Do NOT get shocks from here! I cant speak about customer service, as I only installed the product 2 days ago & only sent them a contact letter today, after POUNDING my sway bar brackets on the road!😮 they bounce SO hard for SO long, they are freaking DANGEROUS, and will likely cause front end damage if you arent VERY careful driving with them.

Called Customer Service and was helped immediately with my questions. The CSA was helpful and found my order immediately and answered my questions just as fast.I was skeptical about calling them due to other reviews about their Customer Service online. I was pleasantly surprised by the service provided.

Ordered 1/2” fast air valve kit. Received a completely different kit and it was 3/8”. I called them and the guy said they ran out of the one I ordered. Then he said they should have sent adapters for 1/2”. Why would I want a 3/8” valve with 1/2” air lines. What a joke this place is.

I had a great experience. Tapered lowering blocks fixed my axle angle been running them almost a year.

So far so good. I didnt have time to search eBay for a special size bag for a custom job, so I just called direct. The person on the other end was knoledgknowle on what I wanted. I told her I usually buy from then on eBay but I didnt have time to search. She then found them for me and gave me ebay price, almost 10% off and free shipping. Cant ask for more than that.

Sent the parts that did not fit my Ram truck through EBay,they are not trying to help me.They sent a scam email return label that i cant print.not happy with this company

Stole my pictures of custom parts I designed, tested, and build off of ebay. They did a hack photoshop job off of MY pictures and listed them before they even had a kit out. Boasts of their 10 million dollars in machinery but yet cant R&D their own products. Support small businesses everyone dont destroy them.Had to put a star to post but really 0 stars

Worst customer experience ever. Im familiar with the company since I bought few parts from them for my previous truck. I found their Silverado overload air bag kit on Ebay for reasonable price. I decided to pay them a visit to save everyone hassle and cost of shipping since I live in same town.First of all their customer counter is Clockwork Orange scary kind of place . Through the alley , up the stairs into the windowless room with one flickering bulb and musky smell of unknown origin and ring the bell sign. After 10 minute wait the guy showed up and demanded 30% premium over their Ebay listing from customer standing at the counter with cash in his hand , so I walked out . My mistake was ordering the kit on Ebay few days later even after that experience.When it arrived week later from 6 miles away the kit was just as bad as my initial experience at the counter . To install it I had to visit 3 different stores to get proper hardware because hardware included in the kit was a joke. All the bolts were double the length needed , washers were too large for space allowed and fitting for air lines were too short to tighten sufficiently without leaks .In other words , do not buy anything from this company unless you are ready to re engineer half of the parts and run endless errands to get proper hardware to put it together.

Chassis tech or Airbagit are the same. I should have read the reviews first. Poor customer service and the products dont meet expectations.
