The employees were very helpful and gave me a few suggestions based on what I was looking for. I had to return an item (didnt fit quite right) and the return process was very quick.

(Not telling you all my shoe size, it scared 😨 ) . Paid and went 🏡 home. Fixing breakfast. Yes, I know how to cook.😁😄😳. Bye.

Sorry for the delay , had the most priceless visit to this Big 5 on a Saturday afternoon after driving to several stores and not getting what we needed not to mention had the worst experience at camping world , but wow did the staff at big 5 make up for that day ! We walked in and where greeted with open arms and everyone in the store was asking us if they could help us !! Wow did they ever we had just bought a class c motorhome and where going in a trip and needed water tanks for it ! They had everything we where looking for ! But the customer service from each and every employee there was priceless !!! I’ve told more people and told them to drive that extra mile to get the best service , not to mention they have everything you need for camping , fishing !!! Once again Thank you all for making our day fullfilled by your kindness and most of all your service !!!!!!! 🤗

Helpful always have coupons to save money

Yesterday at approximately 3:45pm I as one of only a small handful of customers in the store was shopping for some quick fishing supplies (double price btw). As I entered the store I was offered a mask, I declined as I have a medical condition the exempts me from wearing a mask. Almost immediately a manager came over, well call him Karen as that describes him perfectly. You see Karen hadnt read the mask policy he was so authoritatively trying to enforce. He wasnt aware that my medical privacy is protected by federal law so Karen then began to demand I prove Im exempt. When I explained to him he was violating federal law and the governor had lifted the mandate he told me he had the right to enforce it and we could handle it out front whatever that means... Karen needs to be retrained or possibly replaced. There is no excuse to not be familiar with your own policy if youre responsible for training the staff at your establishment. My medical privacy is paramount to me. This is completely unacceptable.

Big 5 is my go to place for most outdoor items. The manager and staff REALLY know their stuff. Everyone is super helpful and the sales cant be beat. Shop local and support an American owned Buisness. Subscribe to their mailing list (its actually one I wait for) and check out all the high quality items. Forget walmart, target, and the others. Its the first store I go to on Black friday!!

My experience was AWESOME!! I was helped the minute I walked in the door n associates helped me find exactly what I wanted for the price I was looking to spend.

Store was out of stock on item I was looking for but when I ask them to do a search the other stores in the area, they did and then had the other store hold the item for me.

I was in there yesterday with 7 year old and boyfriend. He was there to buy shoes, so while he was busy with that I told him that my daughter and I were going to look around since it was our first time in the store. We head over to the kayaks to check them out. That’s when I noticed that one of the employees from the shoe department followed and began watching us from the end cap. He made me uncomfortable, so we started heading towards the clothing section. To which he started following us, so I started looking for my boyfriend who I found by the fishing lures (which we were also stalked to). I pointed him out and explained what was happening, so we left. I should have found a manager and said something, but he made me so uncomfortable, especially around my daughter, I just wanted to leave. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Store says on Website and on store door that it is open till 8:00 PM. I show up at the door at 7:21 PM and the door is locked but there are still sales people inside so I signaled what is going on and they all ignored me. I called the phone inside and they wouldnt answer. I watched in the parking lot and they shut off lights and everyone left at 7:26 PM.I wasted my time driving hereso if you dont want to stay open dont post hours on website

I had purchased some adjustable dumbbells. After four months of use and being unhappy I return the product with no resistance and no questions. The people there are great prices are great and customer service is unbeatable.

Had to get an ice chest for camping trip. Got a large igloo cooler. 5-day insulated Style, doesnt last 5 days but works well

I was approached by whom I assume was the uhhhm, manager. Enrique. He came over and verbally attacked me without warning, that I needed to be wearing my mask.... my mask was on..... he said youre outta here. And was very disrespectful. He raised his voice and honestly I put down what I was going to purchase and left in disbelief. I will never go to big 5 again. I strongly believe that action needs to be taken and honestly think the company would be better off without him.

The store was a bit crowded. Bit otherwise it was pretty clean and workers were friendly and helpful.

The customer service was great but im giving it 4 stars only because they sell ammo and they were completely out of all types except 5.56 rounds hopefully they get more ammo in so i can 5 star this review

It’s basically the Dollar Tree version of a sporting goods store, which is fine, but when you add a harsh, abrasive, and unfriendly staff to the mix, you get 1 star...

