The shop is clean and professional, and our artist was friendly, accommodating, and talented!We have had work done by Daniel a few times now, and not been disappointed! He has created beautiful artwork for us both, capturing exactly what we were looking for.Daniel is the only artist we would want to see for our future tattoos.

Stefan kluver is an amazing guy and makes this tattoo shop so much more better. My husband and I were completely comfortable with him and he treated us with so much respect and worked with us with the tattoo we both wanted. Danny was very patient with me and my rescheduling issues, thank you for that. As well as giving me a memory of my pup who forever stamped my soul. The tattoo is beyond my initial idea, more than exactly what I wanted. Very professional atmosphere with great entertainment on the TV to distract the little pain I felt. I have been getting work done from Joe since he was at the first Next Wave location and let me tell you, the second location is phenomenal as well! I love the work he does, and I cant wait to get more done by him. I called at 12:30. Ask if I could get a nose piercing today. They said yes in an hour. Awesome Ill be there. I get there at 1:30. I walk in the door and no body greets me. I think okay they are working give them a minute. Well 30 minutes later and no one has said anything. Cmon.. really.. if I could give you 0 stars I would. Cause I mean. Cmon...

I walked in to get jewelry for my piercing. The guy at the counter looked high off something and was not wearing a mask. Didnt bother to wash his hands or put on gloves to touch the jewelry. He tried selling me the jewelry that was on display. After taking it out of the display case, he dropped it twice and spent a solid couple minutes trying to find it. Once he picked it up he asked if I wanted it. I said no and he put the dirty jewelry BACK into the display case. He was a friendly guy but def not clean or professional. Id stear away from getting any piercings/jewelry here

Really great shop..so sad to see Tom go but hopefully the new owners can pick up where he left off. Tom sure left some big shoes to fill!

They are AWESOME! I have gotten two tattoos here and I absolutely love them! Special shout out to Tom and Jordan. Theyre super professional and just downright damn good artists! I will most certainly be coming back for future ink.

My girlfriend and i had a simple but very cool tattoo done by Keith on our wrists. We came in with the drawings of what we wanted done and he totally took it from there did exactly the size we wanted, he put his own little twists to it and was completely on the same page as us and was a blast to work with. The people were very nice but I will not be coming back here. The line work was awful and my tattoo was blown out and had double lines. I had to go to my old tattoo artist and thankfully he was able to fix it.

I went to get my nose pierced here and it was so quick and they were so nice I cant wait to get something else done!

They got me in and out in a timely manner, you could tell the piercer I got was very experienced and knew exactly what to do. Its been 2 weeks and my nose is healing nicely!

I went in today for a simple tattoo and the artist i got was tom he was very cool and laid back definitely going back very soon for another.

I got my first tattoo here in 1998. And it is the only place that I have gotten the rest of my work, both ink and piercings. Ive had excellent work every time. My first pieces still look like they were freshly done. This is an extremely clean studio. I wouldnt go to anyone else for my work. Always staffed with professional and outstanding artists who stand behind their work.

I got my nose pierced with Dennis and he did absolutely amazing! It did not hurt at all and he was super clean and respectful. Amazing customer service! Definitely would get a piercing with him again!!!

My ol Man and I just enjoy the heck out of this place. Awesome, helpful, and amazing staff. Feel welcomed and appreciated with every visit. I DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE 1 STAR!!!I was a customer so was my son and daughter. NOT ANYMORE!! The customer service in this place is non-existent. I received a customer appreciation email from them that stated to show appreciation $13 tatts/piercings on this day 11/16/18. I work full-time, so I call to find out what I need to do to not miss out..told NO APPOINTMENTS TAKEN, JUST WALK INS FROM NOON TO 9PM!! I said I will be in than at 7pm. Response: no problem. This was at 4pm!!! Get there at 7pm with a sign posting NO MORE TATTOOS.So I talk to the manager to explain. Basically, the response was OH WELL! THEY STARTED A LIST A COUPLE HOURS AGO AND THE LIST IS FULL. Why wasnt I told that when I called!!You know how many emails you sent out..you should have planned this customer appreciation event accordingly!!! Piss poor management and customer service.

I went to Virtual Reality Tattoo sometime in September - October 2012. I went in and it was a great place. It was extremely clean and well organized, but the aesthetics were soon overshadowed by the welcoming personality of my soon-to-be tattoo artist. He just kind of stood there and stared me down until I said something, not even introducing himself. I was getting two quotes on my wrists, and it was about 50 dollars a piece (pretty reasonable). It took about an hour of complete silence. My artist never talked to me, and it felt like he just wanted to get this over with. I just turned 18, so maybe it was a kid thing? I dont know, but I tried to make some conversation, which turned out really awkward. After an hour, I found out his name was Tim, but only through his business card. It was a horrible first time experience.I would love to come back here - their designs are great, the other guy there seemed friendly, but I will never, ever ask to be tattooed by Tim unless I want to be treated like Im just there to give him money.Overall I recommend getting inked at Club Tattoo for their artists.

