from the day before I would highly recommend any other smoke shopThis place is very greedy

I visited this smoke shop today and was greeted with a smile. They have good selection of vapes and hookahs and decided to go with a vape. They gave me a 10% discount on everything! I will definitely come back here.

I bought a vape maybe 3 hours ago, charge it and have it ready to use. I fill it up and turn it tightly and the freaking glass has a crack. I go to tell the owner and he tells me I dropped it and tries to sell me another tank. No thanks Ill take the pictures and send to my bank. I offered to leave the product with him too.

I miss dealing with the owner i used to get really good deals because of the relationship/loyalty I’ve built up over the years. Dealing with his son i feel like just another customer. Just posting this as a way to improve.

Best smoke shop Ive ever been to. Hands down. Helpful staff and owner. If an issue is unresolved, its best to take it up with the owner. Great prices on CBD, pipes, bongs and vape stuff.

I came in and instantly had a warm welcome. The customer service was great and they had everything I needed. Also, the prices were unbeatable.

DO NOT BUY CIGARS FROM THIS MICKEY MOUSE OF A SMOKE SHOP!! I show the guy behind the counter the mold that is growing on his cigars and he replies by saying that mold is good for cigars and I dont know what Im talking about. First off the only good thing on a cigar that looks like mold is whats called Plume, and that look comes from crystalization that takes months to develop, and it only happens to high end cigars. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere but here to get a cigar!

Very low quality products sold in this smoke shop. The owner is a little jerk when I asked questions about quality. He seems to be very interested in big profit and low quality, just not high quality products.
