I Have been going to Friendly Auto go a few years now. They have performed typical service on my vehicles and they have performed major repairs such as whine replacement and more. They have been straight forward and always doing their best to inform me of all my options so I can make an educated decision. I friend on my vehicles to be running in to shape as I drive all over the valley for my profession and I cant imagine going anywhere else for my vehicle needs for my family and myself!

I was referred to Friendly by my sister and they did not disappoint. I took in a vehicle that had been sitting dormant for a year due to the pandemic for an oil change and asked them to make sure everything was in good shape. They gave it a thorough inspection and recommended new tires and noted a couple of things to check on my next service. I was pleasantly surprised that they didnt try to sell me repairs & services I did not need. A refreshing change from other service centers I have used. Very honest and quality work. They are a keeper!

I suspected that I needed brake work so when I took my Lexus in for oil change they checked & found warped rotor. They did all four wheels for a reasonable amount & in less than 24 hours (I didn’t take it in until 10:30 and they brought me home).I have never had a bad experience at Friendly Auto Center which is why I keep coming back.

Brought my car in for an oil change my car was promptly serviced. The young lady in the office recommended a restaurant within walking distance for breakfast; she also gave me a ride back to the shop in their courtesy car. I took my 3 series there for general maintenance and experience was great. The lounge was also great. communication was flawless as well.The only thing is, after such a great experience, I have been getting daily reminders on emails and texts for posting reviews, even after unsubscribing. Hopefully it will be stopped soon.

Our daughter and her family recommended Friendly’s to us so we thought we’d give them a try. When my husband called he spoke to Eric and told him we needed a battery for my 2015 Genesis. He was told it had to be special ordered (because of COVID batteries for the Genesis weren’t in stock). When it came in a couple days later, we had to delay bringing in the car because both of us were sick and they understood completely. Evidently the battery for a Genesis is not an easy task and they knew exactly what to do. We will definitely return for any future repairs we may need.

The most HONEST company you will find in AZ!!! We went to several places and was quoted 3500 -4000 dollars to fix our car...we brought it here through a referral.....and it was a simple vacuum hose costing 150.00!! The owners Steve and his whole team are beyond wonderful and accommodating.... they even drove us to get our rental car and back.....you have a customer for life! We will tell everyone we know about the integrity and honesty of this shop!

Steve Rozansky, owner of Friendly Auto Centers went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me solve a brake light issue. What took this other shop (Meineke) 2 visits for a total of 1.5 days to tell me they couldnt fix the issue because their machine wasnt reading any problems, took Steve 2-minutes to diagnose. Low brake fluid was the cause of the dash light. Machines dont provide all the answers, sometimes you have to use your eyes and rely on your experience. I honestly love going here, for one the customer service is awesome. You feel the family vibe from the start to the end. My most recent oil change ended up a little stressful for me simply because I learned my car is due for some repairs BUT the woman who spoke with me was knowledgeable and gave me great advice on what repairs would be critical to get done sooner rather than later and what I can wait a little bit on. She calmed my stress and I walked out thankful that at least I have the knowledge and I could trust that they didn’t just want to do work on my car when I didn’t need it (like most other shops). The oil change I had before that was given to me for free for no reason at all, amazing. I truly enjoy taking my car here because I know it’s in good hands! Also thank you for the full inspection with photos and descriptions that was provided via text after my appointment.Just an awesome shop. Thank you!

Friendly Auto Centers is excellent. They took in my non-starting 2005 Corvette (40K miles) and worked it over to find that the computer body control module went belly up. They located a module, installed, and programmed. A complete diagnosis was performed finding other simpler problems and issues that were resolved. They did a thorough safety inspection which resulted in replacement of the 15 year old belts and fluids. They had the Corvette detailed. “Live” personnel kept me informed as to what was going on and the estimated costs. They were always courteous and very informative. My Corvette looks and runs like new. Next in line is my 2018 Colorado ZR2. What else can I say? Glad that I went to Friendly Auto Centers.

I liked that they took pictures of the issues and sent them to my email. And they remembered to top off my fluids.

We went to two stores that we pre rented a u-Haul. Both places already rented them out. We talked to u- hauls customer service many times trying to find a trailer. They took us on goose chase. Stopped at Friendly’s they had what we wanted and let us take it with that day. Eric in the front helped us so much. He went up and beyond to make sure we were okay. Ive been to Friendly Auto Centers before & they were always a great place to have my car worked on. I called today because 1 of my tpms sensors is broken, as the tire pressure light wont go off. I called & a woman answered the phone. I asked her the price-she asked me if Id replaced my tires recently. I said no. She then quoted me $100 for each sensor to be replaced. I said can I buy some at Auto Zone & have you replace them with those? She said no. I understand a company has to make money, but thats highway robbery. With a lift & the machine to take the tire off the rim, it takes maybe 15 minutes to do each tire. I also know that you order your parts from some warehouse as well, its not like they come from the magic circle. So your parts arent any more special than Autozone or OReillys or Napa. So $400 for 1 hour of work? No thanks. I wont be back. I felt the lady was a little rude. But thats ok. There are plenty of other businesses...

