Where to start, the guys in side the shop were great. I bought an Apollo 250cc on 1/29/21. I was talking to the service guy he told me how to do the brake in period. My first time out I was on a small down hill grade and the handle bar moved and went forward. Unfortunately I ended up laying the bike down. I broke a fairing. I wasnt looking for anything I decided I should email the company and let them know that this happened to me. Just so it wouldnt happen to anyone else. A few days went by and no reply. So I did the brake in period and figured I would call and set up an appointment to service my bike. When I told them what happen to my handle bars. He just said well talk about it when you come in to get serviced. So they got my email but never called or decided to reply.. I decided Ill service my own bike so I opened the oil cap and the dip tubing broke off inside the crack case. So I had to rip it all apart to remove the plastic. I would just like for the owner to know about this. Also I have pictures on the plastic in the crack case or gear box. I had friend with me that saw the handle bars move forward with little to no abuse.

Very Friendly and Helpful staff, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for fun dirt toys, no pushy sales people. Awesome experience, cant wait to buy more here.

Dennis and Skyler were awesome sales and technical team. We purchased a beautiful Rebel 1500LR two seater as our first UTV.Its brand new, not broke in yet but we can see already that it will surpass all expectations. So happy we bought this little known S X S . You could not find a better and more helpful sales team.

Cant say enough about Advanti scooter and Powersports. I purchased a 1500cc side-by-side with four seats. This thing is a beast! Looks great, handles incredibly, and plenty of power for off-road or street use. Guaranteed every time I take it out I get stopped at least once by somebody asking me what brand it is and how much they love it. At roughly half the cost of its competitors for similar products its a win-win. Dennis was fantastic and was very responsive to my communications and in store visits. Their shop did an incredible job of installing some components and Are very easy to work with (shout out to Skyler). Stop in and take a look, you wont be disappointed.

Very dry and not aware that you are even in the same world to conduct business and they have no desire to help out the client to obtain any outside financial support to increase the sales volume so they are very happy to not have to do any work for anyone else ever in there life time here now okay. Very rude and ungrateful and no want or need to get a better job done properly for you as a client now here.

I shopped around all day visiting several power sports stores all the way from Avondale to cave creek. If you are in the market for an affordable atv you will not find a better place based on price and selection. I do see why they don’t negotiate when you have the best product and marked price I guess you don’t need to. I also compared with online retailers and considering shipping and assembly waiting Advanti was the best choice. They also have 3 months additional on their warranty. It’s not name brand but if you look up the product they actually have really good manufacturer reviews. I don’t think there is a better place to buy from for this market. I also read some of the other not so positive reviews but as a business owner myself I think that some of these are posted by their competitors, because when you compare in the same market Advanti just has better prices and selection.

I’ve gotten two bikes from Advanti. Recently purchased a 125 and had to bring it in for service. Throughout the whole experience, communication was on point and the service was amazing. I couldn’t pick up the bike on time due to a family issue. Already willing to pay the storage fee, the owner Dennis waived it and has been super impressive with how he handles customer relations. I’ll definitely be back to buy my next Atv/Utv from them. Incredible prices, incredible service and just overall good people! Thanks Advanti!

On November 20th my husband and I traveled from Northern AZ to Advanti to purchase a quad for our grandson. Our granddaughters father had already purchased her one the week before. Unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences we have had with a business. We live 3 hours away and the next available time for us to return for service was December 19. My husband was treated very badly. Our grandchildren were accused of mistreating the quads. I dont know about you, but I expect a quad to be able to handle outdoor riding. Do you all ride your quads on the highway? Shouldnt they get dirty? If the products cant handle the dirt, maybe you should inform a customer that the products you sell are substandard! After not hearing from Advanti we returned to Mesa on February 13 to pick up the quads and bring them home.My husband (Mel West) wrote a review; their rebuttal lied about everything! Tires bald within one month?! They never offered us anything. Do you think we would have turned down an offer when we are 3 hours away and we hauled them there for the purpose of getting serviced? We should have taken the reviews where others talked about how rude and dishonest the owner is to heart.Do yourself a big favor and go someplace else.