It is with great pride that today my son received his first tattoo at the very same shop I recieved my very first tattoo 18 years ago , so proud to see the same quality work is still being done here and it was a unique experience for me to watch. The staff here is professional and excellent at their work . I highly reccomend this place to anyone young or old , brand new or tatted up , these people not only instilled a passion for ink in me but now 18 years later they have made the same impression on my son , you guys rock!

Dude is never in hie shop to look at piercings after he does them and things are going wrong. I had been trying to get some outta my ear that he messed up on and was hurting me like mad crazy! I had to go to a whole new shop to get them taken out just to hear that he knew tom and tom messed up my hears and he was shocked tom did them since he hasnt dont piercings in a hot min. And alot of people have been coming up sick!!!!! I wouldnt go here for no sells 20 bucksnor not for a special day they do. I lost over 100 bucks cause I had to take them all out cause of how bad he messed up my ears and parts wont heal right. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOUR WANTING TO WASTE MONEY AND GET HEADACHES AND BE SICK! Dont make my mistake.

Called virtual reality and a girl answered the phone on friday the 13th said they were booked and told us we could go in tomorrow the 14th and it was optional to do a deposit or not and then we went waited an hour outside and she turned us away when they told us otherwise over the phone. Thought customers came 1st mind you not no one else was really there, there was 1 guy infront of us! Im super dissapointed and usually come here all the time!

Do NOT get pierced at this place. I cant speak on the quality of their tattoos, but I had my second lobes done and not only did the guy screw up the placement of the left ear and have to re pierce it, but he screwed up my tongue piercing so bad that I had him take it out then and there. He even dropped the needle on me when doing the tongue piercing. No after care advice and didnt even tell me what gauge he was using for each needle. DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE.

Got a nose piercing there. The guy was crazy pretentious and rude to me about everything. Ended up piercing an artery, which bled so much, I had to seek emergency medical care. My mother called the shop and they said it was my fault for not caring for it right....it was the next day.... I hope that piercer doesnt work there any more. Or anywhere. Dude needs an attitude adjustment with his paying customers, especially ones he royally screwed up on.

Have all but one tattoo done here. And that one not done here got done bad.It was a meaningful tattoo too. Virtual reality tattoo is the place ill keep going back to.

GOT MY TRAGUS PIERCED 2 WEEKS LATER INFECTION! I LIVE THOUSANDS OF MILES AWAY.. HAD TO GET IT TAKEN OUT, THE PIRCER DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT KIND OF JEWELRY HE USED WHEN I CALLED.. THE JEWELRY WAS NOT LONG ENOUGH AND GOT STUCK UNDER MY SKIN WHERE I COULDNT EVEN SEE IT AFTER A PAINFUL 30 MIN REMOVAL I HAVE TO BE SEEN BY A DOCTOR AND TAKE ANTIBIOTICS FOR INFECTION.. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR PIERCINGS.

The staff was super friendly and knew their stuff, but I got my medusa and my bellybutton pierced here and they BOTH turned out crooked. Not to mention the piercer pierced over scar tissue on my bellybutton. The healing process was so so painful and it could have easily been avoided had he been just a tad more precise with what angle he was sticking the needle in.

I came here to get my second tattoo professionally done, since it was going to be seen by everyone. I came in with a quote, but wasnt sure of the font. The lady at the front took the quote, put it on Word and picked the font for me, i didnt really have a say. The tattoo artist, im not sure of his name, didnt talk to me what so ever. Paid the $90 dollars and went on my way.

Virtual Reality is the only place I go. I got several tattoos done here, some of my own design, and one in a very bad, painful spot. It hurt so bad I was shaking. Tim took his time and knew exactly when to take a break to keep the pain from pushing me past my limits. Its amazing how well it turned out with my shaking. Patient, professional, gorgeous work.

I went in for a starfish and sand dollar and seashell tattoo on my foot. Tim was the tattoo artist. He was not customer service oriented at all. Didnt talk much. Didnt introduce himself to me. Just came out from the back and said what do you want. And totally messed up my tattoo. The starfish wasnt the color I wanted. He totally messed up on the sand dollar and seashell. Im so very disappointed! I will Never go back there or recommend that tattoo shop to anybody!!!!!! Thumbs down the worst job Ive ever had done. 👎👎👎👎
