Tires where a huge improvement on my RV. Roberts Tire was quick and thorugh. Easy to get to and nice facility to wait in.

We tried to do business with them several times for our motorhome and it just seemed that their policies kept getting on the way of helping us.If you want anything fixed or installed on your rig, they will expect you to buy it and bring it in. Also, if your tires are 5 years old they won’t touch them even if the motorhome has been stored in shade and has good tread left. It’s unfortunate we wasted a lot of time trying to get service and every response from Keith was basically that we need to order from someone else. If you own a motorhome, steer clear of Robert’s tire unless you just want high priced tires and nothing else. Discount tire is still the better option for tires in price and service.

Had a rough night with a flat tire on our RV. Couldnt get towed, and every tire store around said sorry, we cant repair 19.5 tires. One place we called said take it to Roberts Tires, theyll be able to take care of youAnd boy, were they! They repaired our tire in about 20 minutes and got us back on the road. We may have missed the first day of our trip, but the guys at Roberts ensured we didnt miss the rest. THANK YOU!

Needed some lug nuts loosened on semi trailer, did the job and no charge....great guys!!

No complaints. I needed specific tires for my backhoe, and they had them in stock. Took about 45 minutes total for them to mount them up. Staff is pretty decent and one of the guys there looked up some rear tires for my machine and gave me a price. Also said if I wanted to spend a little less, they could order cheaper tires. Ill be going back here for my rear tires too.

I had a UTV bead lock tire that needed to be repaired. After calling a few other big name tire companies that said they couldnt fix it, I called Roberts Tire and they were able to fix it in a timely manner. I dealt with Meguel and he did an amazing job.

Called for emergency roadside service for showlow location, had a truck trying to get to a train derailment with a piece of equipment called and spoke with dispatch 4 times over a hour and a half span, kept being told they would call me right back and have a truck dispatched, not 1 time did I get a call back. Had to call loves in Joseph city to send a truck out. I let them know everything how much of a urgency this was.

Made an appointment one week in advance, four rear tires for motorhome, replace serpentine belt and flush transmission. I was told to be there at 7AM for my appointment. Now, 8 hours later and still waiting...very disappointed in their service.

This is an awesome shop. I needed to get a golf cart tire replaced within 30 min of their closing time. They did that for me in like 10 min no problem and even loaded the wheel for me into the car trunk. Professional and well-trained technicians. Will definitely use them for my tire needs.

I had my tire burst on the 202 near Roberts tire. I pulled into their business out of convenience and sheer necessity; they gave me timely, professional and compassionate service, and I will be returning to them later this week for a set of new tires because I was so impressed by their quick and kind response to an individual in need. I really like Roberts Tires. Ive taken my cars and RV there for years. I just recently purchased 6 new RV tires and they did an excellent job! Their staff and management team are knowledgeable and have always been responsive and timely. The tech that usually works on my RV is great to work with as he always follows-up and clearly spells out the status of my rig. This makes it easy to get the right work done.Also, they are a local company and I like to support local.

I have been to Roberts Tire twice, each time with screws in my tires. The staff there have been amazing. They are friendly, professional, and best of all, HONEST. This last time, I worked with Keith and he could have sold me an extra tire that I didnt need but he was honest and explained that purchase wasnt necessary. Prices are fair and service is fast. Roberts Tire is the only place I will go to in the future with tire problems/needs.

I talked to Migue when I got there. I had in mind a particular tire brand in for my motorhome. He related the difference between the tire I had in mind and the one he suggested. Price on them were about the same, but for a motor, the tire I had in mind wasnt the best, so I went with his recommendation. When we walked around the RV he added some valuve extensions so it will be easier to add air to the dually tires. Nice of him to take that initiative. Loved it. For sure I will take my vehicles there.

I took my 2003 Coachmen to get Serviced, oil change and fuel filters changed. From day 1 I dealt with a mechanic named Chris. When I took my RV to get Service, I met with Chris. Chris is very professional, he did an outstanding job with Servicing my RV. In addition Chris located an in line fuel filter that was clogged, and had never been changed. The price for the Service was reasonable. I will definitely be going back. Thank you very much Chris!

Terrible customer service would never walk through the doors again. Walked in with two employees at the counter they looked at me and walked in the shop and never came back. 20 minutes later I walked near the shop area and the person really did want to help me as he was busy changing a tire and rim. No need to go back heading to discount tire.

Great place!Roberts Tire is the perfect balance of a big shop (plenty of inventory and knowledge) and a mom-and-pop shop (great service and care).I had a tractor tire for a small farm repaired and they were fast, thoughtful and I left there with exactly what I needed.I will come back every time I need service, and refer them to everyone I know.

