Great Experience! Brought in my 2020 Ford Ranger in for a front end level today. Communicated with these guys multiple times beforehand via Email and Phone. They answer their phone, they respond to email and questions and provide a top notch customer service and mechanic experience. Truck looks and drives awesome! Could not be happier! Highly recommend! I will use Prestige Custom Rides again.EDIT... I just had Prestige put new tires on. Once again, perfect experience. They did not try to upsell me on anything, in fact, they advised against a couple mods I was thinking about doing (that would have made them more money) because it could cause longer term issues. Huge respect for these guys!

Took my Honda hatch and had them install some eibach pro kit springs for me. I thought they were gonna take all day but they called me back to pick it up within 3 hours. I was amazed. Had these guys put lift on my truck few years ago and I neglected to return for torque checks and I paid for it . I pulled up to shop without appt and John was very helpful helping with my situation. This was something I wasn’t expecting without an appointment or heads up and just very thankful the guys there were very helpful to get me back on the road !I’ll definitely be back for more work and recommend to anyone!

I hate writing bad reviews - but when I have a really bad experience it’s fair. Going to be very objective here:- lift kit took 3 months to come in, was told it would take 2 weeks originally - met with attitude most the time I called to check in- when I got the truck with the lift back, it was really out of alignment and there was a very loud and obvious clunking noise - took it back in to get corrected, told noise was fixed. They were also supposed to trim the mud flaps so they didn’t rub (didn’t fix them).- they never fixed the noise, so I came back again and had them inspect it. They blamed it on my truck and said all their work was “100% installed correctly”. I argued with John (I think that’s his name, guy with deep voice) and said that it never made that noise before the install. He refused to be helpful and all his tech did was wiggle around the installed parts with his hands - legit pointless. He blamed it on me and the truck instead of fixing the problem. He said it’s probably my steering rack or something else that has nothing to do with them.- I thought maybe it is my fault somehow (although I never took it off-roading yet) or it was my trucks so I went to a mechanic. My mechanic who I have seen for years said Prestige did not properly retorque anything. Mechanic had to redo it and re-do an alignment.- I called to inform them of this and was met with more arguing “did they tell you what they had to tighten? Why wouldn’t they? You should call me back and tell me what it is”. Instead of saying I am sorry, that is not the work we do I’m glad you got it fixed and sorry for blaming you.I never got an apology or anything. They missed it, I missed hours out of my day, had several appointments with them and arguments and ultimately had to pay someone else to do their job correctly.If they want to refund me for the $159 I paid for a re torque and alignment that I had to double pay, I am happy to take down these reviews. If you pay $1600 for something it should be done right the first 3 times. Had they taken ownership and tried to fix the problem instead of placing blame on me and my truck, I would not have written this.If not, I want others to know that you risk this by going here. I was told to go to desert rat and I should have. I wanted prestige to do good work and I even was planning on sending my buddies to them. Not confident in doing so at the moment.

Got my Silverado 6 inch lift done in 1 day. So far no issues.Thanks prestige!

Great service very profecinals

Getting me scheduled and doing the job I can say they did that. I will say when I picked my truck up I took a photo and not knowing it, I caught the fact that someone there damaged my brand new wheel. I called and was told “my guys didn’t do that. They would tell me.” Problem is, I took the photo even before I touched my truck. It was when I arrived before I got my keys I was so excited. Then when I went to get everything re-torqued per their instructions the guy went out to the tech and whispered to him then they both looked at me repeatedly and then he began the process. I’ve emailed asking a question and it’s been over a week no reply. Also when they “trimmed” to get my wheels and tires to fit, one side was off and damaged my tire because of the rubbing. It literally was cutting into my tire. I would say don’t go here just to get it done, like I did. Do some where and get it done right. I recommend staying away.

Thank you for taking car of my xj!!!I got my jeep lifted it was rattling from the exhaust pretty bad, called them to let them know and they told me to bring it in and they would look at it, i brought it in and it was fixed in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend and will be going back for future projects.

Awesome job on the 4 lift on my Jeep Wrangler. This lift kit rides great and the service was unbeatable. I loved the idea that you had me bring my Jeep back for a free re-torque. I plan on bringing my wifes Chevy and my sons Ford F-150. They would like to either get a leveling kit or a 6 suspension lift kit installed. I also love the Toyo M/T Open country tires you guys put on and will definitely refer people your way.