While I was in the store shopping I witness a big 5 employee whose name Was Enrique Approach a customer and very rudely telling him to put his mask back on the customer explain to him that he has severe asthma and the mask obstructs his breathing and puts t into an asthma attack. At that point to my surprise The employee call the customer a liar and starts verbally insulting him antagonizing customers to basically Gang up on the customer in question it was disgusting and I will never shop there again after seeing what I saw Everyone involved should be ashamed of themselves I will tell all my friends never to shop there as long as that employee is there

They always have really good sales and the selection of goods is amazing. If I find something that I want that I dont have enough for, more than likely I can find a cheaper item whose quality is very similar and most of the time Ill finish up my sale with something that usually goes for a lot of money but that day is on sale for super cheap. I tell friends about them all the time

All Im going to say is that I went here to buy some shoes and the salespeople were more interested in talking about the football game than helping with shoes. I love sports too and I love talking about it but I came here to buy shoes and could not seem to get proper help. Ended up going somewhere else and had a great experience. Would probably go back for other things but not shoes

Quality products at competitive rates at Big5. My Mom was looking for a ref jersey to wear for the porters ministry on NFL Jersey Day at church. Found the perfect one and it fit great! Glad they have a dressing room as she was able to ensure she purchased the right size. The staff was very helpful!

The staff here have always been nice to us and the selection is decent. The biggest issue is the pricing, which is 10-20 percent worse than Amazon, in my experience. Great for things you want to feel before you buy, but I wouldnt stock up on commodity items here.

I went into the Big 5 Sporting Goods store this morning, Tues. Jan. 23 and a salesclerk named Samantha helped me. She was one of the kindest and most knowledgeable salesclerks I have had in awhile. The store was slightly busy and I know how that is when you work with the public. She was still patient and I never felt rushed. In our world today where many people just dont care or are rude, it was a pleasure to shop in that store with such nice employees. The other sales clerk was helping some of there other customers and she was very nice and knowledgeable also but I did not get her name.

There is not a large variety of any specific thing. Aisles are so close together that you can barely pass through without knocking stuff over. Items are priced about average. Employees are generally helpful.

Easily the best location for Big 5 around. The management is friendly, helpful and genuine to their customers. They tend to remember your name and always will find a way to resolve any issue quickly and efficiently. I recommend this Big 5 over others due to their organized store and helpful staff. Frank does a great job at maintaining his store.

Good prices and a decent selection of shoes and gear. One star off because the guy helping us with shoes kept disappearing even though we were the only group in the shoe area. Added a star because everyone else was helpful and courteous.

Not that it is a bad place, I just dont seem to be able to find what it is that Im looking for when I go there , they just dont seem to carry what I want. Now Dicks, Dicks is the place that I find accommodating. Them along with Bass Pro, and Cabelas suits me better. They just do.

Great place to find most all kinds of sporting goods. We were not looking for anything in particular, but we found a couple things that were on clearance. The prices are fair. Great selection and friendly staff. If we lived closer, we would be frequenting this established more often.

We had a pair of running shoes that failed just after 30 days. This store did not hesitate to stand behind them. We purchased another pair with confidence that if anything goes wrong they will take care of us.The prices are excellent!

Real Pub meets Real Sports Bar! Perfect southwestern hospitality and yes it is an American pub! As many of my readers know, Im not a Sports Bar fan, but since this is a Sports Pub, I gave it a chance. A friend and I were out to grab some beers, a game and hopefully some traditional public house food. This unpretentious sports pub grabs you the moment you walk in. With its Saloon bar, café/diner look and wtw TVs with memorabilia combination, it is a great change of pace from the big box, run-of-the-mill so-called sports bars youll find anywhere! Mike, the owner, and all his folks not only know hospitality and wear great smiles, with stupendous service, but have an incredible array of offerings! My Buddy ordered their Green Chili Burger with New Mexico Green Chilis, Pepper jack Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and homemade spicy mayo! Made uniquely flavorful, you have to try their good old fashioned, traditional Lamb Shepards Pie (SP)... incredible! As a SP lover, I was amazed at how well the ratios of onion to garlic to thyme to rosemary were, not to mention, just the right amount of Worcestershire sauce... just enough for taste but not overwhelming! Echo 5 is the first sports anything Ive liked, and is highly recommended for the folks, ambience, comfort, hominess, hospitality, great tastes and plain good food... Bon appétit!

For a smaller sporting goods store they had a lot of variety. Went for a life vest on the way to the lake and was impressed with the options. Will return for sure.