My husband and I purchased a dirt bike this weekend. We were so impressed with Advanti! Dealt directly with the owner and he was knowledgeable and someone who isnt out to just make money. We came in to look and ask questions first and he took his time to talk to us and answer all questions we had.I read some of the reviews, and can tell you that their prices are as advertised BUT you have to expect taxes and set up fees. Why would they not charge tax? Come on people! The owner and the mechanic went over everything and were so thorough with directions. Read the warranty, do what they tell you and they will take care of you! We look forward to bringing our bike back for service. Thanks for an awesome experience with our first dirt bike buy!

We have been shopping for over a year to purchase a new side by side and the staff and Advanti Powersports were great to deal with and no high pressure. We came in 5 or 6 times before we bought it and they were always great! We have had the Rebel 3 months and it has been flawless.

Really bad service they told me they were waiting for one piece and then they told me they were waiting for another piece a week later and the salesman is really rude even though we have been waiting over 2 weeks,he asked me in a rude manner if I know there’s something called COVID going around and that ALL of his mechanics were all out sick but I just think it’s bs to cover up for their bad service all I needed was a service and a battery, over 2 weeks for a simple service, A SERVICE smh bad service

Stopped by today to look at some pit bikes, trying to find one that I fit on comfortably. Was quickly greeted by Skyler and Dennis. They asked if I needed any help and I kindly explained that I was just browsing. Best part... they let me do just that. No pushy salesman in my personal space, just able to look at my leisure. Once I found what I was looking for, Dennis was ready to help me with my purchase. After a quick 20 mins, I was out the door with my new Apollo Z20! From beginning to end, the staff was amazing and helpful. I will only go to Advanti Powersports from now on!

We just picked up this cool go cart for my son and cant wait for him to see it Christmas morning! This was such an easy buying experience from the sales person to the tech who showed me how everything works. We will be back in the spring for a few more toys!

Their communication with customers is AWFUL!!! They wont call you to give updates on bike/quad whatever you might have purchased. Bought something from them that didnt work after a DAY. Yes 1 day. Took it back to get fixed but weeks later no one had called to update me or anything. I had to be calling them even tho they said they would call at least once a week. Never did. Complaining wont do anything. They dont care. First and last time we will buy from them.

I read some of the reviews, and can tell you that we had a great experience dealing with Dennis and Schuyler! Dennis was very honest about the good and bad of every product we looked at. I expressed to him that we went to Ride Now and the priced increased by $1000.00 in dealer fees. Dennis explained to me they only charge sales tax and a $95.00 set up fee on the go cart I purchased. We were not charged any additional fees like the other dealers do. Every vehicle has the out the door price posted and they were all listed below retail. Thank you for a very non pressured sales experience.

I purchased a Tao Tao mini quad almost 4 years ago and its been a great beginners quad its been so good that now my youngest son is riding it so in october of 2020 I bought 2 other quads from Avanti Powersports and unfortunately we wrecked one of them with in a couple of weeks from purchasing them I went back to Avanti to try to get replacement parts unfortunately for me between Covid19 restrictions and the holidays my order keept being delayed but at the end this guys ended up getting me what I need it to get my quad repaired and because my order took a little longer than expected I got a new wheel at no cost to me. Im thankful for all their help and I highly recomend them

Everyone that works at Advanti is extremely knowledgeable and super professional. Their showroom is not huge but they always have plenty of Powersports on the floor. They only have one main sells guy by the name of Dave Sigmund and he is one outstanding guy. He will get the job done until its done. Thank you for being there for me guys.

The sales guy was very rude and treated us like we were not good enough for his store and the inventory they show on their web site is a lie they only had maybe a few scooters and none were under 899 they falsely advertise the 699.. would highly recommend to not go to this store! We went in fully ready to buy a scooter and because of the rudeness and shortness from the employee we left!

