First time getting my oil changed here. I can honestly say they were wonderful. Started right on time. Answered my questions. Friendly and gracious. Apache Sands is now my forever place.

Had proublem getting car back as well as someone going threw my car and took what ever they decided to!

Good place to have your car service.

Seems like a busy shop... busy means they provide good service. Might have to wait a bit longer. But the service will be worth the wait.

Reason for two stars is because that place has four business in it and one is an impound yard for your snatched vehicles and if police put you vehicle in impound. Now prices are too high for this theft. Plus if your registration doesnt say or SPELLED your name exactly the same as your id card/ driver license even the title, even if everything else does and registration does I little thing such as a jr. Or III or even an initial address though you have proof three time over. They wont give your vehicle back to you. Now understanding people may have tried but I doubt that everyone going there for a vehicle is trying to pull a fast one common. So with in mind make sure that everything matches and bring cash. Otherwise they will charge an added day for storage. I dont like as much as you but what can we do their for the Rigme thats tak8ng over. Try dont care. They legally steal cars for a living. What you except. But they were friendly they dont trust anyone, they wont hurry for you. But they will sell you your vehicle back to you for a $$$ fee. Thats whats wrong with world.Well good luck.

Once again, my keys were locked in my car! This time it was my fault though :-). Within MAYBE 20 minutes of requesting roadside assistance through the AAA app, the tow truck driver arrived. This is the third time that I have used their services within the last couple years and every technician that I have had contact with has been extremely professional & polite. The gentleman last night was no different and was extremely careful about not scratching the paint on the door. Thanks guys!

Received an oil change, driving home I could smell strong burning oil inside the vehicle. My hands were getting dirty from holding onto the steering wheel. Who ever drove my vehicle must not have had clean hands. When I pulled into the garage I could see smoke coming out from under the hood. I opened the hood and smoke billowed into the garage. I washed my hands and called Apache Sands. I told them who I was and the reply was YOU JUST LEFT HERE. Yes, I did. I live 8 minutes away. I told them what was going on and they asked me to return the vehicle. When I got to Apache Sands only one person was behind the desk. I told the guy who I was and he said, I know, I reset your oil information. He had, when I picked up my vehicle the oil was not set back to 100%. I started to tell him about the phone conversation, he kept saying OK OK OK, and then he left. What?!?Walmart does a much better job that I got at Apache Sands. Incredibly disappointing. This is how to treat a senior citizen?? Of course I am old, and evidently I know nothing............

It was off the premises. I had busted a tire & AAA sent Roger to help me. He arrived very quickly, was very professional, kind, and. A gentleman. I had a couple of unusual situations but they did not phase him. He worked around them very patiently. I can not say enough good things about him. He was amazing, wonderful & very kind to this old lady. I hope he comes the next time I need help. Great employee & advertisement for your shop & AAA. Thanks again, Roger

They responded on time and contacted me on their way. Caleb, the service man was very professional, worked quickly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He was pleasant but focused on doing a good job. He should be commended for his attitude while doing a difficult job in a very hot environment and not one word of complaint.

I needed my car towed. Michael was amazing! He called when he was on the way. The inside of his truck was SPOTLESS! I was very comfortable with him. He went the extra mile to call me to remind me about some items in my car that I forgot to bring in. I’d request for Michael again! Great job!

My 6.0 Powerstroke was in need of repairs in short notice, and these guys really helped me out. Should you need your vehicle worked on, keep these guys in mind.

Our tire blew out and needed to towed. We had a great experience with our tow truck driver. (Mike or Mark) He was very friendly, prompt, and put as at ease . He was knowledgeable and we loved that he was very gentle on our car which prevented any further damage to the rim. Overall, a great experience!

