Just purchased bike 2 from Tyler since June. Nash is a different kind of dealer; the kind that dont exist anymore. They arent about bleeding the customer dry. Tyler is amazing. He does not lie, he is honest and upfront. Simply put, #NashtyNation will not screw you to make a sale (some may disagree, and thats okay also). I am looking forward to bike #3.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Nash, and Ive had more than my fair share of dealings with them. I started riding a little over two years ago.The sales team helped me pick out a bike that was appropriate to my skill level (of none) and got me on the road safely. They never once tried to push me into a bike I didnt need, or worse, more bike than I could handle.I have since came back and bought from them two more times, and every time I have left more than satisfied.I see a few reviews about people complaining about the sales team. If youre coming into a dealership (any dealership) with no idea of what you can put down, they wont see you as a serious buyer. Let them know youre serious and not just window shopping and these guys WILL make it happen. Thanks guys.

Just brought my new 2021 Honda Rebel in to get a 600mi service which should have only been fluid changes and minor check ups. Didnt make 2 miles before breaking down on the side of the highway. The bike was perfect before and just happens to break down minutes after they worked on it. Flash forward about a week later its still in their shop and they have no clue whats wrong, saying it will be out in a week minimum (possibly longer). Now Im without a vehicle for 2 weeks maybe more and missing my appointments. Insurance wont get me a loaner vehicle because it sounds like Nash Powersports messed up and Nash doesnt supply or help finance anything even when it quite clearly seems to be their mistake....Try another dealer, hopefully you will have better/more thoughtful service.I wont be suggesting any of my buddies work with this company either.3months later.....Still have no bike and they have trash excuses. Had to call manager daily for a week strait and they magically fixed it within that week...

Ok fine do they not have a phone to at least call and reschedule. We were than told they would be out today at 9:45 am, it is now 11:00 am, no one has showed, no one has called. I would never recommend taking your machine to Nash, Mesa for service. Purchased a 2021 Honda Talon 1000X FLV, picked up on 10.24.2020. Presidents Day weekend, had an accident in the Dunes, hit a witches eye. 1/30 dropped off Talon to service dept to begin insurance claim process. Actual appointment wasnt until 2/6 but said they would try to get it in earlier if possible. Our service tech was Danielle Dooley, there was absolutely no communication once the estimate for repairs was completed. Service claimed they had wrong phone number on file, strange since we purchased the machine from them. Went back & forth for weeks with service to get pictures to insurance for claim. More than a month later, insurance finally had what they needed to process & approve the claim. We then started asking the service department the next steps, this continued into March when we finally had to physically go to the shop to get answers. We were told due to COVID they were having a hard time getting the parts from Honda. She also stated that she didnt have the correct contact info which we then updated, again. We were also promised by Danielle that she would provide weekly updates. 3/18, I emailed them asking if they included the driver’s side harness as the plastic clip had broken & I didnt see it on estimate. 3/31 I emailed again, asking about the status as we were told that parts were scheduled to arrive on 4.6 & our machine was scheduled to go on the rack 4/8. 4/2, still no response. 4/3, we went to the shop again to get answers. Advised that parts should be received & completed on 4/13. Later that day, received an email from Danielle the harness was ordered but she couldnt get a hold of us because the phone number was incorrect. I responded again via email that we have updated the phone number with them multiple times, gave them both numbers again. 4/6, Danielle responded stating the numbers have been updated & would follow up the next day to verify all parts would be delivered & we could pick up on the 14th. 4/8 emailed stating that I received no call & was inquiring on status. Received a call on 4/12 the gear box was delayed & we were now being pushed back to 5/6. On 4/22 I emailed service to verify we were still on track for 5/6. On 4/27 emailed again as I received no response. 5/7 finally received an email they were still waiting on 2 parts now & there was no ETA, they pushed us out to 5/25-6/1. Frustrated as all this time we were told we were waiting on 1 part, now its 2. 5/8 went to shop again to discuss. 5/11 received email stating there is still no ETA on parts. 5/18 received email stating they were scheduled to start repairs on 5/25. 5/20 emailed to verify we were still on schedule for 5/25, no response. 5/26 received email stating the tech was still finishing up other projects & would be starting on ours next day. 5/29 after a few unanswered progress emails, received email stating the tech was almost finished stripping the frame & anticipating Tuesday start of re-building the unit, & would reach out Tuesday with update. 6/8, emailed asking for a status update & if we were still on for me to pick up after work on 6/9. Morning of pick-up I text service mgr to advise of pickup time. SO MUCH MORE BUT WONT LET ME POST IT ALL :(

Nash motor sports finance manger is the rudest employee I have ever met. I’ve never felt more cheated or disrespected in my life. Came out with a ridiculous 8 year loan with all the gimmicks added in. Told him I didn’t want any of the extras and only a short term loan which upset him and basically ended the conversation. Loan percentage was unbelievable at 8 years and damn near equally ridiculous at his second attempt with 3 year loan. Employee got mad when I refused gap and warranty and from that point on had no respect for the customer or trying to make a deal. Nash does not care about the customer and should be ashamed that they just shut down someone willing to spend 13 grand on a 4-wheeler.

