These guys were great! Had an emergency repair needed. I called before they opened, owner started texted me back well before they opened, and let me know right when a tech was here to bring in the truck. Definitely a solid little mechanic shop!

Came here in the morning, dodge charger with a clicking noise, and thought it was done for. Mike took the time to check it out and explain what was going on.There team was able to fix my rotor and brakes and give me information on how to keep my car, all for about half of what I would have paid at another place. Grateful for you Mike and your team. Definitely would recommend.

I just want to shout out this fabulous Auto Repair shop. As soon as you walk in it feels homely and inviting . And Mike is the best. He works with you and makes sure he is very honest with you. I got a family vibe from all the workers and everyone had great attitudes. And due to the problems with my car I had to leave it over night. Mike gave us a ride home about 45 minutes away. I’m not from Arizona so I really didn’t know what to expect but I am very glad I was able to find this repair shop on google. If I’m in Arizona and need my car fixed again I know exactly where to go.

Easter Sunday morning and my car won’t start. Jumping the battery didn’t work. I thought it was probably the starter. I’ve never used this business before, but they were open so I called them. Mike was very helpful over the phone. I had the car towed to his shop, and he kept me posted via text message every step of the way as work progressed. By late afternoon he was driving my fixed vehicle to my home. His charge for the work was very fair. I believe he is fair and honest, and very willing to help. I would use his business in again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to a friend.

I am so grateful that I found Mike and his mechanics at Arizona Community Auto Repairs. I originally accidentally went to a closed down tire shop and realized right next door was one of the coolest, funniest, caring guys I have ever met! Mike has always helped me understand every detail of what I come in to acquire about. He has gone above and beyond to fix our family car brakes (He even drove me 20 minutes to my home so I didnt have to Uber!) and then I went back to him for a full set of tires a few months later. I have been very pleased with all of the work Ive ever gone to them for. Recently our van was over heating and even with me coming later in the day and fully expecting to have to come back the next day, they were awesome and had my van perfectly running and back with me in a couple of hours. Come here for the fairest pricing and solid work that can be found!

Reviews are very subjective and are based off ones personal experiences but Ill do my best to remain objective for a fair and honest review.I stopped by here on a Sunday, one of the few auto shops open on Sundays, an hour before the scheduled closing time and waited for several minutes to be helped. The owner, Michael, (without a mask) came over to me when he was finished with another customer and went straight to the point of my visit. Hes super straightforward! He helped me troubleshoot a fuel leak and gave me a quote for parts and labor, never hiding behind his computer screen. Mind you, the office was a little messy... But he was very open about how he runs his business and, as such, seemed very proud. Michael was very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions that I had for him. He was very understanding of my financial situation; along with another customer that came in as well. He even pointed me in the direction of a job opportunity!I would highly recommend this place considering the most important aspects of an Auto Shop have been reached. A knowledgeable, kind-hearted, honest, and straightforward owner that seeks to make sure that youre satisfied with the work done on your vehicle and your time spent there. The 5th star is only missing due to the cluttered office and a maskless work environment.

Most honest shop around with more than fair pricing. The owner is such a kind hearted man. The guys in the shop are very nice and will take the time to explain what’s going on with your vehicle. I highly recommend stopping by if you need work done!!

I stopped into this shop a year ago and have been coming back because of the friendliness and the quality of work that they have given me. Im from out of State and was looking for an auto repair service where I could talk with the manager and the mechanics and have the connnection where we were working together to get the vehicle on the road again without an outrageous repair bill. They have given me the back home feeling where I can trust them and their work ethics along with becoming friends. Ive been very satisfied with this business and have referred others so they can have their auto needs satisfied and will continue to do so.

TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Excellent service, one of the only repair places open on Sundays. Mike is a real straight shooter, very up-front, parts plus labor thats it, his mechanics are very freinedly and reasonable. Would absolutely reccomend him to anyone!

I would not recommend going to this place. They may be nice people, but I had to take my car here 3 different times for the same issue. It was a waste of money even if It was cheaper. I feel like they did not diagnose my vehicle properly. If you want to go here to get your time wasted, be my guest.

This place by far the best auto repair shop I have been to. He was very honest with me. When I was going through a situation with my job he was very understanding and willing to work with meI don’t consider him my mechanic I consider him my friend.

Very fair prices and gets the work done. Owner is very nice man and will save you money anyway he can.

We are a 24 hour shop by appointment after normal business hours. Please understand that most all repair shops do their best to do things for the customers benefit. With that being said, the customer is responsible for the continuing upkeep and proper maintenance on THEIR vehicle. Please dont blame repair shops for finding items on YOUR vehicle that are broken or worn out. A good recommendation for the average vehicle monthly upkeep and maintenance is about $150 in spending, that doesnt include fuel and oil.

Highly recommend this shop. They are amazing. Very honest and dont try to sale u a bunch of stuff you dont need. They go above and beyond there job for there customers. I wont go anywhere else now!!

During this pandemic we are all feeling the pinch and that what makes the kindness Michael Knepp showed us when we were really hurting my daughters car had been in an accident and both front rims were bent we didnt have the money to buy a rim so we were hoping that the rim that had the leaste damage would hold air enough to use for a spare well Michael went above and beyond he got a sledge hammer and tried to straighten out the rim and he did ! It was hot and he beat on my rim to get it straightened out enough to hold air again only for a spare. He definitely warned me about driving it for anything other than to get my car off a freeway if I had a flat. Michael encouraged me to go to one of the salvage yards and get a new rim asap ! Then he tried to put the tire I had brought (a used tire) on the rim and the tire had a slash in the side of it! When it rains it pours ! Anyway he went in the back and brought me a used tire and put it on and then did not want to charge me since it wasnt something they would normally do because of the bent rim but I insisted he at leaste take $10.00 for the tire he begrudgingly took the money and told us come back if need any repairs on that car . We will because that was a very nice thing to do right now so many people are just trying to survive and I dont know what we would have done without a spare . So thank you Michael we will get another rim this week when the unemployment hits and you made it possible for my husband to make it this job interview so God Bless!! There are still good people out there!

These guys were great, took my truck in and had me ready and running in 3 hours! They were friendly, fast and honest, this is my new “ go to place for auto repair” my Range Rover runs A1!

The experience at this business is one of the most shocking Ive experienced. The owner, Mike, tried to charge me for something he did not fix. I explained kindly over the phone that the issue was not resolved, he hung up on me in the middle of my speaking to him. When I went to pick up my car he was rude and unprofessional; acting as if I didnt come to get my car. I reccomend finding a new mechanic. The customer service here is about as fun as a colonoscopy. Find a real mechanic. Trust me.

He said he had balance the wheels but when I left my steering wheel was shaking the car wasnt doing that before I took it in I had to go to another shop to rebalance my wheels lugnuts wear loose he didnt use the high-pressure air hose with air gun used battery operated gun

Bad experience from the get go - buyer be ware. loose lug nuts and lost lug nuts from a tire service - does not follow manufacturer recommended specs. I can use this facility in the future

This is the most dishonest shop. Buyer beware! Rip off lies and car damage is all you get here. Unskilled mechanics and a shop owner that is not a mechanic at all. Very missleading service they would take advantage of anyone they can. Michael Knepp ownes the shop.
