Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me get set up with a new bow and proper arrows for my daughter. Steve didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. I will definitely be come back here for all of our archery needs.

By far the best archery shop in AZ! I still have and shoot the Howard Hill longbow I bought from him 12 years ago. You wont find any other shop around with the amount of experience and wisdom that Steve has. I highly recommend Four Peaks Archery!

I have been a repeat customer, and for good reasons. This little Shop offers everything that you can think of in regard to traditional and modern archery. Vintage recurves, modern longbow, custom arrows made for your individual measurements. The shop owner takes everything into account when providing you with whatever you need. This shop must have over 300 bows to choose from, and many more that you can order, as with anything else. Oh, make sure to call the shop before you come in so that you dont get lost! Its nestled in a neighborhood. Been there for, about 40 years.

This place is so freaking cool steve knows more than what most people will ever forget. You want your gear work done with honesty and integrity hes the man.

Steve the owner is the extremely knowledgeable about anything archery. I walked in with an early 80s bow that every other shop in town wouldnt touch or have anything to do with. Steve picked up the bow and had no problem getting me set up and ready to shoot (I had no prior experience with older bows) with no salesman pitch. Nothing but the facts. I called this place to see if they are open on labor day and he says yes. I drive down and the door is locked, i knock and no answer. I can hear the man talking I waited in the heat and no one opened the door. I had cash in hand ready to buy a bow. I guess they didnt want my money today.. or ever

I was a little disappointed in my first experience visiting this store. I admittedly didnt give the clerk much to go on as I didnt have my bow at the time, but I was just looking for some good aluminum arrows with feather fletchings.Unfortunately the guy talked down to me the whole time, seemingly annoyed that I was a beginner. He told me aluminum arrows were out of my price range. I never told him what my price range was, nor did I imply I wanted to spend very little. In the end he gave me wooden arrows and told me the fletchings were feather. My mistake for not checking (I was uncomfortable) but the fletchings are plastic.Additionally when I got home, I noticed these wooden arrows are extremely bent.I will be finding another store for future transactions. One that doesnt make me feel ashamed for being a bit of a noob.