Friendly auto should be renamed HONEST Auto. It’s extremely rare to find an auto mechanic shop who isn’t trying to rip you off. I asked for a quote to repair my struts and shocks got a quote back for about $1800-$1900 the other day I received a quote for the same service but a few hundred bucks cheaper when I spoke with Manny he said it was because they found less expensive parts! >>Mind blown

Absolutely awesome, I went in a couple days ago for an oil leak and the nice people took it in right away to look at it and found my heater valve leaking coolant. They even took me under the car and showed me next thing I knew I had an appointment first think in the morning on monday. I went right in and took it right away it only took an hour for the new valve and a oil change the best part they gave me a rocking chiar to sit on while I wait. Will be going back

Kept me informed about my vehicle, answered questions I had and even questioned me about services I requested to ensure I wasn’t just doing what the dealer told me needed to be done. Finished my car promptly and at a reasonable price.

Had my car towed in for a non start. Was told the AC system needed to be replaced, was quoted a very fair price. Was also told the thermostat needed to be replaced. Was told that they needed the car for a few days, they gave me a loaner car for the entire time my car was needed. Went to pick up my car and was told that the thermostat wasnt replaced because theres nothing wrong with it. Everyone is beyond AMAZING!! I highly recommend this shop and staff.

Friendly and professional. My only complaint is that I brought my truck in to get a full analysis done and as the mechanic pulled my vehicle into the garage there was a loud squeaking noise (part of the reason I brought it in). I thought for sure the mechanic would mention something about that noise. There is also another noise that occurs at low speeds while going over bumps (I think it is worn out sway bar links). However, the mechanic did not mention anything about either of these concerns. It would have been nice if I was asked is there anything specific you would like us to look into?That aside, the customer service is great, the vehicle analysis report was very well documented and the waiting area was nice.I would try this shop again. If I do decide to bring my vehicle back, I will be sure to not hand over my keys until I am able to talk with the mechanic or someone who can relay my concerns to the mechanic.

I got a free oil change certificate in the mail. I called to schedule an appointment and there really was no strings attached. I went to get the oil change and everything went smooth I waited in their lovely clean lounge it had great AC and comfortable chairs. The owner came in and discussed my car . I had told them about some issues I was having and they addressed them all . Showed me under my car and I was satisfied that they were being honest with me. I scheduled to have my brakes done the following week along with a few things they were gonna just throw in no charge. Even though my car is only a 2004 PT cruiser they treated me and my car like a million bucks ! Thanks guys I will definitely be using you all for my car needs.

Did a good job on cleaning my outside of car. Windows inside had wiping marks of a dirty towel. Did not leave clean on the inside.

This is really a great place! They really live up to their name when it comes to being friendly. They make everyone feel very welcome. They know what they are doing also, they are very experienced machanics! I always get a straight diagnosis of whats going on with my vehicle and they always have a solution. My vehicles always feel amazing to drive afterleaving Friendlys. Id recommend this place over any other machines. They will work with you too, for example they were doing work on my last car for me involving the drive shaft. Im a single mom and couldnt pay for all of the work it needed to be done so they bought the car from me and I didnt owe them anything. I had to have a tow truck jump start my battery, so I could drive it to Friendly Auto. They tested the battery & found it was so low that it wouldnt even register a percentage on the meter. They immediately quoted mevprices for batteries, so I chose the best option available with a 5 yr warranted. They installed it & I was on my way in a half hour. Great service, would highly recommend them!

I do understand a company deserves profit but 300 percent mark up is gouging your customers. I got my own exact parts and because I supplied my own parts the bid jumped from $475.OO with parts and I bought my own parts and now the same bid jumped to $756.00 . To me that is gouging a customer and I will never do any business with them again. Im retired and fixed income and a veteran and nobody else would accept that bid either because reread my review. Shame on you for being greedy and you lost a customer that considered you as reasonable and my place to take my auto in to have you fix and thats what brought me back but Im trying to figure out why you had a justification in my opinion gouging and inflating your bid. It makes no sience to mark up 300 percentage on parts and I had my own and you want to gouge me now $300.00 more and I supply the parts..but its clear there was no reason to be jacking your local customers and I will never come back and I wont recommend anyone to go to your place of business where its clear in every way you arent fair in what you did and good service doesnt mark up 300 percent on the exact same part. Shame on you if you think thank it was. Greedy makes you not my choice to deal service with you and how many other people fell for your pricing gouging? Angry customer and never coming back.

Stop at the garage. Heard a clicking sound. They put the expedition on the rack. 15 minutes later. I was back on the road. It had a very small hole, top the oil off in the rest end. I have been taking all my vehicles to them. By the way didnt did not charge me anything.