We purchased a new 2017 Rebel R2 800 Advanti Powersports 2 months ago and it was about the best buying experience! They were very easy to deal with, the price was fair and the product is perfect! Advanti Powersports are truly professionals.

Horrible customer service, they charged for maintenance after my warranty stated differently! Made an appointment to take go kart in, they said itd be done some day, well its 3 days later and they cant get it to start! This business definitely needs areas of improvement.

Were great to deal with. They never pressured and it was a very pleasant experience. We purchased during the Covid 19 Arizona shutdown and they said the service department is very low staffed and only asked that we could be understanding with ant possible service delays. Again, I was very happy they told us everything upfront. Great People!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Worst business and owner we have ever dealt with!!We originally bought my 5 year old cousin a little quad from them 2 years ago with no problems. Our entire experience has been with Dennis the owner/CROOK. We recently took it in to get “fixed” about a month ago. First red flag is it took 2 weeks for him to even look at it to give us a quote. His reasoning was “he cannot get any employees in there to work because they make more on unemployment”. We were understanding. When he finally got around to looking at it he called us over the phone and was on speaker with my uncle and my aunt and quoted them $275 to fix it all. It’s only a $600 quad to begin with so we didn’t want to put much money into it. They told him to go ahead and fix it. Fast forward to today (about a month later) he calls and says it’s read and tells them it’s $500 to fix! He is swearing that was his original quote which is insane. Lesson learned on our part.. never agree to get anything fixed without having it in writing. I told Dennis that his original quote was only $275 and he flipped out SCREAMING at my aunt and calling her a liar. She told him that it was only a $600 quad to begin with that they would have never agreed to $500 and then said if They don’t pick it in by the end of the day he is charging them $20 a day abandonment charges and then is going to resale it himself. She told him “I cannot believe he is doing business this way.” Then he comes out of no where and said “actually I’ve been trying for 2 weeks for you guys to pick this thing up so I am going to back date this and you owe me $1172 if you want it back!” Such a lie because they even showed up last Thursday then again yesterday to pick up and he said it wasn’t ready. This was obviously his plan all along. He is a thief and now I have a very sad 5 year old. DO NOT GIVE THIS ARROGANT THIEF ANY BUSINESS! I should have read others reviews before ever dealing with him.

A good place to go to look for cycling stuff

We went in on Saturday and picked out 2 kids 110cc kids quads and they had us out the door in 30 minutes including the finance papers. Great place and great people.

After a TERRIBLE experience at another dealer in Phoenix we stopped in to Advanti and every motorcycle had the prices listed with the total out the door price! They were upfront, honest and very knowledgeable about the motorcycles they sell and he motorcycles sold by their competitors. We got a great deal and they had us out the door in less than 30 minutes!!

Bought a little apollo dirt bike to play around Dave was amazing stayed after hours and hooked it up I am coming back for sure and telling everyone about advanti powersports.

Bought my Kandi 200 from Avanti. It does a good job on the trails. Im really happy with my purchase. It keeps up with my nephew on his 125. It goes up hills better than I expected. Its not for bill climbs, make no mistake, but I can get up the side of a ravine. The guys at Avanti were great also. The sales experience at Avanti was great.

Bought my son a gas quad from this place a while back. It only worked for about 2 months and it shut down. Called them up they told us to take it in and it took about 2 weeks for them to even look at it and said it would be about $300 to fix it after we just spent $700 on it brand new.After about a month we finally got it back for it to only work for a month and shut down again. We are out $1000 with a quad that doesnt work. This place is a fraud.

Bought two kids quads from them then returned them for service and was chewed out for how bad the kids treated them. Then they kept them for three months without calling or saying a word. I called them and told them that Ill come get them and find a different place to get service for them. They didnt care a bit and didnt say a word. Horrible place to do business!!!

