They had the brush I wanted in stock and the employee was helpful and friendly.

Some of the nicest employees I’ve experienced at Sally’s. However, they didn’t have most of the things I needed in stock so I’m giving it 3 stars.

Despite walking in 10 mins before they close, great service and tips because I have no idea what Im doing when it comes to bleaching hair. Great time!

Absolutely the best Sally I have been to with my gf. She knows her way around haircare, but I do not. They helped us by answering my questions and gave her valuable insight into what she could use, outside of products she already knew of.

We showed up at 7:35 PM. The sign says they close at 8. I wasnt the only person standing outside, and the ladies standing there wouldnt open the door. I will never to to this location again and I hope that the manager finds out about this and that the employees receive appropriate disciplinary action.

I am a small business owner so I come in to sallys often for supplies, I have been to quite a few however this location was by far my favorite. The employees are very nice and helpful, I had to go in today to get toner for a client who has beaded extentions and wasnt quite sure what products/ process would be the best. I talked to kayla who I had seen the day before and she was very helpful. She looked at the client pictures I had and helped me find the products I needed, was polite had had a good sense of humor. The day prior I went in looking for sales on nail Polish and Rachel helped me with my questionson and also showed me some clearance items. I felt the need to get there names and write a review because you dont find good customer service that often, you can tell they are new when you check out because they have to look up codes for sales however I would gladly wait a few extra minutes so they can take the time to ring me up correctly. These girls are great they have an awesome attitude, if you ask them a question they dont say I dont know they find you the answer. Thank you for awesome customer service, keep up the great work I will be back!

Can I give this store negative star? They dont even know how to process simple exchanges. Ive never had to wait 30 minutes at a Salts for a transaction to be exchanged. Took them 10 just to look up a store number where I got it from. Redic. Then I leave and go to my store at Gilbert & Germann & WAH LAH! Finite! Sadly should hire done competent employees for this store.

Very disappointed. No one said hi to us or asked if we needed help. They didnt say a word to us even when we left. One of their kids was running down the isles bumping into us, the worker was yelling at the kid to quit running the whole time.