I had a great experience at Nash Powersports in Mesa. In particular Jesse James, Vince, and Darrell really helped me out. I was trying to have as low-contact a transaction as possible in order to maintain some good social distancing like they do these days and all three of those guys treated me with nothing but the highest professionalism and respect. Jesse worked with me over the phone and through texts to pre-arrange things so they’d go as smoothly and quickly as possible when I got there. Jesse followed through on every single thing he said over the phone and I can easily say that was the smoothest motor vehicle transaction I’ve ever had. And all that during the middle of a global crisis. Thanks for being flexible and helping keep people safe. My wife and I love the Suzuki RV200 VanVan and it’s helping us to have fun even when a lot of the things we usually enjoy are shut down right now.

The finance manager was very professional and likable. He was honest and made the deal smooth and perfect. We even got two extra helmets for our new toy free. The Kicker of the whole deal was they delivered it to my house a few hours later so I didn’t have to get my trailer. Ive taken 2 sets of front/back motorcycle wheels to Mesa Nash Powersports (at different times) for a tire and tube change and both sets of tubes lose air within 2-3 weeks after pumping. Ive checked to see if the valve stems werent tightened by the mechanic and that wasnt the case. I initially figured it was due to the temp changes but not the case. Its a real pain since I dismount/remount my wheels on the motorcycles myself (I trust myself & have the equipment) and now that I have remounted, the only option is to dismount the wheel again and take it back to them and wait a week for them to do it wrong again. Quiet frankly after the same thing happened to the second set of wheels and $200+ dollars later, Im not wasting my time or money with Nash Powersports. If the mechanics cant do a simple job like this due to inoperable equipment or mechanics, I surely would not trust them with other mechanical services. Theres too much at stake for motorcycle wheels to not be 100% functional.

Going to dealers to purchase a vehicle is usually just under going to the dentist on the fun meter but I was happily met with friendly sales people and amazingly no BS and no hard sell. The show room is nice, spotlessly clean and well lit and there is a lot to look at.I visited them and then went to another dealer and spent 5 minutes in the other place and hated it and ran back to Nash. The price for the bike was very fair so I didnt feel a need to haggle and personally I hate haggling so I am glad they just listed it at better than good price Instead of inflating it and making me find their sweet spot which is what the other dealer was doing. I drove it home that day. No muss no fuss.Last week I brought it in for first service. The guys in the service are respectful, they scheduled my appointment and were there to meet me promptly, called me when they found an issue and wanted to discuss it with me and had me back on my bike in about 90 minutes. All with smiles, professionalism and hand shakes.Went in today for a super minor Warranty issue and it was handled fast and better than I had hoped. While I thought being rude was the new normal .. As much as I hate to write bad reviews, this one is completely necessary as it pertains to the saftey of all the riders whom this location services.I brought my yellow 2006 Yamaha R1 sportbike in to the Nash Powersports Mesa location on August 18th to have aftermarket parts installed including a rearset kit. I receive a phone call early September stating they cannot install the gold steering dampener that I gave them because it didnt fit. I said thats fine, proceed with the installation of the other items. They kept my steering dampener and did not return it to me. Fine, no problem. After all parts were installed, they called me and said my front brake calipers were faulty and there was no brake pressure. The bike did not enter the shop with this issue. Fix the bike, fine. After the bike was returned to me at the end of September, it rode fine on the ride home. The next time I rode it in October, I was coming to a stop at a stop light and attemped to downshift, the gear shift lever dangles towards the ground and I am unable to shift gears. Luckily, I was able to safely pull over to inspect the bike. It turns out the bolt holding the gear shift lever together had undone itself. Upon further inspection, all the bolts holding the rearset together including the pegs were loose and coming undone. It is apparent that these items were not even tightened with a tool. I was able to fix the rearset by applying some loctite and tightening with a hand tool. The carelessness of the service team at Nash Powersports Mesa put my life at risk. I trusted this company to properly install these parts on my bike and they let me down severely. I am also out $1,300, a gold steering dampener and had to spend my time re-installing a part that I hired Nash Powersports Mesa to install. I do not recommend servicing your bike or any vehicle at Nash Powersports in Mesa.

This is way people hate dealerships. Its called customer service for a reason no matter how big or small the purchase. Sad when people want to purchase local and get forced to order off line because of poor service.