Bar none, the best shopping experiences Ive had in a long time. Immediate pleasent recognition of walking in the door, no pressure communication for a sale and very clean establishment. Reviews lead me to Avanti, because they address all responses and give feedback, good or bad. This shows a willingness to try to help with any issues that may arise. I cant say enough about how the guys work together to get everyone taken care of even during a swamped situation. We did make a purchase and the detailed information and helpful staff answered all my questions and requests in detail. Will definitely be be back for more purchases in the near future ! I have bought a quad and bike from here and very happy with the service. The vehicles I bought are for my kids as starters. Big difference from the big stores where I bought mine, which is a higher end brand. Dave is an honest guy and not some car salesman like the others. The maintenance cost is very affordable compared to others and happy to drive from north Phoenix to get it done. I looked everywhere and did extensive research, but came back here because of the customer service. He will tell you what your getting and not BS you. I would refer anyone that is looking for something at beginner/intermediate level anytime. The higher end vehicles he has I dont know much about, but what I bought from him Im extremely satisfied. In fact Im considering getting a third vehicle. I have no idea where the bad reviews have come from. I have been in this store 6 times and dont have anything bad to say about it. The prices have always matched and they advertise on each vehicle the out the door price. This is a straight forward place and Dave is a straight forward guy.

I strongly suggest staying away from this business, I had bought a bike from Advanti Powersports and within a year continuously broke down so I called them to see if they had parts or could help guide me because of the lack of parts with the bikes they sell they weren’t made to last. I called the number off there website and got no answer for 3 days (which were all in there hours of operation). I decided to drive 45 min and soon as I got there the owner/sales rep started giving me attitude and yelling in front of my 9 month old daughter and banned me from his store because I calmly said I’ve tried calling is there another number? He then started pop off with an attitude from there..Basically what I got from the time experience is they don’t care about your business they just want your money and don’t care what happens after. I will be telling everyone I know to NEVER SHOP HERE!! Besides you can order the same bikes online for cheaper with little assembly. Also would not recommend these bikes to anyone that can’t work on it them self because no ride now or motorcycle shop will work on them cause it’s not a NAME brand same with the parts you have to order cheap parts offline that might not work or fit.

I definitely recommend this store. We purchased a 140cc Tao Pit bike for my son here after another dealer told us that NOBODY had that bike in stock. They were honest, straight forward on the price and the total cost out the door which was only slightly higher than the advertised price because of tax. This is very important after finding out at another dealer that a $3800 bike was over $6000 out the door elsewhere do to various dealer mark ups. After purchasing the bike, their service department took an hour to make sure the bike was drive ready and also took the time to explain the warranty, service requirements, and other important information to both me and my son. They even lowered the handle bars and helped load it into my van. I just took the bike back for the first service and they were again very honest and straightforward with the repairs as my son had crashed into something and broke the brake line. Overall we have been very happy with the purchased and our experience with Adventi Motorsports.

Owner is a tool, went to purchase a bike and had the worse customer service and actually started arguing with me, don’t waste your time or money here.

