I was very impressed with Club Tattoo. Tony Abbott was great and very personable. He asked a lot of questions and was great to work with. Im so happy with Tonys work that my husband got me a large gift card during Christmas. They have awesome deals around the holidays. I was also impress with the layout of the place. Each artist has a room with a door for privacy. I cant wait to work with Tony on some new stuff.

As someone who used to work in the industry, it’s felt just like being back at my old shop! Club Tattoo is busy, and for good reason! The wonderful young woman, Sarah at the front desk was very knowledgeable, and good at multi tasking, as she managed to juggle five parties at once, answering all of their questions, providing pricing info, ringing customers out, as well as showing jewelry.I came in looking for a jewelry change to be done in a bit of a rush, and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating.Amy, the piercer, was very very professional, and swapped my jewelry for me in the blink of an eye! I would highly recommend this place for all of your body piercing needs! Wether it be getting holes poked, or just a simple jewelry change.All in all, just a fantastic experience.Maybe next time I’m in, I’ll add some more ink to my canvas too! Thanks guys!

Im usually nervous when getting pierced and Amy was very reassuring, professional and the piercing process was as close to painless as Ive ever had! My healing process went great with minimal soreness. It was so a great experience I made a special trip back up to get my Industrial done by her before I left for the east coast.

Kenn was our artist today and he was awesome! His line work was amazing. We got some matching tattoos, but were undecided on a few of the details, and he was so patient and friendly. Amy is the best piercer ever!!!! I’ve done a daith and a tragus piercing with her and never had any problems. She is fast and so sweet and makes you feel comfortable. The only issue I have with this place is timing. I made an appointment but they let the walk-in people in first and I had to wait an hour after my appointment which does not make any sense. With all that I would still go back to see Amy for my next piercing.

He’s tattooed my mom and sister as well, and none of us have a single bad thing to sayIt only took three and a half hours, when I was expecting longer, and he was very open to my interpretation and ideas for the artwork. I was in Arizona on vacation and decided to get my first tattoo. I had heard great things about the crew at the Mesa location! My girlfriend and I went to this store to see about piercings and tattoos. They walked both me and my girlfriend through the process. I didnt want any piercing but my girlfriend did and they were super informative and helpful. My girlfriend is a breast cancer survivor and the staff had a ton of knowledge. TERRIBLE! They told me that I “didn’t have the right type of navel to get pierced.” When I asked them to elaborate they couldn’t. After, I went to 3 other places to talk with the professionals and get pricing and they didn’t know why Club Tattoo Mesa wouldn’t allow me to get pierced over there. One of the girls at CTM even laughed/giggled when I said I wanted to get my navel pierced (It may be that she thought I was over weight or something? I don’t know. But it was unnecessary.)(I am considered “average” on the BMI scale, even though that shouldn’t even be taken into consideration/matter with personal aesthetic services like this.) But overall the experience left me feeling terrible, especially since they couldn’t back up what they were telling me and talked in circles when they did decide to say something. I WOULD NOT recommend to anyone who WANTS an easy/enjoyable experience with customer service here.

Spent $200+ on piercings here, the service then was great with Amy. Since then I’ve had some trouble with getting assistance with placing a new earring. It was lost twice as the screw front studs easily come loose, assuming wearing a mask doesn’t help with this issue. I have needed assistance but they do not accept appointments for this. The only option is to sit and wait with no estimated time, until it is convenient for the piercer. I was told after 20 minutes waiting once that the piercer was taking a lunch for an additional wait of 20 minutes and if there were walk ins after that time, they would be taken before me. I haven’t felt appreciated here as a customer, but will give them another try.

I reached out because I hate my tattoo so much and asked if there was someone that could shade and blend colors and was told a manager will contact me. Its been over a week and crickets. 400 bucks for less then an hour work. I was already nervous having to find a tattoo artist and have lots of tattoos planned. I thought that with details and blending this was the cost for tattoos but assumed it would have taken longer and looked more like the pic I wanted. Unfortunately thats not the case. I had 3 small butterflies, less then an hour, As artist took a smoke break. I left in shock. I tipped as I always tip 50 per hour and this was the first time I have ever paid prior to service. You can watch them sterilize everything, you can ask them their process and theyll tell you every step, you can see it when theyre prepping before your work is done, you will not walk into a tattoo shop that is more sanitary or takes more precautions to ensure your health and safety.If youre new to tattoos, review their portfolio. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure that artist has the skill set you want for your tattoo. There is no shame in using a different artist that may specialize more in what you want. YOU have to take the personal responsibility to make sure YOU review the tattoo before it goes on you and be involved with colors if youre adding color. You have to speak up.