UPDATE: My optimism overshadowed my sights. What happened today or didnt happen didnt invoke confidence.I am not a fan of downgrading a published review. This is the second time Ive ever done it.Today, I waited basically all day for a return call to get an update on parts concerning my vehicle. I know things can get busy. But I was led to believe this was urgent.Anyway, I called and Kenny was out. I spoke with Brian. He relayed to me what they proposing to do. I am not confident with what was shared. I plan on getting a second opinion.Original post:Excellent team of service technicians. They got me with an AM appointment for my class b rv.Kenny and Micheal (service tech) were great. Highly recommend these guys!

Gas, Diesel, Propane, and a dump station with space enough for a class A or big truck. One stop shopping! Reasonable prices too. Paul M is a pro at keeping things moving and upright.

Great service. The driver, Dustin, of the tow truck was pleasant, informative and professional. He arrived way before I expected and got the job done fast. Couldnt have asked for better service. He even offered me a bottle of cold water. I have dealt with road service companies before but none have ever made me feel more comfortable or secure. The tow truck arrived much sooner than expected which was awesome because I didn’t want to be stranded in a dark parking lot for an hour! The driver was very friendly and helpful, I had a flat tire and he helped me find a 24 hr. shop to get my tire fixed so I could go home worry free. Thanks!

Called for a tow truck car wouldnt start. Dustin was the driver. he was very nice and professional. He went above and beyond his job to help me. He actually found the problem before he towed it and was able to get my car up and running. They saved me alot of time and money. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs their services

Great price on oil changes, and they were able to find a part that nobody else could. BUT, be prepared to wait a long time for even a small service.

I had to dump my tanks and get propane. The dump was free and the propane was reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful attendants.

I would give these guys a 10 if I could. My van broke down and I was a nervous wreck. Im older and mobility impaired and I cant tell you how understanding and helpful the two men were. I wish I had gotten their names. It was the best experience I have ever had with a service like this. I will definitely bring my car there to get fixed if my husbands not able to do it. So thankful for their services.

Tim was incredibly kind and helpful in assisting me with my car. He knew how to reset it so I could drive and didn’t need the tow after all.Sure wish Honda service could have told me that On the phone and saved me 3 hours of waiting for their towing service before I gave up and used Apache Sands.

Terrible service the last two times i tried to rent a truck at this location they refused to accept my Dir3ct Express mastercard debit card, they told me it has to be a bank card. I showed the guy card and he refused to accept it because he said thats the same as a pre paid card i explained to him that it was issued to me by the social security as my pay card. Still he refusedTo accept it. I went a few miles away to another uhaul location and they rented me a truck no problem. Alot people say the same thing about hpw un proffessional and rude the emplyees that rent out the trucks are. Stay clear of this place un less you want to get terrible service

Amazing tow truck driver! Highly recommended used Apache Sands many times for towing have NOT once been unhappy. They have awesome people! This company is a AA+ company in every way I have seen.

I am fairly new to the area and definitely new to Apache Sands Service Center. My experience with them is well above 5 stars. Kenny, the manager, was exceptional. He even went out of his way to find me the best coupon for the best discount. AAA has them as a preferred service provider and after my experience, I could not agree more. Thank you Kenny and team for making a headache of car repair so easy to deal with. I will be back for my routine car maintenance for sure!

My car broke down on the 202 freeway. I texted Apache Sands. An Apache Sands Tow Truck arrived within a few minutes! The man got out and asked me to go ahead and get in the tow truck while he loaded my car. He had it loaded up within moments, and drove me home. He was so kind and caring, I felt so safe and well taken care of! He unloaded my car in front of my home, thanked me for calling them, and drove away. BEST, MOST CARING SERVICE EVER!!!

Your tow truck driver Robert did a amazing job with towing me car. Even though it is lowered he did a amazing job at problem solving to find a way to tow my vehicle. I will definitely be using Apache sands again.