Our experience with Advanti had been exceptional until I spoke with the owner, Dennis. Everyone else we have dealt with was absolutely amazing. We purchased a 200GKA-2 ATV for our boys in December of 2018. The first issue that arose was with the vehicle failing to start and a faulty spark plug wire. Thankfully, they resolved this particular issue at no cost. We then used the vehicle a couple more times before the vehicle again would not start. This was for all intents and purpose, still a new ATV. However, because the vehicle was now technically out of the stores warranty period (not the manufacturers warranty), I presumed any attempt to have it fixed at no cost would be met with resistance (I was later proved to be correct). Because the engine would not turn over, I figured the battery was dead and purchased a new one, but no luck. The engine would now turn over, but still would not start. I then replaced the spark again but the vehicle still didnt start. Unfortunately, we were only able to use the ATV a handful of times (mainly around the neighborhood) since we purchased it. I then finally decided to call Advanti, hoping to receive the exceptional customer service we had grown accustomed to with Advantis staff. Good old-fashioned customer service would be simply fixing the ATV at no cost, especially given the number of times we were actually able to use the vehicle. This was not a vehicle that had been abused. It was used on neighborhood streets and twice on a dirt trail. This clearly indicates the vehicles issues are likely due to manufacturing defects. Nevertheless, the conversation with Dennis quickly devolved and it was clear that this was not going to happen. Dennis was incredibly unprofessional and condescending. He did mention that he had 9 customers waiting while he was on the phone with me which likely caused him significant anxiety and stress. Even so, I would not expect this type of treatment from the owner of a business. The conversation ended with him telling me that I would have handle this through the manufacturer/distributor. Despite the owners lack of tact and customer service, I would still recommend Advanti because the rest of the staff is stellar. This may very well be a case of one lemon in the bunch. Regardless, we are now left with a useless $3000 ATV, and some very disappointed children. We hope that this was simply a case of a conversation that took place at an inopportune time, and that Dennis has a change of heart and makes some children truly happy!UPDATE: 10 days later, still no response from Dennis. I therefore decided to diagnose the issues MYSELF with the help of YouTube. Thankfully, I was able to fix the ATV by installing a new carburetor.NOTE: The carburetor that was on the vehicle was not repairable because the heads of screws affixing the bowl had been cut off. Impossible to know whether this was done purposely by Advanti, or came like that from the manufacturer. Either way, we NO LONGER RECOMMEND ADVANTI.* The kids are now happy thanks to Dad & YouTubers!

We bought our kids atvs from these guys last year and our oldest was ready for a dirt bike and they hooked us up again with a great deal! Dennis is always great to deal with! We will be back again!

Purchased 3 quads from here last weekend. The staff was very helpful and stayed past closing to finish all the paperwork. After taking them out for the first time we had some minor issues with 2 of our quads. We took them back in on Tuesday for repair. The staff were all very friendly upon our arrival. We explained the issues that we had and they said they would take a look at them. We asked if there was anyway that the quads could be repaired soon as we live about 45 minutes away from the shop. They had them fixed and ready to go within 2 hours!! It was very appreciated. Now my kids are back on their quads and loving every minute of it. Would definitely recommend purchasing here and plan to do it again myself.

Best place for cheaper Chinese vehicles. Very helpful and accommodating. Love the folks that work here. No high pressure sales. They give to time to brows. Not the highest quality ATVs, but very affordable and easy to work on if needed. If you cannot work on your own ATV, Advanti has a great group if technicians that know their stuff and are extremely helpful.

Great customer service when I purchased a Tao Tao 110 atv and an Apollo 125 dirt bike for my kids a month ago. We were explained the break in process and followed to the letter. My wife and I have been calling since last Saturday 3/23/20019 to schedule the first maintenance as required. Got scheduled for maintenance.thank you Josh and team.

Went to look for a scooter and didnt know too much about the whole process of buying one. The salesperson Dave Sigmund was very informative in telling me about what was required by law as well as the process and time required to drive it out the door.What impressed me the most was to make sure the person who referred me was rewarded for the recommendation.

I went into Advanti Powersports today, handed over my credit card to purchase an ATV when I asked the owner to provide a breakdown of the invoice he raised his voice and said “if you don’t want to buy it then don’t!” He, THE OWNER OF ADVANTI POWERSPORTS then proceeded to THROW MY CREDIT CARD ACROSS THE TABLE AT ME. No one deserves to be treated this way!!! There were two other customers in the showroom who saw and heard the situation and immediately left. As we were all walking out they were also in disbelief that the owner threw the credit card at me and said they were also their to purchase motor sports and after said they would never purchase anything from him seeing how he treated a customer and a female!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS OWNER/SHOP!