Our experience with Chris and Roberts Tire on S Power began in spring 2019.Repeated tire wear on our 1996 Itasca Sunrise 33 ft motorhome led us to again seek an alignment-4th one in 2 years of operation!?!Chris invited us back to the shop where the mechanic showed us that front end components were all loose!Chris explained that an alignment was not possible without replacing moving parts due to age and use.Because of our need to get immediately on the road back to the Midwest it was not possible for them to do the work.Chris assured that it was not a present safety issue but needed to be tended too sooner rather than later if we intended to continue to travel.He also mentioned that there were suspension updates he strongly recommended rather than OEM.He provided a product flyer with updated parts listed to give to the truck repair shop back in Minnesota.He then offered to rotate tires to get one of the better tires up front and then sent us on our way at no charge!In June 2019 we had the replacement parts put in-though they said upper control arms were ok and it saved us money?!?Now, with everything else new those upper control arms obviously need to be replaced!! (Some savings!?!)With those replaced the alignment could finally be done.It is the 4th time BUT the only one that actually is justified. The other 3 alignments accomplished nothing other than to rob us of almost $500.00!!We are very pleased with Chris and Roberts Tire for employing a person of such integrity and principles.We would highly recommend doing business here.

His staff was profeesional and asked which side the tires were being installed on the cart. These tires were directional. I would not know this but his staff is class act and reached out to me. Super quick service and excellent staff. Hada screw in my suv tire as we were on the road for a camping trip up north. Pulled in to get repaired and the spotted a bubble on my trailer tire. Had it patched and two new rear tires and on the road in under 20 minutes. Never even had to unhitch the trailer.

I have an RV based on the Mercedes Benz Sprinter chassis. Hard to get work done on this rig at your standard shop as we are big and heavy.Roberts in Show Low AZ is my closest option. Made the appointment for several days in the future. Arrived right on time and my rig was in the service bay within minutes. I needed a front end alignment and tire rotation. Two hours later I was out the door.The value you get from Roberts is excellent. For you Sprinter owners: this is the place. You can choose to get hosed by the dealer or coddled here.

I work for a company that is a corporate customer of Roberts, so my experience may not be the same that someone would receive at the consumer level. For my needs, they go above and beyond to make sure we have the tires we need, when we need them. I also have my company pickup serviced through them and never have trouble getting it in and out with short notice.

These guys are the best. My E450 class c RV has been there for front end work. Also worked on my Honda Element. Price was less than quoted a couple times. You wont be disappointed!

I took a tire here that had a nail in it, they looked at it immediately without an appointment, patched it, and put it back on my car, all within about 25 minutes AT NO CHARGE. Ill definitely return here in the future.

This place is tremendous. Today I had a blowout on the 202.. I was able to drive to Roberts on power Rd. A mechanic saw me and waved me immediately into a bay. He put on my spare reassured me and sent me on my way. He asked for nothing though I gave him a tip and he wished me a good day. Even more I went back to retrieve my blown out tire as I found out it was under warranty and again they were extremely friendly and efficient. They were my lifesavers today. The next time I need any tires or even mechanical work I will certainly go there and also recommend it to my friends.

My experience with this company was terrible. They failed to communicate from the front office to the mechanic. This resulted in an extra two hour wait. There was an additional $100 charge to what I was quoted. Their attitude and performance was totally unprofessional. After driving the vehicle the brakes are performing inadequately. I will have to go to the expense of having their shoddy work inspected and corrected. I can see why they offer no guarantee. I would not recommend this company for any mechanical service. Over all this has been a terrible experience.

We ALWAYS get our oil changed at Roberts. They have never tried to over sell us on uneeded items which we appreciate. They are always very professional and knowledgable.

Took my truck in to have a look at a problem, they diagnosed the issue right away, ordered the parts and had me on my way in a few hours. I was astonished, I thought I would have to leave over night. They have honest service and pricing. And the staff is very polite.

Was in a bind as I had a flat over at Napa on 27th St. Found out there was a location of one of your establishments just around the corner in Phoenix. I was told that they could give me a new tire(with payment of course) and get me on my way. They even offered a ride for me to my car since it was already over a hundred out. A gentleman that works are this location named Jason offered to help me switch my tire out at my car as well. So I really appreciate all the help that has been given to me. Thanks everyone!

Roberts tire has terrible customer service!!! I went to get my vehicle aligned and had a chance to speak with three of their employees and they were all very rude! Treated my like I was a waste of their time. Definitely don’t recommend them and I will never go back there again!

This location/company is a rip off. They are trying to charge, literally, three times as much as the large majority of the other tire companies in the surrounding areas. Nor do they do much of any mechanical work. I would hire a drug addict to work on my vehicle, before I let these people touch my vehicle.