I can not thank the guys enough here at Prestige Custom Rides... after my husband had a difficult time trying to find Hub Centrix Rings an Luggs for our Fuel Vapor rims that were purchased online....which DID NOT come with the Luggs!!! John at Prestige Custom Rides was such a blessing not only did he find us the rings we needed but provided us with the luggs an he an his co worker (didnt get the guys name unfortunately) offered to put the luggs on that we needed right there!!!! What an amazing team effort THANK YOU Guys so much!!!! We will definitely be back for parts an more!!!!! I recently brought my 2012 Tundra here to have it lifted. The customer service was EXCELLENT!! Jon took his time and thoroughly answered every email, and every phone call with any questions I had. He gave me his opinion about different lift kits, and wanted me to be comfortable and happy with whatever choice I made. Their prices are fabulous and fair. They were able to get the tires I wanted, and a hypertech I added last minute on the same day. Its only been a week, but so far the installation is beyond fantastic! My vehicle not only drives better, but it looks AMAZING!! I will definitely go back to PCR for preventative maintenance, and anytime I need something for my Tundra. Let me start off by saying if it wasnt for the car dealership I bought my truck from I wouldnt even know this plac . However back to this 1 star review. I got my truck towed to this shop under the impression they knew how to work on trucks. Mine being a diesel I found out real quick these guys where a joke. Numerous times they had to call a different shop and make multiple trips to get parts they left on the old turbo. Fast forward they say my truck is ready, Pick it up and drive almost a hour to the house and dpf light comes on saying 90 percent full. Have it towed all the way back. They call me saying the dpf was clogged before they changed the turbo?!?! And because the dpf is clogged the turbo is not spooling? Having worked on cars before I called this a lie from the get go. After going back and forth with the owner/ maybe manager gets told that the truck is gonna be rammed up his Brown eye where he proceeds to be a little girl and tell me they are refusing to work on my truck. Get it to a actual shop who has a clue and has worked on a car tells me they left bolts out of my turbo and the turbo was not spooling because of a bad actuator (weird) and the dpf got clogged due to the turbo NOT SPOOLING. Needless to say seek out anyone else to work on a vehicle if you like your ride. Your family depends on you make sure you make it safe to to point b. I see you guys called out ericka who had the same problem but definitely not the same truck, weird how 2 different people used the same shop and ended up with the same problem. My dodge had 123k on it and rotomaster where you got the turbo told me the technician you guys had working on my truck was a complete idiot and made 18 trips because he couldnt look at a turbo and tell something was missing.

So far I’ve had my 1998 Jeep TJ there for a 4” Rough Country lift and my 2016 Toyota Tundra for an 8” ReadyLift. Both installs were done professionally and I’ve never had any issues with either vehicle. They have competitive prices and I’ll be taking my new F-350 there next week to get a ReadyLift leveling kit installed, Amp Power Steps and new Fuel Wheels with some Toyo’s! Jeff has always been great to me and I highly recommend Prestige.

I was recommended to this shop by the VW mechanic a little up the ways up the road. I ended up getting four new tires.Service was a little slow since its a small shop, but the install was solid and the tires good.

Was walking in to order new light set up for my truck. When I walked in there were 2 ppl at the counter. One said be with you in a moment then got up and left. The other guy was on the phone, then hung up and never acknowledged me even when I was standing in the middle of the room. I took a seat and waited 30 min. Finally after no one would help I left.

Recently bought a truck and took it to these guys for some work I.E. clutch fan, water pump, thermostat, turbo, and a few other small things. Less than two months after the work was done things started to fail, so far every part they put on the truck has failed and had to be replaced again by another mechanic because not only do they over charge but the dont honor their own guarantees. They charge for new parts and get junk yard parts to put on, I know this because many of the parts I have replaced still had the junk yard codes on them. WORST COMPANY, AND PERSONNEL I HAVE EVER DELT WITH!!!!!THRY GOT ME FOR 7K DONT BE THE NEXT FOOL

Super rad rough country lift done here perfect combo price and quality

I took my 2011 F150 to prestige to have it lifted and had new rims and tires put on. The pricing they gave me was as good as I could find on the internet for all of the equipment and the best price I found for install. The truck is a few years old and having a lift installed dosent fix past problem. I had to have one of the control arms replaced but for the price it seemed like they did it for cost. Jeff and John are excellent to deal with and took the time to answer my questions. I read some of the other reviews and my bet is there is more to the story than the writers are saying. These guys are fair, very good at what they do and Prestige will be the only place I take my truck to have work done because of my experience. Great place and would recommend to anyone needing a quality place for a fair price.