Dennis, Dave and the service staff never fail to remember me. And Im only here about twice a year. They have taken good care of my scooter since I bought it here new in 2014. I recommend them every time someone asks about it, which is about TEN times a year!

Just bought 2 mini quads 125 perfect for ages 5 and up with parent supervision of course. People at advanti made everything very easy. The gal that helped us was very nice easy going to talk to. Went In looked around debated a bit finally found the ones we loved we will back for another!!!!

Customer service was very slow. I particularly went to look at something I had my eye on. I was greeted professionally them asked if i had any questions to ask... When the time came the rep seemed to take his time gathering information and left me standing for about 20mins before coming back with any answers which was too long considering the size of the business. Nobody seemed to care if they sold anything or not and nor did i feel comfortable since I didnt feel they gave me the confidence I would like to feel before investing my hard earned money into their products. They have nice equipment and great prices, just need better sales skills and a sense of importance to the customer and time management is required. The product could have sold itself but the bad customer service was a turnoff.

We had an excellent experience with Advanti in Mesa. John and Dave both provided us with excellent customer service. They were great to work with and it was a no pressure sales environment. Dave was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. All in all, we had a great experience purchasing our new BMS Ranch Pony and we are excited for the assembly to be completed so we can pick it up!

Never going here again, owner is a crook and is always trying to screw people over with prices and repair rates are out the roof. On top of that he likes to change up prices with you and then act offensive when I told him he quoted me a different price.

Went to Nash Powersports to purchase my son a SSR Dirt Bike that they had advertised for $899.00 and thought I would just have a little sales tax and and maybe a paperwork process fee. I was wrong and the bike was over $1,900.00 out the door! In addition the bike only came with a 30 day warranty and they tried to sell me an extended warranty that was almost as much as the bike! After searching Facebook I found that Advanti Powersports in Mesa has a 2019 Apollo 125cc priced at $950.00 and when I called they gave me the out the door price without any let me talk to the manager games! We went in and my son picked a green one and I was approved with no money down and we were on our way to the desert in 30 minutes. Advanti was easy to deal with and my son loves the bike!

We called 3 other dealers in Phoenix and Chandler who all refused to give us the out the door price on dirt bikes? Since we live in Payson I need to know before I made the 2 hour drove to the valley. I called Advanti and expected to here the story and they gladly gave me the number and also had my loan fully approved before I walked in the dealership. We I arrived a looked at a few bikes picked the one I wanted and the paperwork was printed and I was on my way home within 40 minutes! Easiest purchase I have ever made!

Great service and great machines for the price! Highly recommend for kids quads as you cant even touch their prices. Worried about Chinese knock offs? YouTube the guys trying to break them over the course of years and see for yourself. For the carburetor complainers, get a clue and stabilize your fuel or get straight unleaded without the ethanol.

I can only comment on the service, as that is why I came here. Advanti Power Sports was recommended by friends in the scooter community as the best place to take your for work. They were absolutely correct! Impeccable service. Took my bike here for repairs, and they fixed me up and got me back on the road again. The crew here are friendly and helpful, will listen to you and make recommendations that are sensible and necessary. They dont mind when you say there are things you can do yourself, and give advice on how to accomplish these tasks. In addition to the mechanical work, I needed to get my seat recovered. They dont do this here, but the Service Manager gave me a card for a local upholsterer that could do the job.

We just bought a 110cc at Advanti for a Christmas gift and we got a good deal and the sales person was very helpful.

We have shopped at 3 of the local dealers in Phoenix area and Advanti Powersports was by far had the best selection and kids ATV;s, Dirt Bikes and Motorcycles. In addition the customer service was off the charts. We looked at the exact same models at another dealer and elected to drive another 15 miles to see Advanti Powersports (glad we did) They double the length the warranty (at no additional cost) plus they give a discount on the first maintenance service. They also have helmets for only $20.00.