We were in the market for a wave runner. We first visited Ride Now and was unimpressed with their service and knowledge of their PWC. Not knowing where else to go we searched and found Nash Powersports in Mesa. The first person we met was a gentleman name Vince. From the get go he asked us questions and wanted to get to know us and how we anticipated using the PWC. He showed us multiple options and even steered us away from the more pricier ones based on our needs. We were very impressed with his knowledge, experience and customer service. Ended up buying from him based on that alone. I have since told a lot of my friends about Nash PS. They are busy for a reason.I highly recommend Nash Powersports. They will even try to beat the other guys prices. Great service.

Hands down best experience we ever had purchasing a new SXS. We trade up every few years and it has been getting longer between purchases due to the hassle of dealing with the smarmy salesmen, inflated fees and prices and always paying more than discussed. Not the case at Nash. Vince G. took excellent care of us. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, he and his team were HONEST. They gave us top dollar for our trade and the numbers we discussed never changed! We kept waiting for them to come back and say they needed more money like every other place we have ever been. BUT it never happened. They were also cheaper than everyone else. AWESOME experience and we will only buy from NASH from now on.

I bought 3 vehicles here over the years, 2 atv, 1 sxs. Im buying my next sxs in the next 2 months and I will not be buying from here. No one wearing masks or and sanitary precautions. Its a mandate right now and they dont follow it. If they dont care about the mandate they dont care about your health or their employees. Im sure if an employee gets sick they will have legal issues on their hands. Too cool to take a simple precaution.

I have a custom built, Yamaha XV1600, that was done back east. I had some major issues that happened and the staff at We Ride Power Sports said that they could tackle it. Mike the service tech, has amazing customer service skills and stayed in contact with me the whole time. It was done correctly and I am very happy with their work. The work, professionalism, and customer service bar none. Please make sure to visit this place if you need work done to any motorcycle you own.SignedA Very Happy Customer

This is the place to go for all your parts. Their website alone is better help than most service manuals. Cole Porter helped me order a long list of parts today, and got everything right.

I went in to ask a question about service on my bike. They were scheduling a week to week and a half out. The employee was nice and answered my question. I looked around, they have a decent inventory of new and used 2, 3 or 4 wheels. A salesperson answered a curiosity question without trying to sale me a new bike.

Ive been seeing some negative reviews. I cant really figure out why. I loved this place. I had just gotten my motorcycle license and my cousin took me here to browse the selection they had. It is very impressive. Mainly sport bikes, but a nice selection of Cruisers as well. We only walked around for about five minutes before the associate Chris came over and started to help. He took great interest in the fact I had just gotten into riding and was helpful in recommending bike sizes and types. He wanted me to sit on a many as possible to find one that felt right. After finding some I liked he asked how my credit was and what sort of price range I had. He even went so far as to inform me that I could have someone Co-sign for me as I am only 18 and dont have much credit. A very nice experience for me. Ill definitely be going back.

My purchase experience was not great. I purchased a three year maintenance plan at that time, as well. First service went smoothly. After that one, I have found the service department to be unreliable and inefficient. Phone messages are rarely attended to, appointments are hard to come by in a timely fashion, excuses are made regularly for poor service, and any apologies are insincere and only made because they have to. I let my maintenance plan expire without ever going back. I would rather lose that money, than deal with this frustrating and incompetent group of people. With so many places to choose, please look elsewhere.

Only place to go in my opinion. Just purchased 2020 Spyder RT from Tim who also serves as general manager as well as all around good guy! First went to Ride Now Chandler and was literally all but blown off. Tim at Nash Powersports had everything done within 30 minutes and hours went by at Ride Now which was a waste of time. I am a previous customer of Ride Now as well as Nash Powersports. Not the first time Ride Now basically blew me off as a customer. Apparently they think they have all the customers they need. Very glad I went to Tim at Nash. If you’re in the market, i would strongly suggest you check them out!!

Worst experience Ive ever had at any dealership! Went down on a Saturday to look at a bike they said they had. Got there and they said the bike was sold...no big deal. Then I choose another bike do the credit app and wait all day long! No-one said a word to me until almost the end of the day. Jesse told me go home come back Tuesday we will know for sure. Come back Tuesday good news your approved then find out they sold the bike I got approved on again! Do another credit app on another bike wait all day long again! No one acknowledged me all day again! Told me go home again...and I live 2 hours away. They ran my credit so many times I got denied! I will never do business at this place!!!!! Everyone ignores you noone helps you or keeps you up to date on what your status is! They are not even friendly

Even though they could not get the item I needed the clerk explained how I could get it. My bike is too old for the dealership to get the part through their parts system. They do have a wide variety of accessories for many applications.