Rating has recently changed from Excellent quality of work and service management these guys did a great job on my 2011 Chrysler Town and country, they fixed the rack and pinion and put valve cover gaskets on and get a flawless job great work guys... To a one-star rating because recently I have brought them my 2001 Chevy cavalier that was leaking fluids and told them I needed it to stop leaking the fluids if I wanted to keep parking where I was parking.. first they pressure washed it to diagnose it with dye then they told me it was the valve cover gasket and a new water pump and a lower radiator hose.. when I brought it home it was still leaking the fluids so I brought it back then they said the oil pan gasket was leaking and fixed it, to make a long story short Im $2,000 into fixing this and have sent the car back for the 4th time because its still leaking the same fluids in the same exact places it was before I ever brought it to them. Which was the actual reason I brought the car to them to begin with. I hope they give it back to me this time not leaking anything so I can restore their five-star rating...

Everyone wa so helpful, I got a call to make sure where I was and to let me know when they would be able to help me. Mike was very nice and helpful and helped me think what I should do or how to make sure I get the help I needed, he made me feel important. We pulled up to Walmart and they were closing, but he talked to them and they agreed to help me right away. Called me by my name and he cared about helping me. It sure made my life a lot easier. We had a horrible experience on the freeway tonight, hitting some debris resulting in two flat tires in the middle lane.I managed to remember I had AAA and Apache Sands answered the call. A wonderful young man got my daughter and I and my poor car safely off the freeway and home as I was too shaken to think about where to go for repairs. Mikes great personality and humor were much appreciated.

I had a gentleman by the name of Steve come tow me and my Kia home. He was very professional and handled my car with a lot of care. I have had bad experiences with past tow companies but the two times I have used this company my car has been handled very well as if it was their own car on the truck. Kudos to Steve for being kind and making the whole process comfortable and smooth.

He went beyond what was expected by contacting my insurance company to find out who had sold me the battery that was still under warranty. He made sure they were contacted so I didnt pay for another battery when the damaged one was still under warranty. He then charged the battery and didnt charge me for the service. Nobody wearing masks, not even the 1 other customer (its been almost a year, toddlers get potty trained in less time 🤷‍♂️). Stood there being ignored for a good 2 minutes before someone even said a word to us. The U-Haul guy was nice enough but overall not happy with the entire experience there.

They came because I locked myself out of my car and I called AAA who sent this company. It took a good 45 minutes for them to get there but the man who came was absolutely delightful. He had a great sense of humor and a positive approach to the entire mess that I was in. I would use the patches sands again in a minute.

Towing and DriverJulius arrived promptly. He is courteous efficient professional caring strong funny. Waking up to a dead vehicle trapped in the garage in the morning is stressful. Julius pushed the car alone out of the garage, self loaded the Jeep Cherokee and was off to the dealership. He expertly backed into the last remaining space between 2 cars and another row of perpendicular cars waiting for service. Julius has a very nice way of calming a situation. He is relaxed poised and confident! It was a pleasure to meet him, made my problems seem so small, we laughed and he was off to rescue someone else in need. Automated operator was easy to place call for tow assistance. The tow truck driver arrived in less than 30 minutes. Driver was very professional and provided excellent service!!! He had a big smile and made some jokes which was great given the circumstances, and despite how hot he must be. He didn’t want me in the heat so he checked my card and ID and off I was in less than 2-3 minutes. The driver took my car to my mechanic in great time and took good care of our car!! Darien was also very good and patient about answering questions in an easy to understand regarding my car. Since I am a recent widow he even answered my questions about trading my car in and what it’s value should be and what to look for in purchasing a SUV.

Daughter had a dead car - tried to jump but we were unsuccessful and thought it was something worse. Driver arrived, tested battery, gave a full jump, and gave great advice on purchase of a jumper battery (as many new cars do not successfully provide enough power to jump). He was professional and patient with us non-car people. Much appreciated.

Locked keys in ignition while trying to cool car down before heading home, car was running. Was told an hour wait but had someone here in like 10 minutes. Now that’s service. The guy had the door popped in mere moments. Very friendly guy and he got a good laugh about it with me. Luckily our dog was in the house waiting for car to cool down and not locked in the car too.