My wife and I looked this place up on Craigslist, and found their 110cc ATVs advertised for $529. When I arrived, the sales guy told me theyd had a price increase. I asked him to honor their advertised price, and he refused. I asked if they had a military discount, and he said no. I asked what the out-the-door price would be, and he said, Oh, its only $729. $729!!!!!!?????? Where does the extra $200 come from?, I said. Oh, theres a $90 assembly fee, and then taxes. he responded. I walked out the door... Terrible bait-and-switch tactics, and an unaccommodating attitude dont make for repeat customers.All that being said, if you DO want a cheap ATV for the price that the company advertises, then go see Four Seasons Power Sports! I got the EXACT SAME ATV for my son, and the only difference in their advertised price and the out the door price was the tax, which I expected.***UPDATE***I see that Advanti posted a reply. Thats funny. I have the conversation with your sales guy recorded on my phone. THATS where I got the out-the-door price! Right from the horses mouth... Yes, I also mentioned Four Seasons Power Sports, because when I write a review, its not for me; its for other people so that they know what my experience was. I try to provide an accurate description of events, and any tips or tricks I learned along the way so that other buyers have an easier time sifting through the garbage (like Advanti Powersports) that is so prevalent in the marketplace. My motivation is strictly to provide useful information to my fellow consumers, so you can stop with the childish fake review garbage. Maybe if you all focused on customer satisfaction and being competitive in the marketplace, you wouldnt have reviews such as mine.A note to all prospective buyers out there: If you want to see how Advanti will treat you if you should bring an issue to their attention, just look at how they respond to negative reviews! Advanti Powersports has atrocious customer service, and a serious attitude problem...

We bought a Tao Tao Scooter from them seven months ago needing a short term solution for hubs transportation issues. He works 2 miles from home and rides his scooter there and back daily, but thats about it. We walked away paying about $1200 for it, got our warranty tune up, and kept up with the oil changes through Advanti Auto Group.After about 4 months the headlight burnt out and there was a rattle that we asked them to investigate. The headlight turned into a $10 part, $40 labor repair. When we asked why the headlamp had gone out so suddenly it was explained away by road vibrations which are hard on the filament. I wouldnt mind, but he only drives four miles a day and even avoids the speed bumps leaving our neighborhood.The rattle turned out to be a weld that had broken on the bike that had to be fixed. Another $80.This week, 8 months into the purchase, the engine has started knocking. We took it in for diagnostics and were told that although they hadnt opened it up to investigate (because it was too deep down and cost prohibitive) we needed to replace the engine. We paid $40 for this audible diagnosis. When we called in to ask the possible reasons why it had died so soon, we were told by one of the office staff they didnt know but they could go and bug the techs to find out. Not wanting to bother them, we waited till we went in to collect it. Their best opinion at that time: Low oil ... even though there is no leak, weve kept up on the oil changes and there was pressure/oil on the dipstick. The quote: $700. Through this experience we had to repeatedly phone in to find out where they were at in the diagnostic/pick up process because they didnt call us. It was dropped off at 10 a.m. Wednesday and had to phone them Thursday at lunch time to see what the verdict was.Were not about to pour good money after bad. The product is awful. The customer service is sub par. We were looking for a short term solution, and we didnt think it would last forever, but we hoped to get a couple of years out of it. Dont waste your money. At an average of $250 a month, youre better off getting a car payment and something that will last.

Had a couple hundred dollars worth of work done on my bike. Basic routine maintenance. Drove it from Advanti after they had fixed it, and the bike shut down, then wouldnt start. Contacted the business to see if I could get a tow back to the shop , and was informed that was my responsibility. My issue with this is that the bike ran BEFORE I took it to them, but doesnt after theyre done with it. Put yourself it my shoes. You spend 230$ for a service that you dont recieve, and then are told by the business owner It ran when you left here. Very disappointed. Anyone who does business here should keep their receipts and be aware of what they are paying for. Also, have a tow on standby for when your motor vehicle does not work due to their services.