Great shop! For past 3 yrs I have purchased many tires for lifted truck, and wifes SUV and my new camaro. They are knowledgeable, good prices, fast service. I ONLY use them for all my tires (Never use Dealer)!

I have my expensive ride taken here for an upgrade. Ive check there reviews online and thought they know what they are doing, Ive even call and talk to them before I took my car there. I was a BIG MISTAKE bring my car in this place all they did was play with it. They make my car as a practice car for repair. They end up missing my vehicle. They took parts and never put them back a lot of missing part in my car. I would NOT recommend anyone to bring there car here the price we negotiate was not even closed as what they said when they quoted me. It was twice the amount what a BIG mistake again in my part to bring it to this place. I wanted to compline to the business bureau but they are not listed. So I am in a loss right now PIECE OF ADVICE TO ANYONE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE they are a bunch of joke and full of it. This is that only shop I see that have a poor workmanship I WILL NEVER COME BACK NO MATTER WHAT FOR REPAIR I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED ON THIS SHOP. I normally do not complain but this shop I have to especially on the price I paid them on the labor for a bad work they done to my car. now I have to take it somewhere else. I do not know how they get away this is a fraud.

Prestige Custom Rides is the place where I visited yesterday as I had to change tires of my car.Prices were quite reasonable and staff was also helpful and helped me to close my issues amicably.

Terrible customer service. To start i would like to state you supposedly get a warranty, and i followed all terms on my end but was told, my situation wasnt covered by warranty. I got a recommended here by the way. I Asked to have my truck leveled and a 6 inch lift. Was told I could get out the door at 1200. Awesome. Was called the day of, to inform me that my wheel hub assembly was bad and they would only charge for the part to replace, ok great 1400 now. Got the truck, (that took 2 days with a 730 am appointment btw.) Only to see it hadnt been leveled, plus wasnt on the paper. Shame on me for not double checking. Whatever. First time off roading blew both front shocks, the off roading was VERY minor, basically a bumpy dirt road with some mud. messed up my coil springs and tie rods. Took 2 weeks to receive shocks and was on my own for the other stuff. They then tried to charge me $180 to fix them. I argued with them and brought it down to $40. Fix shocks only to blow the right one the first day back. ON PAVEMENT! Requested another one that took a month and half to get here. Gave me the shock because i was done dealing with them. Went to put it on only for it to be the WRONG one. Well guess what else? That wheel hub assembly that was BRAND NEW. Failed on me. Took it back down to complain, they over nighted a shock which was STILL the wrong one. And told me all they do for the bad wheel barring is give me a new one. Which i already had a new one put on. So basically nothing. The worst customer service i have ever had to deal with and i STRICTLY warn you from this place. Wouldnt you know since ive heard of 2 other horror stories from this place as well. They have zero customer service. And i absolutely refuse to take my truck back for even a warranty inspection. DO NOT GET WORK DONE AT PRESTIGE CUSTOM RIDES.

I shopped around for performance parts for my 2014 ford raptor around the internet and maid some phone calls and prestige custom rides had great prices compared to to a couple of other shops I spoke too. I added a couple performance parts nothing major, things that I can afford and prestige custom rides helped me get the most bang for my buck as far as performance. Overall I would say the price was good and very helpful. They deffinately took the time to explain everything in detail which was nice because i learned a lot that sometimes the forums cant answer.

They sold me a 1.5 LEVELING kit that raised my truck 3.25. It ruined 1 ball joint and rendered my truck un-alignable. They tried to say I installed it incorrectly yet, when I offered to pay them to make it work they immediately declined. Then they told me they would not refund my money much less the 4hrs of labor for installing and un-installing the springs. Rough Country Suspension was equally un-helpful. DO NOT DO BUISINESS HERE!

I payed for a tune up for my lift, and was lied to saying it was completed. Then I was lied to again saying that I had a bad rack and pinion, which was going to cost me over $500. I took it to the dealership and all it was, was a loose bolt. Which should have been tightened up by the tune up.

Get ready I took my troka with them after tube problems they did not put the lift kit well, they were missing parts when I took them with them, they said they were going to fix it, they put new parts and it was the same and they said they could not do more than they had done everything what the batos that are in the office could not know anything they speak to you very beautiful when you are going to buy it but when something goes wrong they do not know how to solve it. I suggest you take it to another workshop