Super friendly, great experience. The financing was a breeze. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. The bikes, go karts, quads, everything are very affordable. Thank you so much.

Absolutely terrible customer service even on the phone. Once youve bought their product dont expect too much help or any reasonable answers to any questions besides hours of operation. The owner seems to me to be about as arrogant as they come. Left me standing in the store a couple of times trying to buy and after buying. I was going to buy a second go kart but, Couldnt stand the customer service. Have heard about it from other ppl in the desert as well. Couldnt answer a simple question about a bolt on the phone or try to find out. Sent machine out without oil and I still had to pay for the top end. They also left my machine outside uncovered for more than two months. Finally and I do mean finally, at pick up he said, its all good. My guys tested it and its ready to go. I learned my lesson prior to this visit and tested the go kart out I the pkg lot. It had no power. I went in and asked the owner to drive it. I ended up standing around another hour while they replaced another part that shouldve been done if they really tested it.Never again.

Bought a 150cc BMS scooter from advanti, had a few maintenance services done in their shop. They treat you right and provide quality products and service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new scooter or to get any service done.

Had my scooter in another shop in Phoenix for an repair estimate which I was quoted over $700.00 to repair a scooter I only paid $1,000.00 for! I found Advanti Powersports on Google and dropped it off and they quoted $250.00 for repair and had it completed within 3 days! They have a customer for life!

I have had good experiences with them though I seem to have noticed someone using my name has written a review here just a week ago. I find this strange.

I came in to buy a scooter and the salesman was rude seemed a bit distracted and bothered unhelpful. I was going to pay cash for a scooter but after the dealing with this place I will wait to buy a real bike. No wonder this place has bad reviews. What a joke no selection went to a few other dealers and there was a much better selection. Total disappointment and I was so excited to buy a scooter and Advanti made me change my mind all together. Go somewhere else......

We wish we bought our scooter from you! We bought a scooter from another dealer in Phoenix and they lied to us about the warranty and wanted to charge us over $150.00 to change the oil and gear oil! Dave at Advanti Powersports did the same service for $65.00 and they explained the proper service schedule to us (the dealer we actually bought from did not seem to have the time to do so). I purchased a TAO TAO on 5/9/2017 I saw it on the show room floor with absolutely no nicks, dings etc etc but because I arrived and purchased it late I was made to wait for 3 days... On the 3rd day and day of pick up I noticed a bunch of nicks and dings that wasnt even there the service tech even mentioned that they to seen it was in mint condition... They refused to make it right but only offered my money back... I didnt want that I wanted what I paid for an that wasnt a bike all dented up I returned for a 300 mile service and low and behold my gas throttle was now pulling out and they refused to show me how to fix my loose right mirror... Then I was promised that on pick up which was on the 9th of may that my temporary tags expired in 45 days... Friday the 23rd of June my temporary tags expired and I still didnt receive my information I then called and they decided that day to send them out.. The dmv informed me that they had to print me another temporary tag which they refused (found out that counted against them) to print me out another one now 5 days later its 6/28/2017 I finally after 50 days received all my information... I dont recommend them to anyone and if anyone does decide to purchase from them my suggestion is to get there really early and make sure pictures are taken like I had done and make sure you leave that day with it not 3 days later.... I wasnt even offered to have them even fix it just my money back to take a 50/50 chance of getting another dinged up bike... I am also waiting for the sales person to have the owner actually call me and from reading the reviews I can see that isnt going to happen

Not crazy back to that place. I lost almost 400 dollars. It was my sons Christmas present. Very bad customer service the owner very arrogant. Think twice about signing the contract.

Staff is good. I personally recommend you stay way from tao tao products if you are looking for a scooter.(they also offer another brand that is worth the slight difference in price)

All my questions were answered, no high pressure sales. Im going to shop around a little, but have it set to come back here to make my purchase.

We can count on Advanti for service and reasonable prices for our off road vehicles.
